I am in Arizona and needed two sets of flowers to be delivered in Brighton - one to the home of my friends, and one to the church where the funeral service would be held. Jodie was amazing in helping me get them ordered and then sent me pictures of the arrangements. Couldn't have a more grateful client than me right now!!! Thanks to Vickie's Flowers and Jodie!!! read more

A flower arrangement was ordered from Vicki's, since it was close to Todd Creek, for my daughter who was hospitalized for 6 weeks and finally discharged. Sadly, it was the most disorganized and unpleasant arrangement I've ever seen, and as a nurse we have seen many. Not only that, but the main flowers in the arrangement were wilted the next day. It's normally expected to have fresh flowers and someone who knows color, texture, and design to arrange a bouquet. This woman know nothing. When I called her she was evasive and unwilling to send out a respectable bouquet. Adam's county is growing by leaps and bounds, hopefully we can expect quality shops to furnish above average items that are ordered, otherwise Denver is a better choice. read more

Outstanding focus on providing Exceptional Customer Service!! Highly, HIGHLY Recommended!!! Recently a member of our organization who resided in Colorado died. As a Texas resident, I knew nothing about Brighton, except that it is outside of Denver. Checking the internet for a florist near the member's residence, I found Vickies Flowers and called them. I am Thankful for the gracious manner Jody provided assistance with our order. Her follow-up with pictures and a call when the beautiful plant was delivered are greatly appreciated. If you need a florist in the west side of Denver area, you will be pleased that you contacted Vickies Flowers! Respectfully Submitted, Paul Mathis read more

The best experience I have ever had with a flower shop is Vickies Flowers, or with any business big or small this ranks high! I was fortunate enough to find Vickies Flowers and Jodie the owner of the business. Jodie had exactly what I was looking for and made it happen! I can honestly say I am very grateful to have found a business owner like Jodie that truly cares about the customer service and experience which we all know that is hard to find! read more

I can't say enough wonderful things about Vickies Flowers. Professional, kind & talented! Jodie helped me with a floral request, I let them choose the arrangement, and it turned out beautiful. In addition, she was so nice & helpful. She even sent me a photo of the arrangement and a notification when delivered. Such a nice touch! And I love supporting locally owned businesses. I'm definitely ordering from them again in the future. Thank you Vickies Flowers for the gorgeous arrangement, made my friend's day! read more

Outstanding customer service! I made an order for my significant other who's in Colorado(I'm in Texas). Scott was very prompt in answering my emails, as well as my phone call. I asked for a request of sunflowers and roses, and Scott was sure to get me all setup. I didn't see the final product until my SO sent me a pic, and I can say that Vickie and Scott has my full trust with creating a beautiful flower. I also asked for a special request in the delivery(get it to her desk if possible!) and they made it happen. 10/10 I would HIGHLY recommend Scott and Vickie read more

I wanted to send some flowers to a relative who was facing some difficult times and needed them delivered the same day. I always try to find a local florist so I know the flowers will be special. The service was impeccable and the flowers were delivered the same day. I was notified prior to delivery and even sent a picture of the flowers with the person they were going to. Customer service is always hard to come by these days so I am especially appreciative when it happens. read more

I was looking on Yelp for a florist close to my mother in Henderson, CO. Based on the reviews and the floral arrangements I've seen on Vickie's Flowers website, the flowers are beautiful, and the reason why I chose this location. When I want to place an order, it's very easy for me to look on their website while talking to one of the owners on the phone. They are very helpful with suggestions when I select an arrangement, but desire a slight change to the color or flower types. I never feel rushed and truly get the feeling that they want to deliver the perfect arrangement based on my requests. I feel they went above and beyond to help me place the perfect floral arrangement for my mother. Prior to delivering, Vickie sent me a picture of the arrangement to make sure I would be pleased. Not only does Vickie's Flowers take the extra time to get the order right, their arrangements are simply beautiful! There is a large variety to choose from. Regardless of the occasion you are bound to find something you'll love. The extra detail, like placing a measuring stick next to the arrangement so I could get a true perspective of the size in the picture was a nice extra touch. The deliveries have always been on time and always bring a smile to my mom. I look forward to ordering from this company again. If you are looking for a quality florist who takes pride in their work, I highly recommend Vickies Flowers in Brighten Colorado. read more

Ordered an arrangement and it was lovely! Took their time to explain options and prices. Great service!

Vickie's Flowers created a beautiful sympathy arrangement for me. It was exactly what I envisioned. I tried describing what I wanted over the phone but my lack of knowledge of flowers is embarrassing. She listened carefully and created a beautiful arrangement and delivered it that afternoon. She texted me a photo to show me. I am very happy that I chose this florist. read more

We had a death in the family and my wife's work wanted to comfort her with some flowers. I ran a large flower shop in West Los Angeles for three plus years, so I know flowers. I don't know what was paid for the arrangement we received, but it was spectacular! Simple, elegant and timeless arrangement, delivered on short notice too. The flowers were in a vase that had to be fairly expensive and lasted for over a week. We were grateful for the kindness and the flowers were beautiful! read more

Vickie's florist was recommended through Taber & Rice for my grandmothers memorial service. We ordered 2 arrangements to surround the urn, we showed her an example of what we wanted, was definitely not what we received! Very disappointing. read more

I wanted to do something special for my girlfriend. I try to support local business when I can. Vickies Flowers had a very nice website with reasonable prices including a very reasonable same-day delivery fee. I called the shop to place an order. The nice woman explained that she may not have the exact flowers in stock due to seasonable availability, but that if I told her what I was originally looking at and my price range, she would make something close. She did not disappoint. The arrangement was beautiful, arrived before lunch time, and 5 days later is still blooming with fragrance. read more

It was refreshing to call a flower shop where the owner herself answers the phone. I wanted same-day delivery flowers to brighten my sister's day since she had just gotten out of the hospital. Whenever someone orders flowers, there is a special reason behind it. It needs to convey your sentiments and hopefully deliver some joy as well. Vicky took my request for "happy flowers"and translated it into an explosion of fresh color. It made my sister cry. I do not live in Colorado, but am so glad that I did not resort to using a generic, nationwide, online flower service. Calling Vickies Flowers directly and connecting with her is how the flower business should be done. read more
