Fabulous experience!! Absolutely perfect. We are so happy with how our order turned out, the delivery and the timing. We ordered from out of state and are extremely glad we went with this business. We will use again. Thank you!!
Monica went above and beyond in creating a beautiful arrangement for our family who had tragically lost their daughter. She obviously put a lot of love into it, and they were deeply touched by it. Thank you, Monica and Flower Fix for brightening up the day of our family who had experienced so much loss... Jack and Cherie Minton
Highly recommend this quality business. I ordered an arrangement for a family member with a new baby. I ordered the smallest size and yet it was perfect! Not too small--a generous size, fresh, artful, fragrant, gorgeous bouquet delivered on time and by a kind and courteous employee. Every single flower in the arrangement was fresh and beautiful. This will be my go to florist from now on. Exceeded my expectations! Thank you Flower Fix!!
While driving to Colorado, I decided to send my sister flowers on her celebration evening as she has decided to return to the skies after nearly 20 years away from flight attending. I looked up reviews for florists near my sisters home and found 100% 5 stars for Flower Fix?!? That's the one! Didn't even read them until AFTER the order-but they are all spectate accounts of super impressed people. Now calling a florist at nearly 2 o'clock I knew there was a chance I would not be able to have this pulled off before my sis left for dinner OR the close of business-enter Monica. Not only did she hear out the ideas I had for the bouquet she made some very helpful suggestions, ran her ideas past me and said I can put together something special. And she did. My sister texted me just before 5 o'clock with words like 'oh my gosh, these are so beautifullllllllll'! So 100% super happy that my sister is 100% super happy. Thank you, Monica!
I love Flower Fix's "Customize a Bouquet" option. You can specify a color palette, shape, and price for your bouquet, and they'll take care of the rest! They delivered a stunning bouquet that exceeded my expectations in every way.
I called from out of state on Saturday morning and asked if they did same day delivery. Thankfully I needed flowers delivered close by and she said she it would be no problem. I liked an arrangement online but I wanted it bigger. She listened and asked questions to better understand my request. What surprised me is that I shared my budget with her and when I received the invoice, it was less than the number I gave her. She was able to make what I requested and could have charged me more, but didn't. The arrangement was gorgeous, it was delivered just when she said it would be and she was just a pleasure to interact with over the phone. Thank you for the wonderful experience!
I wish I could give 100 stars!! Since COVID and my husband having a job where he didn't need to be in the office 98% of the time--and see that continuing-- we started decorating our "flex room"! I believe it's Monica, after sending her pictures of our shelves with empty spaces, a corner where I needed a tall skinny plant, she recommended a corn plant, pothos, and I really wanted an aloe for herbal properties for scar healing. I also had to get the string of pearls for our yoga/bike area of the flex room, it finished off that side beautifully. Monica's attention to detail and ability to work with our style using pots and plants is impeccable, I will go back to Flower Fix over and over again. My husband and I were beyond impressed!
I ordered and what was delivered looked NOTHING like the picture. I called and she said I didn't pay for succulents. I told her it was on the website. She then said the succulents were bad. She then said she could deliver the succulent separately to my sister. She said she was human and was distracted by a delivery person so shouldn't have said it wasn't included. I did not get anything close to the picture....she said that was because the picture on the website was taken in a studio. She was argumentative and rude. Very disappointing. I will not order here again EVER. I did receive an email from the store saying a refund will be issued. We will see if this happens.

I ordered flowers through the online text/chat feature on the website. She went above and beyond on my order for my daughter's birthday. I'm in Texas, and it's hard always missing her birthday. I described what I wanted, she delivered big time and was able to do a same day delivery. I so appreciate it. I'll be sure to use this business the next time I need to send flowers to my daughter and my family there. read more

I wanted to order my mum something special for her St. Patrick's Day birthday, so I decided to phone Flower Fix. I called the night before just before they closed and Monica answered and was so helpful! I told her what I was looking for and she immediately reassured me that they could deliver something exquisitely Irish to my mother. She was so very surprised and adores her bouquet with succulents sprinkled in. She plans to replant the succulents to enjoy all the time! Thank you, Monica!!! I will be ordering from you again! read more

If I could give this place 10 stars I would. Last week a BEAUTIFUL flower arrangement was accidentally delivered to my house. There wasn't an address listed and I really wanted to get them to the correct person. It was obvious someone spent a lot of time and effort putting this arrangement together, and I was determined to find out where they actually were supposed to go to. I posted on the Nextdoor app in hopes someone close to my house had a reason they would possibly be receiving flowers (birthday, anniversary, etc) but had no luck. I finally had no choice but to open the card that was attached and see who the company was that created this GORGEOUS piece of art. Come to find out it's from Flower Fix. I panicked because the store was already closed for the day but decided to try and call anyways. While I was on the phone as the recording was telling me they were closed I received a text message. It was Flower Fix kindly asking what they could assist me with. I texted back explaining the situation. They immediately apologized and offered for me to keep the flowers and they would send out new ones to the correct address. As awesome of an offer that was I really felt these needed to go to the correct person that day because inside the note it said Happy Birthday. Luckily, they worked with me and reached out to the correct person who happened to be down the street from me. I told Flower Fix I'd just drop them off because they were just too pretty for the right person not to enjoy them on their birthday. Flower Fix was so appreciative that I did that, saying thank you many times. So much so that today I get a call that there were flowers delivered to my front door. I was shocked because I wasn't expecting anything and had no reason to be getting some. Low and behold it was from Flower Fix thanking me for delivering the flowers to the right person on their birthday. I'm in TOTAL shock. These flowers are absolutely STUNNING. All this to say thank you? Wow. Amazing customer service at this establishment. If you're considering a flower business for any occasion, seriously look no further. This company is honest and clearly care about their customers. We need more businesses that operate like this one. Thank you Monica at Flower Fix, you made my entire weekend. read more
