I ordered Daisy Daydreams and it turned into a carnation-filler-flower nightmare. I'm embarrassed to admit I paid 79.99 for this. I could've picked out a better bouquet at the grocery store for $20. I ordered this two weeks in advance of my mom's birthday and there is no reason it shouldn't have been what I ordered. There were only three daisies; one had half its pedals missing and one was broken off. I picked it up at the store and explained it wasn't what I ordered and they said they could upgrade it for more money so I left. They actually did call me 30 minutes later and said I could bring it back and have more flowers added. Maybe they realized they screwed up the order. I was even more mad at this point and already home. Some people seem to get nice flowers from here but I feel like I was ripped off. read more

The flower arrangements were beautiful but they barely lasted 1 day. They looked beautiful at 1p for a viewing but the next morning for the funeral mass they looked totally spent. Drooping and dead throughout all of the 4 of the 5 arrangements they provided. Only the casket spray looked nice. Flowers are so expensive and at a time when times are tough and to only get 12 hours out of them is sad. I will not order from here again. I do not and will not ever recommend them to anyone. I will warn everyone I know. Don't waste your money. read more

I stopped by DebBee's looking for a ready made arrangement for my wife. They only had a few to choose from and when I said I hoped for something a bit more elaborate, she brought out two arrangements that were custom made for other customers. I was told I could take either of those because they had enough time before the customer needed it and they could make another one. Aside from looking amazing and smelling great, it lasted over two weeks before starting to die off. I've never had flowers last that long but it's probably because they've never been as fresh as the ones I bought here. Great service and a great product. I accidentally saw my husband's receipt and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. I received these on 9/22 and I still have some flowers that are bright!! I have received flowers from here a couple of times, and also used them to deliver flowers to my mother a couple of times. The flowers are pretty and stay alive for more than a couple of days. Pretty affordable too! It is nice to support local businesses directly, when you order from an online website the flowers come from a local florist but they have to pay the referring website part of their income which is why sometimes the flowers are substituted out. Walk in and order directly or call and order, you will get a beautiful bouquet! read more

I was ordering flowers for my sister in law who was in intensive care in the hospital. Everything seemed fine until DebBee's called me and said that they couldn't deliver because the hospital said they couldn't. This was not true as the doctors pre approved flowers and cards but the operator at the hospital was making decisions on her own that day. Anyhow, I called DebBee's and let them know that the operator lied and then investigated and get the story right and then delivered the flowers. It seems for the trouble they added some extra balloons to make up for a problem they really didn't cause. I am very glad that my sister in law got those flowers and nicer than I originally ordered.
