None of that generic 1-800-Flowers look, and definitely none of that sad wilting, insect-nibbled petal look that tends to plague grocery store bouquets. My husband surprised me with arrangements from Fawn's Leap for both Mother's Day and my birthday this year, and both bouquets were beyond gorgeous. They had that customized, created-just-for-me look and the wow-factor. As my husband walked through the door with that bouquet that was almost half his size (and he's a 6' ft tall dude) for my birthday, my jaw literally (not figuratively) dropped. I could go on and on, but the pictures would do them more justice. The store staff were also very knowledgeable which blooms were kitty safe, and which ones weren't. We place a premium on that, because our fur baby loves eating flowers and plants. PRO-TIP: This place is pricey, but something I learned while planning my wedding is to use blooms that are large (i.e. sunflowers or peonies) and in season to keep costs down.

People tell me all the time that they can't get orchids to re-bloom and they think that buying one is a waste of money. I think they bloom for more than two months on average and so they are much better value than buying cut flowers. And with Kent and his team's help, I've gotten many of mine to re-bloom already:-)

I wasn't able to come meet with them in person so we did a number of consults via email and by phone and I loved how they sent me pictures of the colors of blooms and types so I could really see what I would be getting. They were also the only florist willing to work with me on DIY bridesmaids bouquets (essentially just loose flowers we made into bouquets) so that their flowers could match mine but we could stay in our modest budget. Emma's attention to detail was great (I never thought about things like what to tie the boutonnieres with before she asked) and I appreciated that she worked through any potential issues with me in advance (like a potential shortage of one of our flowers, which turned out not to be an issue but gave us time to make a backup plan). I loved everything about working with them- price, friendly and helpful staff, and of course, super importantly, the flowers we ended up with at our wedding.
