This florist thinks that sending "whatever they had on hand" in the morning is sufficient for a specific bouquet chosen the night before. My boyfriend ordered a specific "best seller" bouquet for my birthday--they described it a--- charming mix of fresh blooms in ripe, fruity shades of raspberry, peach and cherry is a tempting pick-me-up for any day of the week. A mix of hot pink, red and coral flowers such as roses, Matsumoto asters and carnations - accented with greenery What I received was pink carnations with white and yellow daisies. There was baby's breath and some greenery. Not even close to what was described. My boyfriend was horrified at this sad excuse for a substitution. When he called, they said, "well, the order was placed late last night and this was what we had in stock." Only after prompting, he got them to say they would drop off more flowers to make up the difference. They said they would since they received an shipment of new flowers this morning. I have since received the 2 orange roses, 1 red carnation, and 3 lillies. Why wouldn't you have called to ask if it was okay to make a substitution? Why wouldn't you have called to say that the delivery will be in the afternoon since they just got in a new shipment of flowers? How can you think carnations are an equal substitute for roses? Overall, I can't believe you think this an appropriate way to practice business. I will forever doubt that the pictures on your website are what you can produce. read more

I am soooo disappointed. Flowers aren't cheap. And when I send them, I want them to be beautiful. This place was recommended to me. I live in Texas and wanted to send flowers to my daughter in Colorado. I chose from a picture off their website. I even paid extra for the Deluxe version. They do have a disclaimer stating they may need to make substitutions if a particular flower is not available. I get you may have to substitute from time to time, but this was awful. This wasn't even close!! The flowers delivered were no way equal in looks, quality of design, or in value to what I ordered and paid for ??? No way! Not even close! Ok... the vase was the same color as the one in the picture. Seriously! So wish I could post pics for all the Yelp readers to compare. The arrangement they delivered looked cheap and Grocery Store quality. Actually I've bought far prettier arrangements for 65.00 in a grocery store. With delivery charge and tax, my total bill was $87. Will never order from them again. This designer needs to take some lessons or be fired. If they did not have ANYTHING... ANY FLOWER like the picture from their website... At the very least, someone from the shop should have contacted me so that I could make another choice. Very disappointed. I used them thru Teleflora to send a HUGE bouquet of flowers to my daughter for her birthday. She got the SMALL version of the bouquet (she sent me a photo thanking me). When I called the florist to talk to them about it - Dennis the owner - argued with me about the "picture" he worked from and the order that was actually delivered. He said they guarantee the bouquet but wouldn't budge. He wouldn't accept (via email) a picture of the bouquet (what I expected) from the Teleflora website and a picture of what was delivered. He wouldn't budge. And, said it was ok to complain to Teleflora. UGH!!! read more

I've ordered flowers here a few times for a few occasions and they always look nice. Only negative thing is, it's not that affordable and prices are slightly high for simple arrangements you can do yourself. My parents live close by to this floral boutique and it's very convenient for me to pick up floral when needed, but I feel like I'm paying more than other places I've been to. These people must be awesome, though I haven't interacted with them directly. My husband and I have a relative who has been very good to us but can be demanding when something specific is on her mind, which from what I understand is what happened in this case. Our relative ordered a GORGEOUS $200 basket filled with food items so specific that Bouquet Boutique employee(s) had to go drive to specific stores to obtain them. Much of the food was perishable, and unfortunately our apartment complex's office neglected to tell us that. The basket sat there overnight because we couldn't get the basket before the office closed. (I think it all survived, anyway; I had some of the more perishable food and experienced no ill effects, LOL...) THANK YOU Bouquet Boutique for your work (and patience)! What an amazing first experience and exceptional customer service! My step son had his homecoming this past Saturday and due to lack of adequate planning and procrastination we put off getting him a corsage for his homecoming date until the last possible moment. We just happened to Google florists near us and Bouquet Boutique came up. It was 2:40pm on Saturday September 27th and the 'OPEN" sign was lit up in the window, so we went in. The woman at the front desk was counting cash, looks up and asks "Is there something I can help you with?" I asked if they happened to have any corsages and she said "Not made!" So we were getting ready to walk out when a woman in the back poked her head around the corner and said "I can make you one though!" My heart skipped a beat and I was so relieved to hear her say she'd do that for us. About that time I looked at the door and saw the hours of operation and saw they closed at 2pm. They not only welcomed us into their business after hours, but they were willing to stay late to accommodate our poor planning and make us a corsage unique to our wants and needs. This is what customer service is all about and they went above and beyond excellent customer service; they made my son's night and customers for life! We will never go anywhere else for our floral needs and we will always recommend them to our friends and family. We used this florist for all the floral arrangements for a family funeral this summer. They did an amazing job. When we went in to meet with them they dealt with us very respectfully. They really listened to what we wanted and helped show us options. When an arrangement in the catalog was too pricey they explained how they could alter it to bring it within our price range while making sure it still looked nice. After being very upset about the poor quality "arrangement" (non-special flowers stuffed into a vase that looked nothing like the picture I chose) that was made by a different Teleflora florist and delivered to my friend, I called Bouquet Boutique. Sue, the owner, answered the phone, listened to my problem, and reassured me that she could fill this order the right way. She was calm and professional. Not only that, but she was able to fill and deliver the order that afternoon. And, there was no "service fee" and delivery fee that Teleflora charges. AMAZING HEART AND PASSION! The day before prom.... yeah that's right... the day before. My son's best friend got dumped and she had her dress and all. He adores her anyway and he couldn't bare to see her not go. It is his only and senior prom as well. I was NOT prepared for the huge price tag that comes along with it. Raising a gentleman is NOT cheap. He does have a job but just started and he's about to graduate so I scrounged up every dollar I had to make it possible. He even gave up getting his class ring so he could rent a tux and take her to a nice place for dinner. Then all of a sudden I realized the most (well almost ) important thing. Her flowers!!! Ugh! I had NOOOOO Idea where to go and thought on my way home from work, I wonder if there is a florist near me and how much is this gonna cost me. We had literally spent every dime we had and all I had in my account was 40 bucks for gas. I turn the corner on Nickel Street and boom. FLORIST appears and I pull the car in and sprint to the door. Did I mention it was 5pm the night before prom????? The Gentleman asked me what my needs were and I'm sure I came off cheap and desparate. I was. I can't remember the ladies name behind the counter but I will for this purpose name her ANGEL. She didn't give me a break on the price but that's not what I was looking for, I was just telling her what money I had to work with. She showed me these amazing purple flowers, with white roses and a keepsake bracelet. I thought it was just going to be a wrist band. She stated I could pick the flowers up Sat no earlier than 1. I sank. I said my son's prom is tomorrow. After she heard my story she was kind enough to fit my order in. Not only that but she then took the time to ask me questions regarding colors and chose ribbons to accent the flowers. When I went in, I expected flowers. What I received for my money was a sweet, delicate, crisp arrangement with the easy slip on bracelet and the ribbons just so.... and some kind of glitter dust tastefully touched on each petal. I just broke down and cried. What an amazing job. They went so far out of their way to make this girls day so special and it made my son very proud.
