An hour or so later the flowers were delivered, however, they were the single bouquet size and they were all white! Took only 30 minutes for it to be ready - strawberries, apples, and pineapples were all fresh and had a full coating of chocolate over them. FAILURE TO FOLLOW COMPANY POLICY/REFUND Jun 03, 2022 I'm pretty upset that after one month of phone calls (5 total in 5 weeks), the company is doing EVERYTHING to avoid refunding me. Allegedly the policy is that if no one is home, the delivery driver will contact the neighbor or purchasing party to ask if there is another address that can accept - OR take the fruit back to the store. My driver dropped it off on a hot sunny porch at 12 noon since I wasn't home. 5.5 hours later, I came home to find hot sweaty fruit wrapped in hothouse plastic and all the chocolate melted off. When I asked the local Northglenn CO store about replacement or refund, I was told that the manager would replace the next day. When I drove there the next day, she said she had been told I yelled at the cashier (I didn't) and that her store had delivered and 'done their job'. She then told her workers to examine my sweaty fruit mess to see if anything was 're-usable' for other fruit baskets. She said this in front of 3 other customers standing inside her store. That told me right there that I shouldn't be eating anything from this location! She said she would talk to HER manager to see if there was any compensation due to me. I never heard back. So I called Local Manager, Regional Manager, and Corporate office to get something handled. I have been told over and over how I should be compensated or the sender should be refunded. Corporate went as far to tell me that the sender WOULD be compensated in two days. 30 days later...NOTHING. Zero customer service, just a pack of lies and lost money. LESSON LEARNED. Avoid this company! User's recommendation: AVOID THIS COMPANY There's actually a website called pissedconsumer.com - Edible Arrangements across the nation only has a 1.5 star rating! I had placed an order earlier today to be delivered to the Macy's in Orchard Town Center. Unfortunately Uber was the delivery person. They said that they delivered my arrangement. DO NOT SHOP AT THIS FRANCHISE - some of the absolute worst customer service I have ever had. Perla the store manager takes absolutely no responsibility for the lack of training for her "temp" team and what they say to customers and will ask "how she can make it right" and then do absolutely nothing to actually help except refund you, leave you with nothing and then kick you out when you answer the question and ask for management above her. In addition, when I called corporate to complain - SHE LIED TO THEM ABOUT CLOSING SO SHE WOULDN'T HAVE TO HELP ME - while I was still sitting in the parking lot. (An hour and a half before close) I placed an order online for a specific Valentines Day product (they were out of stock even though corporate said they should have it, I assume this is Perla's poor inventory management skills) - I got a call the next day to let me know they didn't have stock. The girl I spoke to was polite but told me that the platter/combo I ordered was no longer available and gave me options to get "an upgraded platter with more strawberries and cheesecake" although they were "out of caramel hearts" - she told me the platter was $16 less than my original order and offered other add ons since they didn't have the stuffed sloths and caramel hearts on my original order. I agreed and added on "assorted cupcakes" she offered me too. When she said assorted, I specifically asked the flavors. I was told "chocolate, vanilla, red velvet" - I said great, lets do that which resulted in me spending more than my initial order. Fast forward 3 days to pick up. The platter given to me doesn't even have a full dozen strawberries- I was told it was double strawberries and cheesecake bites - instead there are 10 strawberries, some brownies, and some cheesecake bites. The cupcakes- ALL VANILLA. I didn't want or ask for brownies and my expectation was that for over $100 - I would get what I was told would come with my new order, double the initial platter of strawberries and double cheesecake and assorted cupcakes (different flavors). I expressed my disdain and the employee asked who I spoke with. I didn't have a name and she told me she would get the manager and apologized because they had a lot of "temp" workers for the holiday who didn't know what was going on and that the manager would fix it. Perla did anything but fix it. She asked me how she could make it right and offered to fix it for me. I told her initially I didn't want to cause any issues because I knew they were busy but that I just wanted what I was told I would get. She offered to add a single strawberry in place of each brownie- I offered to return the cupcakes because I didn't want vanilla and they had no other "assortment" of any kind with no refund if she would just take the brownies/cupcakes and give me the strawberries I was expecting. After specifically asking what she could do and me sharing, saying I didn't want a refund but to keep the cupcakes and brownies- she got rude and told me she wasn't going to give me "$56" dozen strawberries for the "$16" cupcakes and poor employee training. Really? You argue a customer after you ask what you can do and all I want is what I was told I would get? Over 6 strawberries/$40 - because of how rude she was when she insisted she wasn't "losing the $56 for me" she told me she would refund me and I could call customer service instead of her helping me. I said oh great so now your just going to lose over $100 instead of making it right?! She proceeded to tell me "I refunded you, call customer service and leave" when I asked for her name and the name of who I spoke with on the phone so I could properly report the lack of customer service. I spent a half hour on the line with corporate - for her to lie when I was sitting in the parking lot refusing to help me because