But I do have to say the flowers were beautiful. Dawn who owns the shop was very knowledgeable and very inviting. She told me of her history of growing up in Littleton. She had pictures of her now deceased father there which brought her great memories and the expressions on her face of joy when she talked about how he love the flower shop. It was a pretty incredible place and I have to also say something about Toni. When I arrived she was on the phone getting a order for people to send a flower arrangement all the way to Germany, now that is a great flower shop. They really had some fun, beautiful, funny things of all sorts which made a perfect collection for anybody's taste. I WOULD highly recommend this place. Go check it out because you might find the cutest thing to buy for somebody that special in your life.

I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I will not be using them again. No offer to refund my $25 deliver and/or tip, no apology, no explanation.

Not only were they extremely personable, and empathetic, they took the time to understand our needs. My father was a Navy veteran, but not a "flashy" person. We wanted to honor his service, without being overbearing. We didn't really know all of the details of what we wanted, just that we wanted a beautiful place for his cremains to be before we said our goodbyes. They offered suggestions and ideas- showed us photos, and consulted with us on what would best represent my father. They then asked our budget, and were able to achieve a beautiful arrangement for what we could afford. They communicated with us (when we were being a bit manic about if the arrangement would be completed in time or not) and reassured us it would be, and when the arrangement was completed, they sent photos of the completed arrangement ahead of time. They also communicated with us when they were en route to deliver the arrangement. They delivered the arrangement to Fort Logan National Cemetery ahead of time, and when there was confusion with the cemetery themselves, they waited for us to arrive to personally hand deliver the arrangement. 6 months later, we've let the arrangement dry out, pressed some of the flowers, and kept most in the original form- and it's still beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this experience with Forever Flowers, despite the sad circumstances in which we needed to.

I gave them a ring and described the situation. Their team was so easy to work with and took down all my notes after I did a horrible job of stating which flowers, etc.. I simply kept saying vibrant, full, and pops of color. Well with my vague request they made something completely memorable. Once I received pictures from my partner I was so happy with how they turned out. I'll definitely be using them but just be aware they do have a standard fee for delivery. My only feedback is that I wish I received a call once they were delivered or confirmation of a payment. But hey this is so minor and the flowers are truly worth 5 stars. Loved that I was able to support local even though I'm all the way in New Orleans.
