Mahalo to The Customer Service Team, specifically Joshua for listening and an equally unexpected follow up on my recent order. Sending flowers from Hawaii sounds exotic until you get a shipping bill. So we do the next best choice of Local Sourcing with Lehrer's Flowers. Communication with the company has always been very good with quick responses. Thanks for listening to my concerns and acknowledging my feedback. This floral artisan hit their mark! read more

I ordered expensive flowers to be delivered in September 2026. Lehrer's took my money over the phone but did not deliver. My 76 year old friend, who I wanted to surprise, had to pick up the bouquet. Lehrer's kept the delivery fee. I do not recommend. read more

Came here to pick up the flowers for my cousins wedding in Hartsel! The place smells delightful upon entering! The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I found that so odd seeing as there were like 4 employees present 2 on the phone taking orders and 2 putting them together. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope. Honestly the flowers were so beautiful and they wrapped them once I asked which I appreciated very much. They also gave us directions on how to keep them fresh until the next day and they totally lasted! Great flowers that were beautiful but poor customer service at least in person. Minus one star for that. I do however recommend them based off their work! read more

I was referred to this florist by a local friend in Denver, and I'm so glad I went with them! I ordered flowers for my dear friend recovering from surgery, but since I live in Florida, I had no idea what to expect. From the moment I called, Misty (I believe that was her name) was incredibly kind and understanding. She guided me through the entire process, making it so easy and reassuring. The flowers arrived and were absolutely beautiful--my friend was thrilled, and they truly brightened her day! I couldn't be happier with the service and quality. Thank you for making a long-distance gift so special! Highly recommend! read more

So awesome and quick, friendly and same day delivery from a 1p order. Wow! Thank you! read more

this is an awesome florist for customer service, beauty, and timely delivery. My grandchild just had surgery and this 12 y.o. had done some research on flower arrangements. Devin took all details on color, butterflies, and basket style. He improvised to get the look she asked for on basket. A photo was sent--so reassuring after reading all bad reviews for other florists. The recipient kept telling me they were "so pretty". I called at 10 am and they were delivered a few hours later!D Devin is such a great representative. read more

Ordered through Teleflora and this florist filled the order based on the card that arrived with the flowers. A picture is worth a thousand words. Included pics of what was ordered, what was received and the card. Teleflora provided a partial refund to their credit though sadly the recipient was short changed. read more

Alexa @ Lehrer's Flowers was a life saver today. She was very patient, friendly and knowledgeable about the variety of Flowers & Bouquets. We needed them delivered today. That's an awesome service the company offers on a Sunday. She also went out of her way to text me a picture of the bouquet so I could see it before delivery & YELP it. She hand picked all my favorite flowers we talked about. Extremely happy, highly recommend & they will totally be my go to.. Lehrer's Flowers - Beautiful Custom Flower Bouquet - Florists Near Me - Denver, Colorado

The Bee Well floral arrangement that Lehrer's sent had few similarities to the one pictured. I realize that a flower may be substituted. However I ordered flowers and not greenery. So disappointed. read more

My boyfriend and I walked in yesterday afternoon, a few days before Christmas, looking for a non-Christmas bouquet. After perusing the pre-made options (several were brought up to us from the back for our consideration as well), we decided to have them make a custom bouquet for us. I described what I wanted (pink, purple, and white, a bit asymmetrical, some height, named some flowers I liked and didn't like), and my boyfriend gave them a budget. I could barely contain my happiness and excitement when they brought out the most gorgeous bouquet my boyfriend had ever bought for me (which is saying a lot since it's been every couple of weeks for the last year and a half). They also did it in about 20 minutes during this busy holiday season. Thank you SO much. read more

Lehrer's Flowers - Florists Near Me - Denver, Colorado

Worst experience I have ever had with a flower company. My mother had just passed and someone who was nice enough to think of me ordered me some beautiful flowers from Lehrer's. On Friday, March 6th Chris who I guess delivers for Lehrer's decided to deliver the flowers in a snow storm with the temperature at 28 degrees on my porch. Now in the past when a neighbor has received flowers usually the flower delivery person walks to a neighbors house to see if they could leave the flowers with them and then leave a note where the flowers were delivered. Or just take them back to store and contact the recipient . Well Chris was obviously too good to do that so he just left on porch. So unprofessional and chris should lose his job. Not sure where chris is located but what a loser. I will never use Lehrer's ever again. read more

Destiny and her staff are amazing - and patient! (I wasn't an easy customer.) She quickly resolved my concerns by sending a photo of the flowers. They were perfect!! So beautiful and artistically designed. (My friend sent me a photo - happy to have received them - it I didn't like it! Turns out it was just the angle!). Destiny resolved it with good humor and a policy all florists should adopt to protect themselves from customers like me! I will be back. No wonder they are rated the Best of Denver! They deserve it! The arrangement was nice and truly made my sisters day. Nothing is better than flowers when you are down. The business made an error with an additional item I had ordered. They called me the following day and fixed the issue right away & were very apologetic. I would never expect this to be taken care of on a weekend, especially a Sunday, but it was. I needed a same day delivery for my best friend on her birthday (october1st). Since 1800Flowers couldn't do same day I called the local flower shop in the area my best friend lives. I live out of state, Florida. The person was super friendly and helpful. The flowers arrived earlier then the time he said they would be delivered which is always a plus. I told him just a mixture of flowers and he asked any particular colors, I said no just whatever is available. They turned out beautifully. I would say for a local flower shop, price including delivery was reasonable especially for same day and last min. Thanks a bunch read more

