I went to pick up some balloon yesterday at 3pm, that were for Valentine's Day, along with corsages for two little ladies. Imagine my surprise when I got the balloons out of a bedroom 17 hours later, and they were on the floor, deflated. So, at 8am I called and spoke with someone who informed me the life expectancy for latex is only 8 hours. King Soopers balloons last a LOT longer. So, thanks for the lesson. Honestly, anyone else's balloons last a lot longer. I get balloons for my kids for almost every bday, and valentines and various other random reasons. They have always lasted at minimum 24 hours. Minimum. I did go back, and they remade the balloons, but on a day that is zero degrees, I wasn't jumping out of my skin to go back. The fact that they don't last, to even the holiday they were made for, I picked up my order under the direction of them. Why the hell did you have me pick them up if you KNOW they won't last??? Your essentially admitted you took my money for something you knew would look like crap on the holiday.... because apparently balloons last only 8 hours. Ridiculous. I won't be going back here for anything. The flowers I've gotten here in the past have been beautiful but I don't like giving businesses money who I feel take advantage of their customers, and quite frankly, the balloons looked old when I picked them up, I attributed it to the extreme cold... but no and they didn't have a lot of loft then, but I thought when they warned they would pluck up. I don't like feeling ripped off. Check out my pictures of the expensive "floor balloons" that weren't floating 17 hours later. Hey, if they didn't last, cool, and the store remade them, also cool. However, they told me when would be a good time to pick up my order for two corsages for a toddler and a 6 yr old (I know it's over the top but they love flowers and they don't end up all mashed from carrying them around, lol), two Mylar and 4 latex balloons equating to $63 to be left with some sad ass balloons that look like someone's morning hotel stay leftover balloons found by housekeeping that I in turn was to present to my daughters. . read more

When I called the shop, they were so sweet and generous with their time, helping me assemble a custom bouquet with the elements i had seen online. The arrangement was for a friend whose partner passed unexpectedly. I called the following morning and spoke to Marie (or Maria) to confirm my order and asked if the delivery could be made mid-morning the following day when my friend would most likely be home. Marie was sweet, offered her condolences, and said she would speak to the driver about the delivery. My friend texted me a picture of the beautiful arrangement at 10:00 the next morning. We live less than two miles from these idiots. Called at 1:30 to see if they could give me a delivery time. I'm told because we are close by we're at the end of the list. Promised to be here between 4 and 5. Late, but, well, OK. For two hundred plus bucks, and a "delivery fee" these guys don't deserve anyone's business.
