They don't even have the courtesy to look up when you approach the counter and are sometimes on their phones and seem bothered by having a customer at all. Mail is lost all the time, packages disappear but the carrier says they were dropped (even when you are sitting at home watching the carrier NEVER drop it off). This post office location needs to be completely revamped and new staff hired.

(This was the same number as posted on their website.) I was not able to speak with anyone there since the phone number had been disconnected & was no longer in service! So, I called back the 1-800 number & spoke with yet another representative who gave me the phone number for Consumer Affairs. I called Consumer Affairs. The only option at Consumer Affairs was to leave a voicemail, which I did. On day four I went to my local post office & picked up my mail. The counter employee was friendly, helpful & apologetic. She didn't know why my mail hadn't been delivered & wasn't aware of the phone being out of order either. Overall, a frustrating experience. I now have all my held mail & daily mail delivery has resumed as well. Next time I place a Hold Mail Request I think I'll just go & pick it up at my local post office.

There were 4 people helping with passports and Esther was the one who helped us. She had great customer service, checked us in and took great photos of our baby girl. It seems they only take 20 walk in appointments a day, so if you need to be seen you have to be there early.

When I was there a second time, there was a couple scrambling to finish up some paperwork for a passport, but the UPS guy came for the noon pickup and could not wait for them to finish their paperwork, and then left. The shop owner let the couple have all the copies and envelopes he had provided them for free, then gave them directions to a nearby place that had a later UPS pickup time. THAT is the sort of personal, generous customer service that will make this my go-to mailing place.

When I called to find out about it, the main guy/owner of this business was a total A-hole, beyond rude. The most recent time I came (its close to the holidays), there was a pretty decent line and there was a woman asking questions while the clerks were busy with other people. That annoyed me and I don't even work there so I applaud the clerks for being friendly and still helping the woman. And then there was even a guy who held up the line because he had to run back to his car and the clerks still had smiles on their faces and were still kind to the man when he returned. I guess you just don't see friendliness like that at post offices very often. I know that I don't. I also like the location of this post office because it's near the shopping center that I run errands at and there is a good amount of parking here as well. Every staff member without fail is always so cheerful and helpful. They take all my Amazon returns without judgment or question. They offer quick services for passport photos and lamination at fairly reasonable prices. My passport photo was good quality for $30 on the spot. It's my go to for business needs and my frequent Amazon Shopping spree. I've used other UPS locations for mailbox service and they are wonderful with emailing you on packages and renewals. It's great if you want to separate work mail from personal and junk stuff. Besides if the wait is long, grab a cone at McDonalds or run into Home Depot for your honey do list items.
