Totally disappointed in your service! My husband ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday for me for Valentines Day. By last night the flowers were all dying, limp and looked like a week old or more arrangement. When he called this morning the man he spoke to wanted to know what he wanted him to do about it. He didn't suggest replacing the arrangement or crediting my husband's card for the cost. I can't believe anyone would run their business in this manner. It is really hard sometimes to find a florist in a different city. On occasion I have needed to send flowers to my family in Boulder, CO. I have found the Longmont Florist to be exceptional. While a lot of the other florists are into avant garde designs, Longmont Florist is more traditional. They have beautiful arrangements at an appropriate price. My most recent order was a birthday bouquet and I asked for it in the morning of the birthday celebration. They made an extra effort to get it to my sister-in-law that day. I so appreciate that! because my friend's brother died and I had heard they were good. The guy who helped me quoted 65 dollars in person and then jacked up the price to 95 dollars. This after delivery to the East Coast etc etc both quotes. I agreed to it because it was actually a suicide situation and I wanted the best for my friend and her family.
