I received this arrangement as a gift. It was beautiful when it arrived. So fresh and vibrant! Quality was amazing, with some stems still going strong 2 weeks later. Compared to some arrangements received from other florists, the value from this shop seems appropriate. read more

Oofta! I love this shop but so disappointed with our last service. My brother died in February. Today would have been his wedding anniversary. My mom called on Thursday and ordered flowers for his wife. She explained the situation, that her son had died and this was the first anniversary without him. At first, customer service was great. But today, flowers were delivered late, the delivery person yelled at me for scaring her (I was waiting for the flowers on the sidewalk). Delivery person seemed very out of sorts and the bouquet was terrible. Snap dragons were wilted, alstroemeria was as well. I called and expressed my disappointment. Again, service was great and was promised a new bouquet by 4:00 but nothing was ever delivered. I was asked to leave the old bouquet outside so they could see where they 'missed the mark'. Bouquet is still outside, waiting to be picked up. Sad. read more

Really disappointed in the quality of the flowers. The pink flowers were very wilted .The presentation was nice but for $53 you would hope these would be better. I wish I had said something at the counter but I truly couldn't see how bad it was until I got them home. And honestly the store should have the integrity to not send out flowers this wilted anyways . I ended up spending more money to get replacement flowers from the supermarket. read more

Olde Town's front yard doesn't look very inviting. I would think the landscaping outside would be more inviting so you would want to come INside. read more

Beautiful arrangement that was delivered on time. The flowers were lovely and my friend was thrilled.

The key words in their title are flower shop, so the best thing they need to offer are great flowers. I ordered 2 seperate orders for an anniversary recently and both orders were very under whelming. I specifically asked for a "large beautiful spring arrangement", unfortunately what we received was a small arrangement that half of the flowers never opened and the other half looked small and non vibrant. I spent over $200 for two arrangements and the flowers just were not beautiful. The value of the purchase was not worth the money. The customer service and delivery were fine but did not make up for the poor flowers. read more

I called from out of state for a same day delivery for birthday flowers for my cousin. I like supporting local small businesses whenever possible, especially in the current times we are in. I called and spoke to the guy there, who said he was working and delivering orders alone. I am so impressed with his service and wanted to say thank you! He created a beautiful and bright bouquet and had them delivered within 2 hours of placing my order! Wow! Thank you for your amazing customer service and helping to bring a smile to my cousin on her special day! read more

Very friendly and helpful. Delivered on time as promised. The arrangement was were a huge hit with our coworker!

Look no further. Courtney and her colleagues came to the rescue for me. I flew in from Chicago to visit an elderly relative in an assisted living home nearby. In minutes they created a beautiful bouquet and were kind and caring people. It was a huge hit with the recipient and I am grateful to have found them. Thank you again for being a huge help! read more

I had a last minute need for that looked professional, not tacky or like they came from a grocery store. I was helped immediately and, with a budget in mind, and some very loose flower preference direction, the shop worker put together this beautiful bouquet in about 5-8 minutes. I spent $55 for the flowers and the vase (a lovely vase that will surely be reused) and a small box with tissue which added a nice touch for delivery. Plus, the shop was filled with fun and pretty vases, decor, and greeting cards to ship while I waited for my flowers. Great experience! read more

There is so much uncertainty picking an out of state florist. Will they deliver as planned? Are their arrangements as full and beautiful as the website? Are they easy to do business with? Old Town Flower Shop knocked it out of the park! My friend was overjoyed and it got her decor perfectly. What they created exceeded expectations. They listened and understood what we wanted and incorporated that into the arrangement. Very professional. Competitively priced. Highly, highly recommend. read more

These photo are of no justice to how beautiful the custom arrangement is, I wanted something to take to aunt for Easter since she resides in a memory care center, and misses her garden. So after talking to Courtney and Diandra, this beautiful arrangement manifested. My aunt absolutely loved it! The milk glass vase, was a lovely added touch. She also fell in love with the snail planter. The variety here is great quality, Courtney and Diandra, really take the time to listen and match you needs to the most appropriate but stunning plants. I highly recommend this place, if you're looking for any arrangements. You won't be disappointed. read more

My (now husband) and I planned our virtual wedding last week and immediately called Old Town Flower Shop to get my bouquet and his boutonnière. I called them and referenced a photo I saw on their website as inspiration for my bouquet and they did an AMAZING job. I thought it was more beautiful than I imagined. They were so accommodating and sweet in helping with just a few days notice. I dropped off a piece of my moms wedding dress for them to wrap around my bouquet and they were so excited, sweet, and informative. I really appreciated the staff and their help and excitement in helping make our special day wonderful. read more

