A bouquet of roses and mixed flowers in a white vase is placed on a table, with shadows cast on the surface.

My husband sent me one of the most gorgeous floral arrangements from Boulder Blooms. The arrangement was artistically curated and the flowers were absolutely beautiful! It was a last minute "thinking of you" arrangement that was ordered and delivered on the same day, which is even more impressive considering the thought and effort that was put in by the person who put it together. My husband said the customer service was excellent and it was worth every penny. Looking forward to more arrangements from here!

We hired Boulder Blooms as the florist for our wedding and the way they executed our vision was spot on. They worked with us from start to finish to make sure that they understood our color palette and what types of flowers we preferred. Not to mention their Instagram got my hyped up from Day 1 with their wholesale adventure posts. Everything they find is always so beautiful! The first time I cried on my wedding day was when they brought in my bouquet. It was stunning and we couldn't have asked for anything better. Their table arrangements were beautiful and whimsical, taking into account the natural shape of the flora and incorporating that into the style of the arrangements. They also created a sweet disco ball hanging installment! I'm currently trying to press and dry a bunch of the flowers from the wedding because of how obsessed I am with them. Wonderful job!

Underwhelmed. The flowers were left on the recipient's doorstep and the recipient was texted after delivery that the order had been delivered. But this happened at 10am, so the flowers sat in the 87 degree heat until 2pm when recipient came home. I (incorrectly) assumed that there would be some coordination of delivery. I posted a pic of the flowers. Felt like I could have just bought these at the store for $30 or $40 dollars, but their cost was $75 plus $14 delivery plus the $4 tip. I guess my tip is next time buy at the store and deliver myself so I get my money's worth?

I ordered a bouquet of flowers as a get well present. Bouquets and delivery costs are a little expensive (over $65), so imagine my disappointment to see the scrappy bouquet that my family member received. It looked cheap and I was somewhat embarrassed with what was delivered. Maybe I had higher expectations from a local florist. For transparency, I did pick the "lil something" with a vase in the Bloom option. The site did not show photos of what the "lil something" would look like but showed many beautiful options of bouquets under this arrangement, so I assumed the bouquet that would be delivered would be something in that realm. To be frank, the bouquet that was delivered looked like someone just picked wildflowers and stuck them in a mason jar. If I knew this, I would not have ordered from Boulder Blooms and I would have just ordered flowers from trader joes and had it delivered. I would have saved $45 and gotten a fuller and more beautiful bouquet. I'm not saying not to order from them but if you do, I would shop in store so that you know what you're getting, otherwise you will most likely be disappointed by the flowers you receive for the amount that you spent. The cost value is just not there with Boulder Blooms.

Don't drive distracted Boulder Blooms! There are a lot of kids and elderly in the area.

My girlfriend and I have ordered flowers from boulder blooms two times in the past couple months and both times they were incredibly fast acting, and built beautiful works of art for us to give to her mother. The staff has also always been very welcoming each time we have worked with them. They know their flowers!!!!

Beautiful Birthday Bouquet! - A floral arrangement with daisies, gerbera daisies, and other flowers in a green vase, accompanied by a birthday card on a wooden table.

We ordered some flowers from Boulder Blooms for a family member's birthday, and they were GORGEOUS. The arrangement was fresh and modern, and we appreciated how easy the online ordering was. The bouquet went well beyond our expectations, from the intentional selection of flowers to their arrangement. We will definitely order from BB again!

This was the groom's boutonniere!! We *think* it was the burgundy ranunculus?

After our wedding this past Saturday I have to say, despite loving so very much the few deliveries I received from Boulder Blooms several years ago, I'm not sure what's changed there, but we were incredibly disappointed and embarrassed. Made worse is their lack of even a "sorry to hear and we'll get back to you shortly" response. Good businesses respond promptly upon hearing such news. Large flowers in both bridesmaids' bouquets were brown and dying already upon arrival; due to their light colors, it was very visible. My bouquet was twice the cost of those, and unnoticeably differing in size. All of the three corsages and five boutonnieres were an embarrassment to give our mothers, daughter, groom, groomsmen, and fathers. I was appalled when I saw them upon their arrival. They were measly and withering away already and I almost did not even use them. They simply crumpled or fell apart shortly after putting on - but even before that upon arrival they looked horrible and no one could believe that's what we were given. The table centerpieces, though pretty, were loaded with fillers and we had specifically talked about not doing so - it was agreed upon, so if there was an issue ahead of time I was not notified in any way to tell me what we'd talked of was not possible. The only piece we were impressed with was the arch garland. I will be adding photos. Even our professional photographers took pictures as they were surprised with the poor quality, too - but those will not be ready for several weeks. What a disappointment and embarrassment.

the centerpiece they did for a fundraiser. My table won 2nd place and I credit the perfect arrangement!

The arrangements they do are stunning, unique and long lasting. I had them create this arrangement for a charity event at our community center las summer--my table placed 2nd for decorations and I credit Boulder Blooms!

After 31 years, I'm done. The last three experiences at Sturtz & Copeland have been awful…read more I've been a loyal patron for three decades. I went to them to do all the flowers at my wedding, have bought many house plants from them over the course of these three decades, etc but these last three instances will make me never patronize their establishment ever again. 1. I bought their bagged soil for indoor house plants to replenish the soil in all my pots. I even asked them about fungus gnats to which the employee confidently stated, "no, never." Well flash forward about a month, my plants of 20-30 years, are now all infested with fungus gnats. 100% came from Sturtz & Copeland soil and confirmed by taking the back outside for day, stirring up the soil contained within and watching the adult gnats swarm. So now I'm battling fungus gnats in every single house plant of mine. Thanks. 2 I bought a $40 snake plant from them and had them repot it in one of their terra cotta pots before I left the store. When the employee there removed the snake plant from their plastic pot she was shocked to see how over watered it was. Even pointing out to me to never let it get this overwatered, "see how the roots and everything is breaking up and breaking down?" She put forth her best effort to repot it but the stalk bunch was clearly falling apart. I got home about 20 mins later and 2/3rds of the stalks uprooted and fell out of the pot. I called the store immediately and explained what happened. They said there's nothing they can do about it because as soon as the plant leaves the store, there is no more warranty. They said to compost the stalks/clumps that fell out. So I was left with the equivalent of a $12 snake plant size in a pot that is way too big for it. Thanks. 3. A friend of mine gifted me a 4" waffle plant, purchased from Sturtz & Copeland. It thrived for months. However it was clearly time to have it repotted. I brought it in to Sturtz & Copeland to size up one of their gray terra cotta pots that I like. The employee there said they'd repot it for free since the plant originally came from them and I'm buying their pot. A week later the plant has lost all its leaves and it completely dead. I called with no hope or expectation of resolution and that's exactly what I got. I tried to continue to love this store since their move but it's not the same. The fact that I'm now battling a massive fungus gnat infestation alone is enough of a put off for me. Combine it with the other two instances and I am confidently never shopping here again.
