Used them for an online order. Their listed prices seemed good and delivery was that of other flower shops around the area. The flowers appeared to come out well and were delivered on time. Some items I wish they would improve upon are the online ordering form so you can edit the delivery date within the 5 or 4 step process opposed to being locked into a date before starting all the other forms and no way to edit without redoing everything. I had thought I clicked the date I wanted but when getting to the final edit/checkout page it had a day later and couldn't be edited. I was able to call them the following day leaving a message and they updated it which was great. Also its the first time I saw a tip page for a florist, I'd prefer they slightly raise their prices to pay them a good wage as the note at tip screen mentions the tips going towards the staff anyhow especially when there is such limited interaction ordering online. read more

I had great service!! They were flexible with the type of flower I wanted in the bouquet and they had same day delivery.

The ladies here did the floral arrangement for father's services. We walked in, randomly one day, after looking online and finding some "inspiration" but not being able to find a florist who could really do right by my father without requesting a kidney, an arm, a leg and a first born child. Not only were they extremely personable, and empathetic, they took the time to understand our needs. My father was a Navy veteran, but not a "flashy" person. We wanted to honor his service, without being overbearing. We didn't really know all of the details of what we wanted, just that we wanted a beautiful place for his cremains to be before we said our goodbyes. They offered suggestions and ideas- showed us photos, and consulted with us on what would best represent my father. They then asked our budget, and were able to achieve a beautiful arrangement for what we could afford. They communicated with us (when we were being a bit manic about if the arrangement would be completed in time or not) and reassured us it would be, and when the arrangement was completed, they sent photos of the completed arrangement ahead of time. They also communicated with us when they were en route to deliver the arrangement. They delivered the arrangement to Fort Logan National Cemetery ahead of time, and when there was confusion with the cemetery themselves, they waited for us to arrive to personally hand deliver the arrangement. 6 months later, we've let the arrangement dry out, pressed some of the flowers, and kept most in the original form- and it's still beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this experience with Forever Flowers, despite the sad circumstances in which we needed to. read more

The arrangement was huge and absolutely beautiful, and it didn't come in some cheap Walmart vase. And the flowers were delivered by an actual human!!