It is so difficult to order flowers from out of town. Will they arrive? Will they be as we expect them? After reviewing several websites, I loved the creativity and beauty of the arrangements on Old Town Flower Shoppe's website. I didn't see exactly what I wanted, so I called and talked with a nice woman who took notes of what we were looking for, and confirmed they could deliver next day. There was a slight hiccup with the delivery - the flowers were left in a place our friends didn't see them, and the Ring footage looked like the delivery driver didn't leave them (we assumed because it was so cold out - made sense.) When I called the next morning to see if redelivery would be attempted, come to find out, the flowers WERE left, but in a place our friends didn't see them, and sadly they froze over night. Olde Town Flower Shoppe went WAY beyond, remade the bouquet, and delivered a second one. If you are looking to do business with a florist who cares about their work and the outcome for the client and recipient, please select Olde Town Flower Shoppe. They do business with integrity, and create beautiful outcomes. read more

Reviewed by the "Out of Town" Guy... I give Fiori Di Flavio a 10/10 for quality and service. I was out of town for work and wanted to send my love a nice arrangement (let her know that she is on my mind even with the many miles separating us). Fiori Di Flavio came through for me with no problems. They actually processed and delivered the order in less than 24 hrs. One of the best things about making the order was that I completed it all online. I made the order around 9pm ET and could confidently say the process to ordering was simple and concise. I received an order update the next morning confirming all the details I submitted in the online ordering form by email. After receiving the confirmation, I realized that I made the mistake of scheduling the delivery at the wrong time! I wanted the recipient to receive them directly from the florist so I replied to the order confirmation requesting that the delivery be pushed back 1 hour. Sure enough, the flowers were delivered at the updated time requested and I received a beautiful call (and several text messages lol) of appreciation from my love. Everything went extremely SMOOTH!!! Price is definitely comparable to competitors. I will use Fiori Di Flavio again in the future for sure. Rich read more

I'd never thought I'd be writing a review of a flower shop, but the customer service and quality assortment I received warrants me to change my ways! I'll definitely be back, and never think twice about my inevitable floral purchases in the future. read more

The ladies at Fiori are AMAZING! I have purchased arrangements from them for a few years now. The arrangements have been for my other half, my mom, and for other businesses. The arrangements are always beautiful and exactly what we are looking for. Recently, John (my other half) and I have started planning our wedding. We went in and met with Jen to discuss all the flowers. She made everything so easy!! Once she saw our colors and we told her our favorite flowers she knew exactly what to do! read more

My work uses Fiori for all of our flower needs and that's how I discovered them. They are amazing. Jennifer was very helpful and patient with me while I was trying to figure out what flowers I wanted for my wedding. Some how she deciphered my craziness and made them look exactly how I had envisioned. I could not have been happier with how things turned out. My bouquet as well as the bridesmaids were gorgeous and vibrant! And the boutonnieres gave the guys that pop of color that they needed. I will definitely be using them for any of my floral needs in the future! read more

Grandpa ended up in hospital so I was looking for florist this morning. I left a msg and received a call back almost immediately after they opened. If you have ever purchased flowers for a special occasion at a grocery store, you probably learned firsthand that in the floral business, quality matters. Flowers are about emotion, about feeling, about expressing a sentiment. And so quality means everything. In 20 years as a sales professional, there are only two florists I have ever used consistently, because their products and service never disappoint. Fiori di Flavio is one of those florists, and I love them because I know Patty and Jennifer and their staff care as much about the final product as I do. When I choose Fiori di Flavio, I know with 100% certainty I'm going to get exceptional flowers, beautifully arranged, delivered on time. Love love love having a vendor of this quality on my team! read more

This shop in this location is now called the Olde Town Flower Shoppe and for some reason it has all 5 star reviews. Based on all the amazing reviews I was excited to pick up the flowers. I was really disappointed. The arrangement looked cheap and the flowers looked old, nothing like the pictures on the website. The ladies redid the arrangement for me and it was ok. I also asked for the arrangement to be packed for travel and the water sloshed all over my car and I will be repacking it for the trip down south for a party. I really regret not using my regular florist. Perhaps More Flowers is just so awesome I have become jaded. I was hoping to find a florist in Arvada but having to complain and wait for the arrangement to be redone was inconvenient and irritating. I will not be back. read more

Great service! My boyfriend and I live in Hawaii and we wanted to send a nice floral arrangement to his mom for her birthday. I found their website via Google and their prices were fairly competitive with other local florists. Patty was very sweet to work with. She even called me to let me know when the arrangement was delivered and where they were left. I could tell she takes great pride in her flowers as she was hesitant to even leave them on the porch because of the cold temperature. Thus after 2 delivery trips, Mom loved the beautiful arrangement and enjoyed the box of chocolates that came with it! read more

The selection at at the shop is beyond incredible, and with such great selection they always create and deliver breathtaking arrangements.
