My mom's day gift, warm and messy.

Just got Mother's Day order. Zero for presentation, looks like the items were just tossed in the box. No wax paper or tray insert. Also, fruit was not cold. Maybe because I am not close to store and it was cold initially. (80 degree day and some orders were in the car trunk.. Balloons were perky, but overall a very expensive fail. I don't want to hurt my daughter's feelings as she tries so hard because she lives almost 2000 miles away.

This is the picture of the colorful flowers I ordered

I ordered a double bouquet of beautiful fall colored flowers, 12 chocolate dipped strawberries and a happy birthday balloon that had smiley faces on it. Only the balloon and strawberries were delivered. The balloon was not the one with smiley faces on it. My mom had to call back to find out what happened with the flowers. An hour or so later the flowers were delivered, however, they were the single bouquet size and they were all white! I expected to receive exactly what I ordered as shown on the website and that didn't happen. That is unacceptable. I paid $135 and didn't get what I ordered.

Leftover 12 piece dipped fruit. Couldn't even get a picture in time it was so good

Couldn't get a pic in time before I finished the whole box. This location is great - I had a coupon for a free 12 dipped fruit box and the girl at the counter was very nice in helping me out. Took only 30 minutes for it to be ready - strawberries, apples, and pineapples were all fresh and had a full coating of chocolate over them. Brunette girl with curly hair helped us out but didn't catch a name. Keep your fruit in the fridge and it won't get slimy like the negative reviews posted!

Proof I put a card & balloon to my order.

I ordered a fruit platter on 2/10 online, they immediately called me to tell me "due to Valentine's Day you have to upgrade or cancel your order" they only gave me 2 options & they were both way more than the original one I wanted. My first order included a card/note & I paid for a balloon. They only delivered the platter & when I called to ask for the balloon & card to be delivered today (the next day) or for a partial refund the manager said no & that there was no balloon or card. I told her I had proof I paid for it & would send it to her & she said I was lying & that they wouldn't deliver or refund me. She also had music playing so loud I could barely hear her. Worst customer service I've ever experienced & would never recommend this one to anybody. Attached a picture for the manager lady that called me a liar ;)

    slimy fruit and melting chocolate

FAILURE TO FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY/REFUND Jun 03, 2022 I'm pretty upset that after one month of phone calls (5 total in 5 weeks), the company is doing EVERYTHING to avoid refunding me. Allegedly the policy is that if no one is home, the delivery driver will contact the neighbor or purchasing party to ask if there is another address that can accept - OR take the fruit back to the store. My driver dropped it off on a hot sunny porch at 12 noon since I wasn't home. 5.5 hours later, I came home to find hot sweaty fruit wrapped in hothouse plastic and all the chocolate melted off. When I asked the local Northglenn CO store about replacement or refund, I was told that the manager would replace the next day. When I drove there the next day, she said she had been told I yelled at the cashier (I didn't) and that her store had delivered and 'done their job'. She then told her workers to examine my sweaty fruit mess to see if anything was 're-usable' for other fruit baskets. She said this in front of 3 other customers standing inside her store. That told me right there that I shouldn't be eating anything from this location! She said she would talk to HER manager to see if there was any compensation due to me. I never heard back. So I called Local Manager, Regional Manager, and Corporate office to get something handled. I have been told over and over how I should be compensated or the sender should be refunded. Corporate went as far to tell me that the sender WOULD be compensated in two days. 30 days later...NOTHING. Zero customer service, just a pack of lies and lost money. LESSON LEARNED. Avoid this company! User's recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY There's actually a website called pissedconsumer.com - Edible Arrangements across the nation only has a 1.5 star rating! Anything you have to say here is being repeated everywhere! Their customer service is a SHAM. SAVE YOUR DOLLARS. I was told by the Regional Manager that the Northglenn location manager, Perla, is brand new and not following protocol. I'm sure when she gets wind of what we are all saying about her location, she will focus on whether or not she wants people to believe her lies - rather than resolve their lack of professionalism.

Due to my laziness, I took a bullet for how much this place was. I was not able to do the pick up in "7 minutes" like they had advertised online, so I went in for a ready-made one. Bought one of the smaller fruit bouquets, consisted of some honey dew, cantaloupe, strawberries, and a few chocolate dipped strawberries....all for a small fee of $57 plus uncle Sam. Sister AND her family really enjoyed it, told her I over-paid for some kale at the bottom of it. Veronica was the individual who assisted, she was professional, and informed me of their selection. I can understand, the price of your arm and leg for cut-up fruit, one would expect to have great quality. It's okay, but for a procrastinator like me, it was ass-saving.

    Proof of bad service.

Not only is Perla going to have someone from her store deliver it, she went above and beyond that.

