Come on, Karla. Your replies to these reviews are as fake as you are. You were rude to me too when I was new to the area and trying to find my mail, and why it wasn't being delivered. You gave me a 'phone number' and said how great they are at answering or getting back to people. I called 6 times, leaving 1-2 vmails and they all were ignored. After 9 months, our USPS mail and package deliveries @ The Madison in Castle Pines still suck. You USPS people literally are ALL THE SAME. And that is NOT a compliment, hence your sucky reviews. read more

Awesome, friendly and helpful. Stark difference from the UPS store in that same area. I needed 16 small packages posted and mailed out, a service that UPS didn't want to do for me. Carissa was more than happy to help me out, could not have been nicer. I will be taking all my postal needs there from now on. Dang, I can't do a half star. I should be grateful that the clerk gave me an opportunity to practice patience. I was being patient and polite even though it took her 10 minutes to stamp two envelopes for the guy in front of me, she let a woman cut in line, started visiting with the woman in line behind me before waiting on me and complained about how rude and stupid the customers are that come into the store (not a Post Office). She has a mountain of packages to scan but was too busy to do it. I hope those people got their stuff shipped! read more

So they're currently holding my packages (as far as I know) and when I called to ask about them I got a rude woman telling me "come on kid, I don't have all day. I have a line, what do you need?" I had just barely started telling her why I was calling in the first place. There needs to be more than one person controlling the store. Now I get that we all go through bad days, but the attitude I received would get me fired if I did it at my job. The lack of staff to help answer the phones and the quality customer service just rubbed me the wrong way :( read more

This is NOT a USPS office, and they don't care about their customers. They lost a very valuable package I shipped with them on October 27 and it is now December 2 and the package is apparently lost. They don't even want to try to help and referred me to the Castle Rock Post Office for assistance..... Unfortunately, I lost the tracking receipt and they aren't even willing to look up the transaction on their systems to help. After spending several weeks trying to get in touch with them, leaving messages and calling I was finally able to speak to a very curt and unhelpful woman. She basically told me they don't have ANY records of their sales and couldn't do anything for me... after persisting for a while, she finally gave me the name and number of the owner (John) and said he might be able to help... we will see. read more

This is not a post office! This is "drop off mail office" with bunch of strange offices inside! Not sure what they are doing? Also, it is an antics store to sell some unuseful garbage. They do not print labels, not provide you a tape. Only 2 parking lots on front. They just collecting mail like a mail box. Just put any mail box outside! Cheap, useful, no parking needed! Castle Pines as a new city needs a good post office with all services! The city office must build it on plaza. There are many spaces available near by King Soopers, and near by previous Safeway. We are paying high taxes living in Castle Pines. The administration only collect unnecessary permits for everything. HOA sending stupid warning letters. Water is the most expensive on bills, and 15 times above the normal softener! Daniels Park completely destroyed paid 2 million for that from budget! Nice location- horrible service! Unbelievably rude staff. I was greeted with a sigh of frustration. I had some loose items to ship. I required a box. The woman pointed to two choices, a Priority Prepaid Box or a plain box. Then I she barked, did you bring your own tape? No customer deserves to be treated with such disrespect. I politely gathered my things and explained that I will not do business with anyone that treats customers so poorly. I went to a UPS Store in Highlands Ranch where the staff could not have been more friendly, polite and helpful. One star is only because there is nothing lower. Long story short, they typed in the wrong address, despite being told twice to correct it. The package got lost, returned, minus the contents. They would not answer their phone. I left 3 messages for the manager who would not return my call. They gave me a non-functional phone number to make a claim. When I went in to talk to them they gave me numerous lies and blew me off. If you don't care if your packages get to their destination and want incredibly bad customer service that could care a less, then this is the place for you. read more

I needed to ship a very small item with overnight delivery. The gentleman helped me figure out the best way to ship it for the lowest cost. He even provided me with a padded USPS envelope for free. There was no pressure to add on additional items and there were no extra fees. Best part - no line! I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Great experience. read more
