Very happy with my experience here. The florist was attentive to my requests, and the bouquet was ready on time. The flowers looked fresh and the presentation was beautiful. read more

The florist created a beautiful arrangement with fresh flowers. I really liked the style and colors. The only small issue was the bouquet size. read more

Amazing florist I love all of her work highly recommended her flowers are fresh and last a good amount of time. The arrangement I sent to my wife today was nice but I didn't think it looked so much like the online picture. Everything in the online picture was pink and white. From the picture my wife sent the actual arrangement looked to have purple and orange in addition to the pink and white. It's just different than what I expected. read more

Long story short, I called in and asked to have an arrangement put together for my girlfriend's birthday and spent approximately a half hour on the phone with the owner to get it just right. She assured me it would be delivered on time and be lovely. Not only was it not delivered on time, it was as if she completely forgot about the order despite charging me $104 for an order that she said would be $100 ($85 for the flowers with a $15 delivery charge to deliver it 900ft). She would not allow me to come get it, which given COVID I understand but $15 for 900ft is ludicrous. Anyway, I called her about 30 minutes after the scheduled delivery time and her response was "Hypothetically if something happened to your order what time do I have to get it to you?" while promising to make the arrangement even more stunning. The end result was a $104 bouquet of flowers that I could have gotten from the grocery store. Extremely disappointed in both the flower and the service quality so therefore I can not recommend this florist. read more

Support this local business! I ordered flowers for my friend as a sympathy gift that just so happened to fall around Valentine's Day. Even with the holiday madness this florist was able to deliver a beautiful bouquet within 24 hours of my order. My friend was so happy with how they came out! I'll definitely be a repeat customer read more

Secret Garden - Florists Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Such a great little hidden gem in Denver! Lovely shop owner with even more lovely floral arrangements!

My husband sent me flowers yesterday and they dropped off flowers for someone else. I had to leave the office early yesterday. When I came in this morning, I provided the flowers to my receptionist when I came in because they were for someone else and I wanted to make sure they received them. Then, the owner (Jodi) had the audacity to send a vicious voicemail to my husband, lambasting him and offering a $10 courtesy delivery fee (but not for the cost of the flowers). DO NOT USE THIS FLOWER SHOP. read more

Excellent place with excellent customer service from the owner, Jodie. If you are looking for a florist who will make you a priority then look no further. read more

I ordered flowers over a week ahead of Valentine's Day to be delivered on Valentine's Day and they never arrived. I've left messages on their voicemail and haven't heard anything back. Don't buy from here. read more

Ooooh...the Secret Garden.....damn..that movie always freaked me out when I was a kid. Maybe because I was always pissed that the invalid never seemed to even try, or maybe I was afraid that would happen to me someday, but anyway....cool name I guess for a florist. This store is pretty much....yeah, typical. It is small, and has some decent bouquets, as well as random gift stuff like crystal and teddy-bears: the go-to place when you have pissed of the wife/girlfriend by showing up dead-drunk at 4 am for the 6th day in a row. Why not show your love but buying something sort of pretty for her - that way you can go out drinking again that night? Well, all you alcoholics, this store is for you... But yeah...the fact that there are no price tags on anything gets this 2 stars, while the fact that the people in back had a nice dog that was walking around and drinking some water added that human touch, which restores it to 3 stars. read more

Ordered Flowers on the 5th February to be delivered to my wife's office on Valentine's Day. Come 3PM on Valentine's Day no one is answering t or returning my messages. No flowers were delivered and when I call the next day she offers to re fund my credit card for the full amount and actually ends up Charging me again. Don't order flowers from this lady! read more

I just received a bouquet for my husband's Celebration of Life gathering. It was so beautiful. It served as the centerpiece for our table. Everyone commented on how attractive it was, and how it's wonderful scent filled my house. Thank you for the comfort you brought to me and my home. Marilyn. It's been almost a month since I received this bouquet, & I would like to give you an update. The flowers lasted better than a week before any of them began to fade. When they did, I took apart the original bouquet & was surprised. Each flower was individually placed in a framework that allowed it to get water & to be displayed to the fullest. There were more flowers than I could believe--some for color, some for shape, some for fragrance. It was a masterpiece of design. I made 5 bouquets from the original. Four weeks later the last of the flowers is gone. I love flowers & have received many as gifts, but this was the best. Marilyn read more