she didn't want to when she knew she was in the wrong. I will never shop this location again and I hope she gets a write up/fired/reprimanded for the unnecessary behavior. You didn't lose "$56" - you lost over $100 plus that, destroyed any chance of additional money from me and earned several reviews and additional calls to corporate. Whoever owns this franchise should consider the amount of money this woman has lost them based on her asking how she could help fix it and then refusing to do just that. You don't treat people that way and lie - it's unprofessional, unproductive, and not a good business practice. I have 20 years experience in retail in multi billion dollar companies so I do my best to be respectful and understanding in high stress high volume situations and not act like a jerk from personal experience in dealing with difficult situations but - $40 loss plus the negative reviews and word of mouth is NOT worth 6 strawberries. Due to my laziness, I took a bullet for how much this place was. I was not able to do the pick up in "7 minutes" like they had advertised online, so I went in for a ready-made one. They called me at 2:45 and said I had to be there at 3 to pick it up. I wish I had the option of no stars! DO NOT SHOP HERE EVER! This is the worst store I have ever been in. I wish I would have read the reviews first. I have a coupon for 12 chocolate covered 'fruit'. I read the terms and agreements before going there so I would know exactly what I was to get. When I got there someone was on the phone, another girl was at the cash register. I proceeded to show her the coupon. Her response was 'you have to do it online'. I then showed her the guidelines that clearly said I could pick it up in store. She told me she would have to ask her manager. While she was gone I noticed a display case full of covered fruit for those who walk in. She came out and told me her manager said they could not fill the coupon right now but if I ordered with her at the register she could have it ready tomorrow. I was a little frustrated as I could see fruit in the display. I asked if I could take those and she said no. The other girl at this point put her call on hold and said 'she can have the ones in the display.' Then they started to argue. 'That's not what she said', 'but how come', 'because'. They eventually get back to me and say oh well guess you can't. By this time I was frustrated and said so. I asked why the terms and agreement say I can but they say I can't. Came home to a tag on my door from them with no address the bottom portion appeared to be ripped off --just a hand written phone number and a little blurb saying they tried to deliver. When I called they said I could pick it up or they'll try again tomorrow but couldn't give me a timeframe. I asked where I would pick it up and they said "well our address is on the tag we left but 120 and I-25". I asked them to try again tomorrow. The next day they texted my husband saying "make sure your wife will be home" (so professional) and I stayed home all day waiting. Nothing. So when my husband called they said they needed confirmation from that earlier text message and he told them they ought to deliver ASAP-- you can't keep someone sitting at home all day and expect a good review. Received a bouquet for my anniversary. It was delivered to my house and the driver was really nice. However, the fruit was in bad shape. The pineapple pieces were bruised and discolored, and the strawberries were starting to get mushy on the day of delivery. By the second day, we could only eat about half of the bouquet. I feel bad that my Dad paid so much for this and we ended up throwing about half of it away. But after reading other reviews for this location, I guess it seems on par. read more

The balloon blew away from the bear before he made it inside the house- no big deal...it's a balloon! We have always used Edible Arrangements for special occasions and have never been as disappointed in the product as we were this time. I decided to return to the store and see if I could exchange them or get a refund as I didn't feel they were worth $60! I explained my situation to the seasonal lady who went to the back. I saw a few other people come out of the back as I waited to be greeted or something...nothing for at least 5 minutes! Then a female asked if I was the one waiting for the return and threw the receipt at me and said "You are finished now. There is your return receipt." I was shocked that this was the response I was given and kind of huffed when I started to leave...then I was mocked!! (Please keep in mind that I had my 2 1/2 year old with me and am not going to make a scene with my child around) I turned and said "Excuse me?" and the lady said "You can leave now! You came in wanting a refund, I gave you a refund, now good-bye!!" I was again shocked. I've order from Edible arrangements many times over several years while living in Nevada. I've never had a problem or any concern what so ever. I know what I was getting would be over priced but the arrangements would always be beautiful & fresh and the staff was friendly & efficient. I didn't consider looking up any reviews on this location since every experience I've had in the past has been a positive one. I've learned my lesson! I wish I had looked here before ordering. I ordered my friend a birthday arrangement with balloons & bear the day before. Since she works at a school I requested it be delivered before 3 pm, which I've done many times before at different locations in Las Vegas without ever having a problem. Actually I would order edible arrangements over flowers because I knew they could be delivered at a reasonable time. But this time my friend didn't get the delivery on her birthday. I called the store and the lady who answered the phone looked up my order & then told me "the driver didn't attempt to deliver it." And that they'd try the next day. I was extremely disappointed since it was a birthday gift & ordered in plenty of time. Business deliveries are delivered before 5 pm, so I really didn't believe asking to be delivered before 3 would be difficult enough that they wouldn't try. The lady told me the driver called my friend but no call was ever made to her. I made a formal complaint on the website as well as their Facebook page. I received notices that the store manager or owner would contact me within 48 hours. 