    A beautifully curated floral boutique with soft lighting and an inviting scent of fresh blooms. They offer a wide range of floral supplies and host lovely in-shop events like "Intro to Floral" and "Repotting 101." They were nearly sold out during Easter, which says a lot about how loved they are in the community.

    This little, quaint florist-boutique is a one-of-a-kind shop that I just had to leave with my own personal bouquet. The set up is soley good vibes, allowing you to select your flowers, set a budget and then browse the boutique as they prepare it for you. The store owner was so kind and her florists were top notch! I loved all the candles and succulents that were displayed beautifully, I was in love with the smells too ... if I traveled with more than a carry-on, I would have definitely been walking out with some little favorites that I spotted! Will be back when I bring a larger suitcase

    We flew from DC to Denver for my daughter's wedding at the Botanical gardens. A friends of hers referred us to Perfect Petal and so glad we went with them couldn't ask for anything better. We picked up her crown full 24 hours before wedding. The moody colors were so beautiful. Perfect Petal suggested the crown would be good left in our cool air-conditioned hotel room over night. Easy to tie on her hair with one bobby pin her Father even helped her place it on with no trouble. Thank u for making her day . Cute shop as well .

    Beautiful bouquet my husband got me for our anniversary, but it started drooping and dying on day 3. They supposedly have a 5-7 day guarantee but they were not willing to honor it to even replace a few of the dying petals. And it was a big expensive bouquet! Alas, we will be taking our business elsewhere.

    Thank you to the staff at perfect petal. I ordered these sympathy flowers online and when I arrived to pick them up I was not completely satisfied with how they looked. The ladies immediately assisted me with the bouquet and fixed it to my liking without charging me extra. Given these were for a funeral, the compassion from the staff to help was a blessing to encounter. Thank you so very much.

    This review is for this business in general, but more specifically, Kell. I was shopping one day and started up a conversation with her. She mentioned that she does interior design/styling and we had just moved into a new home 7 blocks away so we exchanged contact info and later emailed back-and-forth to find a day/time for her to come for a consultation. Once we agreed upon a date/time she asked how long I would like her to come to my home for the consultation for, I thought this was somewhat odd (red flag), because she is the professional, but we eventually agreed upon having her come for two hours. A day before she was supposed to come for the consult. I received an email/invoice from the Perfect Petal asking me to pay for the interior design consultation prior to the meeting which I also thought was somewhat odd(red flag), but agreed upon it. On the invoice, it stated there was a delivery fee, and they also charged taxes (in Colorado you don't charge taxes for a non-tangible service usually) so I called the store to ask what the delivery fee was for and they stated they charge this because they load up a van with items that they will bring to my home. I was really curious what kind of items they would bring but didn't question it and they asked if instead of taking these fees/charges off I would be OK with a 10% discount, which I begrudgingly agreed to (the design consultation was $45/hour, the delivery fee was $12, taxes were $8) (red flag). On the day of the consultation, we had agreed that Kell would come to my house at 2:15 however, at 2:08 she began calling my phone saying she was at the home, asking if I was on my way, and even left a voicemail saying she was on the porch prior to our meeting time (red flag). I didn't want to correct her that we were meeting at 2:15 (not 2, or whenever she showed up and I was driving home) so I just went with it... once we both got inside, we chatted about various items around my home, replacement of some items, color schemes, and she showed me some suggestions on design ideas from her Pinterest, which was somewhat helpful, however, for about half of the time we were sitting having coffee and not doing very much- (my husband even joked that he wished he had her job because she basically did nothing for 1/2 the consult)(red flag), however, I was hopeful that we would continue to work together and she had assured me that she would send a email recap within 48 hours of our meeting with a Pinterest board and other design ideas pertaining to what we talked about during our two hour meeting. When she left, we were on good terms (I tipped her $20 cash (not because I was impressed or anything, I just felt obliged to do so- this was my first "design consultation") although the aforementioned delivery vehicle that I paid $12 to have items brought into my home was nowhere to be seen nor were any items brought into my home. Weird (red flag). Then we waited...and waited...and waited. 3 weeks went by and I finally received an email from Kell, however, she addressed me as Rachel (my name is Hilary) with some apology about how she would get me my 48 hour recap by the end of the week (2 red flags). I responded, correcting her, informing her that I was Hilary, and reminding her of my husbands name in case she just got confused, but received no response. The end of the week rolled around, no emails from Kell. Then, about 10 days later, I finally received an email with a lame excuse about how she had been very busy with arranging flowers for the Mother's Day Holiday (our meeting was April 27; Mother's Day was May 14).. and that's why she was unable to get me the recap until 3 1/2 weeks after our meeting (RED FLAG). At that point, I'd had it. I attempted to get my money back, however, the store tried to say that because I already paid for the service I must've received the service. What a joke. Overall- This store is an overpriced junk shop, from other reviews the flowers are not fresh quality, Kell is a joke, and whatever design business Kell is attempting to run is a MAJOR joke. Never again.

    AMAZING customer service! Liz and her team went above and beyond for me when another florist couldn't fulfill my order for my mom's birthday. The flowers they sent were fresh and beautiful! The only florist I will ever use! Thank you to the whole staff.

    Had a last minute order for a bridal bouquet and the designers at Perfect Petal delivered!! In three days, they created a gorgeous winter bundle that stayed fresh for the big day. I also love that they have so many fresh and dried florals in store. I'll definitely be stopping by again for a home refresh.

    This shop is extremely overpriced and the people that work there will treat you differently depending on how you're dressed or how you look.

The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way. I found that so odd seeing as there were like 4 employees present 2 on the phone taking orders and 2 putting them together. I would think the two who weren't on the phone would say hello we will be with you shortly or something butttttt nope. Honestly the flowers were so beautiful and they wrapped them once I asked which I appreciated very much. They also gave us directions on how to keep them fresh until the next day and they totally lasted! Great flowers that were beautiful but poor customer service at least in person. Minus one star for that. I do however recommend them based off their work!
