Very disappointing experience. I received an arrangement that contained flowers that were already dying upon delivery, and within hours more flowers had wilted. While substitutions were communicated to the customer who placed the order, the final arrangement looked very different from what was advertised online. What was most frustrating was the owner's response. He stated that he could not guarantee the flowers would last longer than 24 hours and refused to provide a replacement, redelivery, or refund despite the poor condition of the arrangement. In my opinion, charging customers for flowers that are already failing and then refusing to make it right is unacceptable. I would recommend looking elsewhere for floral arrangements in the Thornton area. Knowingly selling bad quality flowers and stealing your money is bad business practice. read more

Good communication throughout the buying process! The wife was happy with the flowers. Will definitely be using them in the future!

My boyfriend's valentines order fell through because of the company he used. We stopped into DebBee's because it was close to our apartment. The owner asked me a few questions about what flowers I liked and then had this beautiful arrangement ready 20 minutes later! It seemed much cheaper for how big the arrangement was. Definitely recommend them! read more

I ordered Daisy Daydreams and it turned into a carnation-filler-flower nightmare. I'm embarrassed to admit I paid 79.99 for this. I could've picked out a better bouquet at the grocery store for $20. I ordered this two weeks in advance of my mom's birthday and there is no reason it shouldn't have been what I ordered. There were only three daisies; one had half its pedals missing and one was broken off. I picked it up at the store and explained it wasn't what I ordered and they said they could upgrade it for more money so I left. They actually did call me 30 minutes later and said I could bring it back and have more flowers added. Maybe they realized they screwed up the order. I was even more mad at this point and already home. Some people seem to get nice flowers from here but I feel like I was ripped off. read more

I got the most gorgeous bouquet from DebBees for my elopement! Despite some miscommunication where my order was ready at a different location, the 2 ladies working saved the day and created this masterpiece. I am so grateful and the flowers made my photos so much better! read more

Very friendly ladies behind the counter at DebBee's Garden. I had a pretty awful week and wanted some flowers to cheer me up, so I found this place after searching for florist on Yelp. I really enjoyed picking out the flowers one-by-one. I already had some vases at home, and that includes the purple vase in my picture. Only $20 for this bouquet! I'm sure I'll be back the next time I want flowers. read more

I ordered flowers from DebBeesGarden for a funeral service to be delivered to a church on a Friday afternoon before the Saturday service. I asked for a photo of the arrangement and confirmation of delivery. I never received either even though I called twice afterwards asking for this information. Sally told me she would get back to me but failed to do so. Very disappointed with this florist. read more

DebBee's Garden aided me in celebrating my partner and I's 14th wedding holiday. Last year was the first year in many years I couldn't afford her flowers...and broke me inside. However, this year is different...and I chose DebBee's for which I will be forever grateful. Some may see this as a beautiful work of art...but when my partner sent me the picture that is below and then called me...we were both in tears before we could say hello to one another ... they are that breath taking.. To us ...these beauties are more than just living art...they are symbol of something new and something restored. There will never be enough stars or words in a review that will ever express my gratitude for DebBee's...thank you and much love read more

The flower arrangements were beautiful but they barely lasted 1 day. They looked beautiful at 1p for a viewing but the next morning for the funeral mass they looked totally spent. Drooping and dead throughout all of the 4 of the 5 arrangements they provided. Only the casket spray looked nice. Flowers are so expensive and at a time when times are tough and to only get 12 hours out of them is sad. I will not order from here again. I do not and will not ever recommend them to anyone. I will warn everyone I know. Don't waste your money. read more

They're always on time for delivery. The flowers always look beautiful. I've used them several times and they never disappoint!

