My account manager was Tina, who was so helpful, accommodating, and patient. I had a little health emergency in the middle of the week I promised my deliverables, and she bent over backwards to help me out, working alongside me with another vendor I was working with to get my products finished and completed for my deadline. On top of all that, their paper recommendations were excellent and the printing quality was top notch. Their pricing is competitive and I love that I can personally pick it up, see proofs, and talk to a human being and not a chat bot. AND, there are dogs to pet when you go in. So, DUH. I went into this location looking for help with an issue I was having on the Staples website while…read moretrying to print a booklet. The problem was that when I selected a certain binding option, the right side of my pages kept getting cropped off. However, when I chose a different binding, the issue didn't occur, so it clearly wasn't a formatting problem on my end. I explained this to the employee at the print center counter, but he immediately dismissed it as a formatting issue without really looking into it. When I asked if there was any way to complete the order in-store with his help, he simply told me it was the same process as online and didn't offer any further assistance. It was frustrating because I came in specifically for support, and it felt like my concerns were brushed off instead of being properly addressed. I was hoping for a more helpful and solution-oriented experience, especially since in-store staff should have the ability to troubleshoot or assist with printing and binding issues more directly.

To print a sign for our business where the guy there was rude, condescending, not knowledgable, and in the middle of helping us decided to literally mop the floor. 2.) After being told by someone to use the drop off box, we noticed after 3 days our packages still haven't left the store. So we came in the store to ask and the "manager" was just so unhelpful, rude, not caring, and cared more about telling us were wring and literally holding our packages ransom until we would "Admit we were wrong" But we weren't wrong. Here is what happened: Friday: we came into the store to drop off a man told my business partner to use the drop box and scan the packages in himself because, asking him to do his to was too hard Saturday: We had to go back in to drop off more samples, and did it how we were told to do it by the employee previously. Monday: We noticed nothing had been shipped. We went into the office explain what happened. The "manager" said he would check the video even though I asked first if he would just check the bin where the packages should be. He proceeded to check the video where he pulled footage of our Saturday visit and was so focused on that and yelling at us to admit we were wrong by the timeline we gave that he didn't even think to ask if we had been there both days. Do not come here. The manager also threw out packages and told us to "Take our Shi*" He should be ashamed of himself. This is not good business.
