Totally disappointed in your service! My husband ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday for me for Valentines Day. By last night the flowers were all dying, limp and looked like a week old or more arrangement. When he called this morning the man he spoke to wanted to know what he wanted him to do about it. Service was rushed, not detail oriented. Could've been better listeners, more patient with senior citizens. the light purple and lilac colors that I requested were minimally included. I would have liked better communication between the receptionist and the designers. Arrangement was small, appeared quickly thrown together, haphazard , off center, unbalanced. Overall, the product was overpriced, many daisies, excessive greenery, but only one eucalyptus that I had requested a few of. $10 delivery fee for 2-3 blocks away. Would not recommend or go back. It is really hard sometimes to find a florist in a different city. On occasion I have needed to send flowers to my family in Boulder, CO. I have found the Longmont Florist to be exceptional. While a lot of the other florists are into avant garde designs, Longmont Florist is more traditional. They have beautiful arrangements at an appropriate price. My most recent order was a birthday bouquet and I asked for it in the morning of the birthday celebration. They made an extra effort to get it to my sister-in-law that day. I so appreciate that! Longmont Florist just did all of the flowers for my wedding! They delivered everything on time, and the flowers were gorgeous. They made 9 bridesmaid bouquets, the bridal bouquet, boutonnieres for the guys, wrist corsages for the women, arrangements for 10 tables, flowers for the cake and petals for the flowers girls, flowers to float in the fountain, a big welcome arrangement, and a huge arrangement for the arch!! because my friend's brother died and I had heard they were good. The guy who helped me quoted 65 dollars in person and then jacked up the price to 95 dollars. This after delivery to the East Coast etc etc both quotes. I agreed to it because it was actually a suicide situation and I wanted the best for my friend and her family.
