I live in CA and just thought I'd rather speak to a live person instead of ordering online. Neely was a breath of fresh air ~ so kind, so helpful and extremely knowledgeable and effective. Decided on a pretty succulent arrangement that would be safe around my daughter's cat. Ordered at 9:30 and delivered just a few hours later. The experience began on a great note on Mother's Day 2026. We were greeted at the door by a wonderful woman named Cari and we were the only customer in the store. She was very pleasant and inviting, a kind person. She as the best person in the entire facility! We want tulips and she lead us to them. She let us pick the flowers of our choice. What a gracious woman, Cari. Unfortunately, she was NOT the florist. Once the Florist (Rowin) saw us, he was immediately, dismissive, curt and discovered he had to move a pile of empty boxes to the dumpster (it took him two or three trips), his ignoring attitude was very disrespectful and the other two women who were in the store, ignored us also. After waiting awhile, it was apparent that we were not welcome in the store. Cari was the ONLY person who saw us as valued customers. We left without purchasing anything and Cari the beautiful soul that she is, tried to make up for the poor customer service of the others. I'm sure the owner will respond with a excuse for the negative behavior. Don't fabricate a story "Cherry," tell, the truth. We chose Cherry Blossoms to provide the flowers for my daughter's wedding reception at the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. It was a large order for Cherrie but I always had total confidence in her ability to create the perfect bouquets for the venue. The only direction I gave her was that I wanted bright, colorful, jewel tones and she just ran with it! Walked in, the staff was very kind and approachable, they had one of those walk in coolers they kept a assortment of very beautiful preset bouquets. The prices ran $60-$80 for a nice set, well worth the quality because these bouquets are beautiful and florist flowers last wayyyy longer than grocery store flowers. It was especially nice they had options ready when you just walked in, I didn't want to place an order like many do, I just wanted to grab a nice set real quick. I am updating my prior review. Cherrie contacted me and was quite sorry about how the flowers had turned out on Valentines Day. She really wanted to make it right and sent me a new bouquet today. As you can see from the picture, all 10 tulips are there and very perky! The delivery man made a special point to say hello and apologize for the mishap. I can't even tell you how amazing this shop is. I mean...I could, I guess. So I'm gonna try. I've ordered several arrangements from them for a friend of mine who lives in Broomfield. I've always ordered the flowers long distance and had them delivered to her, either by ordering over the phone or just using the website. I had continued to use this flower shop because the orders and deliveries have been always been flawless. Thereby, friend impressed and feeling loved. Only recently, have I had the pleasure of actually going in the shop and meeting the owner (who is a total gem btw) and seeing the effort and perfection that goes in to actually MAKING an arrangement. I was coming in, close to closing time, during COVID, on a Saturday. It's was my friends 60th birthday and I just got off the plane and ran to get an Uber for the 1 hour drive to the flower shop. There was a discrepancy on Google, by the way, about the closing time of the shop. I was assuming it was mostly because of the weirdness of COVID related google searches and the opening/closing of shops all silly nilly. I called prior, to make sure they would be open, even if I arrived AT 4pm, and I was assured they would be. I arrived in the Uber at 3:46 and expected to run in and pick up the flowers to continue to my friends birthday party. There was a slight miscommunication about my pick up time, to which I wasn't the slightest bothered. I was not only privileged enough to watch the arrangement being made but the owner gifted me with a SEVERAL extras, just because she was mannered and classy enough to be bothered by my brief wait. I wasn't bothered at all (it wasn't but 5 or 6 minutes, so if someone would have been ahead of me in line, it would have been the same thing) but the owner insisted I take some candies and some incredibly nice local goats milk lotion, which I gifted to my friend, who loves it And the flowers themselves...? Well, I don't believe there's another shop around who puts such thought and LONGEVITY into an arrangement. Every arrangement had that wow factor at first, no matter where you get them from, but the arrangements from Cherry Blossom have the ability to extend that wow factor, as their flowers bloom and expand with several surprises throughout the course of the next several days, in to a week. It actually makes you want to google search what some of these flowers could be. Such as the Purple Haze arrangement that exploded surprises over the course of the next several days, in to the next week. Everything is fresh and exotic flowers I have never seen before make it somehow wild and earthy. I usually upgrade to the "wow" level of arrangement (I think it's only 15 or 20$ more) and it's really worth it. Seriously. This is the flower shop you want if you desire to impress the person you are sending flowers to and convey how much you care... not just at that moment upon receiving your flowers, but when they look at them throughout the following weeks, it's like a subtle reminder. Customer service is non existent. I just paid over $150 on a Mother's Day bouquet and the staff was condescending and rude. They had no pick and go bouquets (slim pickings) and prioritized orders. I have been coming to this establishment for many years and sadly the poor customer service is consistent. They act like the flowers are gold and treat the customer like garbage. they act like they are doing you a favor, and even though the bouquets are beautiful, I will not be returning.
