We are a local non-profit and have used Signal Graphics for all of our printing needs for a great length of time. Each and EVERY time, the ENTIRE staff take the time to personally attend to our specific needs and concerns, always going the extra mile to explain to me what works and what doesn't work with my design for whatever reason. Having been the in the business for many, many years, they are VERY knowledgeable and always helpful. They are prompt in returning my many phone calls and emails, always giving top-notch service. An example of this was when our organization needed to print note cards. The cost to do so was beyond our budget and Dan was very gracious and understanding. THEN - after we found someone to donate the note cards, I was having an exceedingly difficult time getting files and design elements to cooperate. Up against a deadline, I called Dan and THE ENTIRE OFFICE chipped in with advice and suggestions to help with the problem - even taking a look at the files and designs for me to problem solve, EVEN THOUGH THEY WEREN'T DOING THE PRINTING! How amazing is that? Additionally, as is the nature of the non-profit world, we run our organization on a shoestring. Dan, the owner of this Signal Graphics is always 100% upfront about cost and cuts us a break when he can. They are reasonably priced however even if they weren't, the customer service is worth much, much more than they charge. I enjoy doing business with a group of people who remember my name, are always glad to see me (in spite of how many times I bug them) and truly care about me as a human being AND the organization I work for. They advise if there is a more cost affective way to accomplish a job - and that is so appreciated with our shallow [state agency] budget.
