Lone Trees hidden gem. Convenient USPS and boutique in one. Lots of great little finds and friendly service. I frequent this location espically mid day. No major lines and plenty to look at if there is one. Convenient to my office makes it extra favored in my book. You can purchase from their reasonably priced card section and then mail it right there!!! read more

LOL hidden gem?? ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and overpriced "boutique" crap begging for money. Do not go here or support them staying open. I walk in as blonde high and mighty is reading an irs form an elderly man is mailing while he walked out the door.. am not acknowledged whatsoever, have to ask if SHE'S ready as she stands there blankly staring at me? I begin my returns, but older man comes back needs to re-do his certify mail, she again doesn't acknowledge me or the fact that he needs to get back in line? Just happily ignores people as she pleases. She had already started "helping me" and they continue for a while as if I'm not there. I wait a few minutes, bite my tongue, grab my things off the scale and walk out still not even looked up at by Miss Righteous. Colorado has a queen now did y'all know that??!! This may seem like a whiney review but I only review when service is THAT CRAP. Don't buy anything from this store and take your mail elsewhere too. IF ANYONE CARES ABOUT POST OFFICE REVIEWS LOL seriously this place is worthless. read more

Great staff with fast service. This is my preferred post office location. They offer convenience and outstanding customer service.

If there were a way to rate this place zero, I would. I've been coming here for basic services, but that's all one should expect from this standalone post office. The customer service is abysmal. I've had to redo certified envelopes because they couldn't get it right initially. I even had to take it away from the employee out of concern that she didn't know what she was doing. The latest experience was even worse. The customer service person called the person in front of me a doofus because she couldn't understand how to make change (she was foreign), excusing it as a term of endearment. AWFUL and Unacceptable to call a customer that in front of a line of people. She barely helped a young man who was struggling to fill out a package, essentially labeling him a newbie. When he made a mistake, she just remarked that she should have been clearer. Then, after filling out a customs form she provided me, she claimed the fourth form was missing as she was stamping each page. I grabbed my package, walked out and went to the actual post office. Only come here for stamps or dropping off packages, but even then, be cautious. read more

This is a very unique USPS. Its cute! It's also a store that sells trinkets like jewelries and some other stuff. It's a full service USPS almost but they don't have a drop box. Why? No idea! Service was very fast. Two ladies had two cash registers open when we dropped in. They sell the usual USPS boxes for mailing. read more

More than a Post Office! This location is crowded like some post offices and the staff was very helpful in finding the right packing I needed. There is an adorable gift shop with a variety of trinkets, purses and even clothing and accessories. I'll definitely make this my designated USPS location. read more

Cozy little Postal Shop in the shopping center with the friendliest staff. They have the most darling trinkets here too so you could easily buy a knicknack to toss into your gift box before sending it off. Quick and inexpensive shipping options. It gives off the little Hallmark small town post office vibes, the best kind. read more

If I could give this location -5 I would. The gal with glasses and long brown hair at the front is the rudest person to have to interact with. Don't bother coming in here unless you plan on buying any of their tacky boutique items because otherwise they don't want to help you and deem you useless because you are not a "paying customer." You will be met with completely unhelpful, rude and condescending attitude. read more

The lady working today at 11am, is probably the most rudest person ever. No customer service skills whatsoever. I entered the building and wasn't greeted, the lady was working on her laptop, asked me what she could do for me and I told her a needed a receipt fir the items I was dropping off, NO REPLY. She handed me my receipt and didn't even say have a good day, thanks for coming, NOTHING! If this place want so convenient, I would find another location to go to. All the other workers are great! Very rude customer service. I said I needed a receipt for the drop off, Lady with long hair and glasses proceeded to talk down to me about how I don't. She could have just scanned the item and gave me the receipt, instead wanted to argue with me about whether I need one or not (I do), before eventually just doing what I asked. I eventually got my receipt, but doubt I'll come back to this place. Yikes. read more

Quick and efficient folks for the holiday rush. There was a bit of a line, but got through it much quicker than the HR large branch.

I came here because I had a package that had to be shipped internationally and from the moment I walked through the door was greeted by rude service from the bald guy with a lisp. Not sure if he's the owner, the manager, or just a plain lackey (likely the latter) but he made it very clear he did NOT want to help me. He saw that I had an international package in my hand and I had already filled out the "official" customs form PS-2976 but was told that a handwritten customs form was unacceptable. "Really? Since when?" Then when I told him I wanted priority mail international WITH tracking was told that there is no tracking. Really? Because it even SAYS THAT THERE IS TRACKING on Priority Mail International at https://www.usps.com/send/priority-mail-international.htm Then he argued with me saying that once it leaves U.S. soil they have no control over what happens to my package and there is no tracking number. "So USPS is lying," I ask? He continued being needlessly hostile so I just said "I'm going back to USPS and NOT dealing with you." I was hoping by using this location I would avoid the wait and horrible customer service that are standard at the true USPS locations. I was only fortunate to experience one of those. This is a tiny little place with a lot going on. It's a unique little boutique and has a small counter tucked in the corner for USPS. To be honest, there was so much stuff in here I didn't know where to look, so I asked the woman at the counter. I got a sharp "turn around" response that was followed by her pointing up to the ceiling where the boxes are displayed. I assembled and addressed my package and took it to the counter. The woman in the store was very pleasant with those who were buying boutique items, so I figured I just caught her off guard with my question....wrong. When it was my turn to check out, her demeanor towards me was exactly like when I asked a question 5 minutes prior. The only communication she had with me was providing me my total for the shipment. No response to my "hello", "thank you", or "have a great day", just the continued scowl. If you want to get something dropped off quick, this is your place as long as you don't mind horrible customer service. read more

Some nice employees & 1 grumpy, needy Indian / African one who can be bothered to lift your package onto his scale. You know who you are. He was also none too helpful on overcharging me for packages. Too bad - his co-workers are pretty awesome on previous visits. By the state of disrepair & incorrect business hours posted, I'd say this USPS is struggling. How can we help (besides overpaying)?