5 days later, I still received any call or contact from the store. I contacted their website & Facebook again and was told someone would contact me. Yet again several days later I still have yet to hear from anyone at the store. It's beyond ridiculous to charge $13.99 for delivery but then not even attempt to deliver on the requested day. And furthermore not hear back from management. Ordered a simple bouquet of chocolate dipped strawberries, a mylar balloon and a teddy bear the morning if the day before valentine's day. The ordering system online clearly says that it would be delivered valentine's day. Understandably, they were incredibly busy I am sure with deliveries, 4:30 pm had came and still no word or delivery. I called the store and asked if they had any organization of deliveries to see if I could get a guestimate of when I would be getting them. The lady on the phone was of no help and simply told me it would be whenever they got around to it. And when i asked what the latest it would be, she told me until they were done. When I had ordered everything online it says that if they try to deliver the items and the recipient isn't available, they will attempt to leave them with a neighbor or call the recipient to arrange where they can be left. I received no call, just a simple "we missed you" hanging on my door with no instructions of how to deal with it. I called the next morning and asked about my order, she asked for my name and put me on hold for 10 min to tell me that she cannot find my order. I asked if it would be delivered today (now Sunday the 15th) and was told that she could have it delivered monday (the 16th). At this point I was tired of waiting and asked if there was a way to pick it up at the location. The lady on the phone told me that was fine so I went to the location. After arriving and not being greeted until after waiting for a about 5 min with one other person in the store, I waited for another 20 min for her to get my order. The store was out of helium and therefore could not give me the mylar balloon I had ordered and in turn asked me if I just wanted 2 teddy bears (really?). And since I was picking it up I asked for a refund for the delivery charge and the mylar balloon. I was told yes but the system wouldn't allow her to and she would call me with a refund confirmation and sent me on my way. I have yet to receive a call or a refund. After this experience, it will be my first and last dealing with this location and recommend anyone looking to get an arrangement to go to a different location and pick it up in store. EXTREMELY frustrating to work with. I wish they would refund the family who gave us the gift. "What window can we expect the delivery?" "I dunno." IS NOT ACCEPTABLE. They postponed delivery until I called back confirming that my wife would be home all day. But here is the catch, the caller never asked me to call back to confirm. Also, if my wife has told you that she will be home and waiting for the delivery, YOU SHOULD NOT NEED CONFIRMATION FROM ME. Terribly disrespectful and extremely poor at communicating. So I will start with the good news. The fruit was great and everyone who ate it really enjoyed every bite. The bad news......This is so overpriced, its ridiculous! I ordered a large arrangement, which set me back around $100. I was expecting to see something like the picture on the website! NOT! At first glance, I said, I ordered a large??? I was told it was. Because I was in a hurry to get it to my daughters class for her b-day party, I left but really disappointed. The kids loved it and the class of 20 students each got one piece with about 7 extra skewers for some of them to have seconds. I was expecting for everyone to have at least 2 and maybe a few extras after that. After the party I called and said that I didn't think I got the right size and it seemed like very little fruit for the price I paid. I was told the manager made it so the gal was sure it was right. I asked her to please double check with the manager and call me back. I asked how many pieces it should have had and she said around 45-48. I told her I fed a class of 20 and there were only about 27 skewers. She said she would talk to the manager and call me back. I gave her my number and they had it on file from my order so no excuse to not call me. It's now 3 days later and I never got a call. Such a bummer. This could have been salvaged with a phone call back to me - I was really nice about it and not snooty or rude in my approach. After looking at the other reviews, seems like I'm not the only one dissatisfied with this location. If you order from here, I would MAKE SURE you know exactly what you are getting for the price you pay. Seems like they are either skimping or this place is WAY overpriced for what you get! i had some problems, Veronica was her name, I walked in for my dads first birthday and I decided to buy him a Birthday Edible so they help me with picking a nice looking one in the picture, She asked me if i would like all fresh picked fruit, " I didn't know they grow there own Fruit" and i said sure why not, and i get the fruit and i so happen to notice my dad seen something that should've not been in there and I don't even wanna say but it was dirt and not hygienic so i called in and they only offered a small percentage back so i tell them i would like a full refund cause the product was not fully Complete she tells me it had fresh fruit but it was brown pineapple so you cannot tell me its fresh just cause its cut up 4 days ago don't mean you should give it to me we pay a premium so we should have premium and i never received a phone call again read more
