Very disappointing experience. I received an arrangement that contained flowers that were already…read moredying upon delivery, and within hours more flowers had wilted. While substitutions were communicated to the customer who placed the order, the final arrangement looked very different from what was advertised online. What was most frustrating was the owner's response. He stated that he could not guarantee the flowers would last longer than 24 hours and refused to provide a replacement, redelivery, or refund despite the poor condition of the arrangement. In my opinion, charging customers for flowers that are already failing and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for floral arrangements in the Thornton area. Knowingly selling bad quality flowers and stealing your money is bad business practice.