There is something about this chocolatier that stands out from others. Is it the ambiance? Or is it…read morethe kinds of chocolate products they make? Not sure. When I found Bibamba while I was at Edgewater Food Hall to get me a plate of Ethiopian food, I stumbled up it by accident. The kind lady who was manning the register inside was above and beyond while I was sampling different types of chocolate barks along the window shelves. She explained to me that the store opened about three years ago. Really? I am pretty sure I had come here within that time frame at least once. I guess I had missed this place out of ignorance. Well, I, at least, discovered it. This is a Colorado store which imports cacao beans from Cameroon as the owner runs/owns a farm in the African country. Per the information board on the wall, the farm sustainably sources everything. I certainly appreciate businesses that focus on social responsibility. The chocolate bark samples I tried were all exquisite. After tasting, I walked around a bit to take some photos of the interior. Yes, this store is quite different than other typical chocolatiers for sure. You'll have visit it and see for yourself. The glass showcase upfront had truffles, cakes and parfaits all nicely displayed. The decadent looking cake or the parfait were tantalizing. Unfortunately, however, they were a little too big for me. Hence I decided to go with several pieces of the small chocolates as they all were of a good size. I got me two truffles and one chocolate piece. And they were.... -Black Forest Buzz Truffle -Cinnamon Roll Truffle -Dark Chocolate Salted Caramel Including tax and tip, all came to less than $14. Quite decent, I thought. I enjoyed all of them but my absolute shout-out goes to the Black Forest Buzz Truffle. It was so good where I wanted to go back to the shop immediately to get me another one. Yes, I agree. As the store name says it all, this is an artisan chocolate shop. The skills and techniques they use to create those outstanding chocolate pieces are high-quality, one-of-a-kind goods that are distinguished from others. You won't taste something like this in those mass-produced ones sold at the store we go to daily. Bibamba simply became my absolute favorite chocolatier that day. The only complaint? It's not very close from my southeast Denver house!!!

Here is why you should go here: - Small family owned and run…read morebusiness. - All Cacao comes from their 56-acre farm in Cameroon (Central Africa). - No slave labor used at all. - Only the finest ingredients used. - Everything they make and sell is organic and sustainable. Took a chocolate truffle making class and learned all about chocolate production and chocolate making. The owners are passionate about their chocolate, and it shows. First, we started with a presentation with photos of their farm in Cameroon and how they harvest, ferment, and dry their cacao beans, followed by roasting, winnowing (removing shells), and grinding into "cocoa liquor". Then bagging in 150-pound bags and shipping directly to their warehouse in Colorado. From here, their employees mix with sugar/milk and make the most organically rich and pure chocolate. It takes about a week in the melanger (mixer) for the cacao and sugar to blend into smooth, rich and creamy deliciousness. In the hands-on portion of the class, we took some of their 50% cacao and made dark chocolate truffles, rolled in a large variety of toppings--dried strawberries, pink sugar, pistachios, cookie crumble, peppermint. Of course, we all went home with lots of tasty samples to share of (eat alone.). Very interesting, tasty and fun. Their store is worth visiting as it is absolutely beautiful with numerous products on display. If you like chocolate or have a chocolate lover in your close circle --then you need to stop at Bibamba and get some chocolate love. Fun fact: Bibamba also provides their special chocolate confections to the very best restaurants in town. Finally, this class was brought to us by Slow Food Denver, a non-profit, committed to the enjoyment of local food, and who seeks to create a more just and sustainable food system. Slow Food Denver values cultivating community and connection, restoring biodiversity, celebrating food cultures, defending social and economic equality, and protecting the environment.

I was greeted by one of the owners, Gonzo Jimenez (he was on Netflix's Bake Squad reality show) when I approached the counter. I ended up purchasing the following: White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl, $8.50 prior to tax and fees- Of the two bars that I purchased, this one was my favorite. I love white chocolate, especially when combined with fruit or peppermint or dark chocolate. This was a nice creamy bar that really complemented the strawberry flavors. I would purchase this bar again. The only down side is that this bar is thin and I think this bar is pricey for what it is. Pistachio Milk Chocolate Bar, $9.85 prior to tax and fees- According to Gonzo Jimenez, this bar is their take on the trendy Dubai chocolate. I was definitely disappointed with this bar. There really wasn't that much pistachio and a higher ratio of chocolate. This bar was just average for me and wouldn't purchase it again. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.10 after tax and fees) There are numerous of chocolate desserts, chocolates, bars, etc that one can choose from at this little boutique. But they are a bit pricey, but that's because these are artisan chocolates and some are very pretty. Gonzo Jimenez did tell me that you can also purchase some of their items online, including the bars I purchased (shipping is extra but if you feeling extra spendy, if your order $150 then you can get free shipping).