Confusing process, poor communication, failure of customer service, and I am still waiting on a refund. Tuesday: I ordered a bouquet for my wife two days before her birthday. The order went through including the delivery location to our home in the 2-day time window as though all was fine. Wednesday: I received a call from the rep Amelia the next day that the delivery vendor would not make the delivery without tacking on an extra $12.85 to the delivery fee. I agreed to pay the up charge and Amelia said "ok". Without any further confirmation to be made for me at that moment, our call ended. Thursday (requested delivery date): The night of delivery (about 6pm) I called to request status on delivery, thinking it would have shown up during business hours but was running late. I had to give all of my contact info again even though I had my order number for them and had already given that all when I placed my order. This next rep said I would hear back "later" and there was nothing to be done but wait. Friday: This morning (morning after the delivery date) I got a call at 8am from a third and separate rep. She stated that a different rep had attempted to call me on Wednesday but that I missed their call (putting blame on me) and that they never received confirmation from me that I would pay an additional fee. In reality I returned Amelia's call when I had the chance on Wednesday morning and confirmed I would indeed pay the up charge as I stated earlier. I understood now that the flowers were never even heading my way. How am I to know that this is a trustworthy business? They kept my money and never sent the flowers. Didn't even get them out on a later delivery schedule. I requested a refund on Friday's call and this third rep said they would do so. I am still waiting on a refund. My wife didn't get her birthday bouquet as I hoped so I need this refund to go buy belated birthday flowers for her from a real business. Don't waste your time with these people. read more

My mom was recently in an accident, and since I don't live in Denver and couldn't be with her I sent Lehrer's flowers, knowing they'd be good. Well, they were even better than I could have hoped for. The bouquet I ordered was colorful and happy and had lots of buds, so it was pretty on day one but is arguably even prettier a week (or two weeks!) later. Sending flowers is always hard, since usually you aren't there to see the results. Flowers can be expensive and it's hard to know what's worth the money and what's going to die quickly or arrive looking nothing like the photos. That isn't true with Lehrer's. My mom said that having these flowers has been a bright spot during some hard times and I just so appreciated the same-day delivery and how gorgeous the bouquet I ordered was. I initially messed up the delivery date and called and the woman I spoke to on the phone was so kind and helpful. It just seems like a lot of care goes into this company and it shows. My mom sends me almost daily photos and was clearly really touched and impressed with them. Thanks for making my mom's day a little brighter, and making me feel a little less sad that I can't be there in person, Lehrer's. read more

Excellent customer service and the flowers were beautiful!! I love out of town and they emailed me a picture since i asked for florist pick!

Best long distance buying experience ever thanks to Yelp reviewers, Kevin the owner and Duckie, the florist herself. Wanting to send a cheery Get Well message to brother in Colorado, I scoured the Yelp site for recommendations. Thank you all! Lehrer's owner, Kev, responded to many of the reviews, acknowledging slip-ups and making it good. Calling to place the order, Duckie answered the phone and guided my purchase, answering all my questions. She went so far as to personalize the rubber ducky vase and select a balloon that expresses the "Keep "Smiling" message on the vase (see photos). I will definitely order my next arrangement from Duckie and am hoping for a fun Christmas elf or Grinch to send to the hospital. read more

I live in NJ and wanted to send my daughter long stem pink roses for her 30th birthday. Lehrer's Flowers did not disappoint. Dany was attentive to my wants and suggested we exchange phone numbers so we could text pictures to each other. The arrangement was beautiful and arrived at the time I requested. The roses still look beautiful a week later. I felt the price was fair as another local florist wanted twice as much. I will definitely be using Lehrer's Florist for my future needs in Denver. read more

I chose Lehrer's Flowers to send an "I'm sorry" bouquet to a dear friend of mine. I had chosen a large, colorful and spring-themed bouquet and was charged $135 for a same day delivery. While my friend was very grateful for the flowers, the photo she sent me was incredibly disappointing. I see basic flowers and a lot of cheap green foliage- hardly worth the astronomical price I paid plus delivery. Alstroemerias, lilies and carnations are rather cheap and lower ticket flower selections. I used to work in floral, and was expecting a more colorful and frankly, more ornate arrangement with less cheap flowers and greenery. This looks thrown together with spare parts and pieces. I honestly regret using Lehrer's and should have just gone to Safeway and saved myself 80 bucks or more. Save your money and go elsewhere for professional arrangements. read more

Great service loved it if do it again in a heartbeat I loved everything about this service five stars for sure

I found this place on Yelp to deliver flowers to my sister. I ALWAYS find a local florist and delivery when sending flowers to someone out of state because they usually put together the best bouquets. However, for a $75 bouquet, this is what they sent my sister. I paid over $95 after tax and delivery fee. I am disappointed to say the least. To me, this is NOT a $75 bouquet. I asked her roommate, who opened for the delivery and was in on the surprise, how it looked and she said, "the flowers look fresh but it looks like a $30 bouquet." And that's how I feel too. Given, this cannot see these flowers in person BUT I have sent flowers from local florists to other people out of state at least 10 other times and I have never been disappointed by a bouquet before. I do not think this was worth the almost $100 I spent. In addition, I FOUND THEM ON YELP AND BASED ON OTHER REVIEWS I PICKED THEM. Their customer service over the phone was good but I am not happy with the price paid for this bouquet. Maybe it is my fault as I advised the flowers didn't matter as much as she doesn't really have a favorite flower so a pretty bouquet is what I wanted most. But I expressed the reason I was sending them was emotional and to express a thank you for supporting me and this doesn't really convey that at all. Why is there so much greenery? Hydrangeas do not last that long and they are a large filler. I am disappointed especially after seeing the beautiful bouquets other people have sent to their loved one from out of state from this same florist. read more

I was told that Kathy would call to finalize a few things specific to what we requested. During our conversation she asked if she could make some creative decisions and I said yes of course. When the several arrangements were delivered they were absolutely stunning. Breath taking as described by numerous guests of my mother's service.