Pretty limited flower selection and, like another poster said, nothing has a price tag which is annoying. The staff was nice though and the location is convenient. read more

Wonderful florist! I called from out of town and shared my plans for a perfect surprise evening for my guy. She took such great care to create the most beautiful arrangements... Star Trek theme and romantic dinner flowers. Both arrangements were absolutely exquisite, delivered to the correct places and set up beautifully. She even texted to let me know the flowers had been delivered. Thank you Secret Garden!! If you want flowers for a special occasion, Secret garden is the way to go! read more

There's simply no better place downtown to purchase flowers from than this small, family-owned and operated floral shop. Coupling quick, great customer service and very, very reasonable prices make for a happy customer everytime I go. It's hard to spot but worth the search! read more

Okay -- so I was not thinking ahead. Was at our daughter's graduation from University of Colorado Denver on Saturday. Imagine my dismay when I saw so many people with flower bouquets for their grads and I had nothing in hand. Had to work fast!! Found The Secret Garden close by and ran (almost literally) over to get a bouquet -- the owner herself put it together in just minutes. It was beautiful and my daughter loved it. Just a note -- it is a new owner, she has been the new owner for only five months. Please visit the shop and help a small business owner. read more

OMG this is the sweetest flower shop ever. When my valentine didn't go to her office that day (near the shop) the owner drove all the way to her house that night to hand delivery the bouquet! Top Notch Service! read more

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE BUSINESS MADE ME WASTE HOURS AND I GOT NO FLOWERS 1st. I called at 9am, when they opened, and the new owner Jody picked up her cell and said... can I call you back when I'm in the store? Ummm yeah, lady... sure lets make sure I give you business at YOUR convenience. 2nd. I ordered a bouquet for my wife yesterday. They didn't deliver it to the right person. I called today to get a refund, and said the person will bring the right card (something i actually think was pretty clever and sweet) at the time over ASAP. Her communication to me was absolute blame on her delivery person for doing a bad job and told me she was making him to come in and apologize. I said, please don't bother my wife so that your delivery guy can apologize. Please leave the card with reception. They never left the card with reception at her place of business, and it turns out my wife never did get the flowers, because when she first saw them she said they weren't for her. I called back the florist and explained this and the woman said she would give me a full refund. She then called me back two times frantically moments after, and I didn't want to pick up. I got the voicemail. And it was pretty nasty. "You, SIR, told me she got the flowers..." *umm yeah Jody, of the Secret Garden then my sweet wife had reception track down the rightful owner, so that that nice lady could enjoy the nice thing someone did for her* She very (sarcastic) generously said "I will refund the $10 delivery, but will not refund the flowers," and then went on to say. "Please do not call here ever again" I wish i could upload the message. Its sort of funny. Thank god the credit card companies make it easy to deal with looney folks like this! Worst customer service that I can remember. read more

Gave them "looking for a fun and bright bouquet with sunflowers" for next day delivery in RiNo . They totally nailed it. Beautiful bouquet!

I ordered 10 days ahead of my required date. I picked from an online photo and what was delivered was similar but skimpy for $60.00, I live in NY and always pay top dollar. What was delivered was a supermarket bunch of flowers (even for an expensive supermarket) put it in a glass vase. Remember 10 days because it was a VERY special day for the recipient. This was a business address, I told them she leaves a 3:00 p.m.WELL she never got them until the next day because they were also left with a receptionist. I would have given a single star but the building or Denver had a power failure the next day and my recipient had to walk up eleven FLIGHTS OF STAIRS. So when she received the cheap arrangement it was a welcoming sight. I doubt I would be returning. I have pictures of the flowers but don't know how to upload. The colors were there, I don't think it even had a ribbon. read more