I stopped by DebBee's looking for a ready made arrangement for my wife. They only had a few to choose from and when I said I hoped for something a bit more elaborate, she brought out two arrangements that were custom made for other customers. I was told I could take either of those because they had enough time before the customer needed it and they could make another one. Aside from looking amazing and smelling great, it lasted over two weeks before starting to die off. I've never had flowers last that long but it's probably because they've never been as fresh as the ones I bought here. Great service and a great product. I'll gladly give them my business any day! read more

DebBee's Gardens flower arrangements are absolutely the freshest and most beautiful arrangements I've ever ordered from anywhere. The people there are kind, professional, and a master of their craft. When I ordered for the first time, didn't know what to expect and very nervous because I've just started a new relationship and wanted to leave a good impression. They definitely did that and more. My girlfriend was Wowed and Amazed, help sparked something that will last a lifetime. Their first bouquet, as beautiful as their latest. Thank you for being apart of our new beginning. read more

The staff is friendly and helpful. Their flowers are fresh and beautiful. I have used them for family and friends. Our church uses them for altar ,flowers, every week theyare beautiful and the cost is very reasonable. I have received flowers from here a couple of times, and also used them to deliver flowers to my mother a couple of times. The flowers are pretty and stay alive for more than a couple of days. Pretty affordable too! It is nice to support local businesses directly, when you order from an online website the flowers come from a local florist but they have to pay the referring website part of their income which is why sometimes the flowers are substituted out. Walk in and order directly or call and order, you will get a beautiful bouquet! read more

I ordered flowers for my husband today, for a just because surprise and everyone at Debbee's was great! I placed my order online and they called me within 10 minutes to OK substitutions before just using their own judgement. The flowers were delivered quickly and email updates were sent throughout the process. I would 100% recommend them and their customer service was just above and beyond for what is expected these days. Thank you again for great service! read more

I was given a bouquet of flowers for my birthday. The arrangement was full, nicely done and was bright & cheerful!!! I accidentally saw my husband's receipt and was pleasantly surprised at the low cost. I received these on 9/22 and I still have some flowers that are bright!! I change the water every few days and take out the wilting flowers!! What a great value this florist offers. I am telling everyone I know about the high quality fresh flowers this shop has!!! I called three unknown florists based on Yell reviews and after getting two voicemails someone answered the phone at Debbee's. They were fantastic!!! The cordial person on the other end of the line helped me find the perfect floral arrangement to send to a friend. I expected next day delivery... Oh no... They delivered them for me within a few hours and didn't charge me extra delivery fee. The card and flowers were exactly as ordered and my friend was thrilled! I will not order from another florist for my clients and friends. Top notch flowers and service!!!! read more

I was ordering flowers for my sister in law who was in intensive care in the hospital. Everything seemed fine until DebBee's called me and said that they couldn't deliver because the hospital said they couldn't. This was not true as the doctors pre approved flowers and cards but the operator at the hospital was making decisions on her own that day. Anyhow, I called DebBee's and let them know that the operator lied and then investigated and get the story right and then delivered the flowers. It seems for the trouble they added some extra balloons to make up for a problem they really didn't cause. I am very glad that my sister in law got those flowers and nicer than I originally ordered. It made her day and mine too. read more

I wanted a flower arrangement to congratulate a friend on a new job. I didn't want any of the pre-planned arrangements that all the florists show online. I gave Debbie some general guidelines about flowers and colors and specifically asked for flowers that would last a long time. My friend sent a photo when the flowers arrived. The arrangement was stunning. It was larger and more impressive than I expected. My friend emailed nine days later to say the flowers looked as fresh as when they were delivered! I will definitely order from DebBee's Garden again, and I recommend them highly. read more

I use florists very often. However, I recently moved to the Broomfield area and needed to find a new one. So considering the reviews, I stopped in to hand pick flowers for a family members funeral. The lady with blonde and colored tipped hair was completely rude. I wish I would've got her name but in the moment I couldn't have cared less. She made the whole experience of choosing flowers for this important day, HORRIBLE! Never have I ever experienced this with a florist before. She rushed through the process like our business did not matter. Spoke to us with no respect, even when we told her what the flowers were for. I will never use this place again. Customer service is lacking. If you want to be treated with respect and dignity along with consideration, DO NOT VISIT THIS PLACE.
