Exceeded my expectations. I ordered a hand made bouquet for my husbands birthday. Javier delivered it to the restaurant for us and we were all amazed. I kept receiving compliments from the staff and it left my husband speechless. All flowers are made to order, with amazing timing and my order exceeded what I was expecting. Sophisticated Blooms - Custom made bouquet that came in a wooden box with a bow! - Florists Near Me - Denver, Colorado

I wish I read the reviews before I paid for a bouquet of flowers to be delivered. I am genuinely baffled by this experience. I spoke directly with the florist over the phone and he was incredibly kind and reassuring. He told me he would personally hand deliver a flower bouquet to my friend for her birthday the following week. When the delivery date arrived, nothing was delivered. I tried calling multiple times and received no response. BloomNation also attempted to contact him repeatedly by phone and email, and he did not respond to them either. This operation is a total scam. read more

Unreliable. Texted to get info on an invoice on the day it was received and and numerous times after that. Got my first response 3 months later with another invoice and no explanation. Texted owner and he said I refuse to pay the invoice. He is refusing to give me a detailed breakdown of the charges. read more

I ordered online flowers and they were never delivered. I drove by and they look permanently closed, but they took my money. They will not answer my email they will not answer the phone. I had to call Bank of America to get my money back. Not to be trusted. Consider them closed. read more

I made an Order for same-day delivery on March 10, 2025 and received an email at 3:00am saying the flowers were delivered, when they in fact were not delivered. I was charged for the flowers and delivery. They do not answer their phone when you try to contact them. Horrible customer service and way to run a business. 0/10 do not use this flower delivery company. I recommended Bonnie Brae Flowers for any flower service you may need! read more

I scheduled birthday flowers to be delivered to my sister. I received a receipt with the correct address. Someone was at her house all day, yet the flowers never arrived. Sophisticated Blooms will not respond by phone or email. They charged me $59 for the flowers, which I've had to dispute on my credit card. Please don't order flowers from this business. Once I checked the reviews, I realized they do this frequently--don't deliver flowers, charge the customer and then refuse to respond. That's why they have several one star reviews, but it appears that everyone who actually gets their flowers gives the business five stars. While I disputed the charge, it's not about the money. You take the time to send a loved one flowers, knowing how happy they will be and then the flowers just never show up. I've never had this experience before with a florist. read more

Grateful for the skill and the kindness. I have a friend who was in a serious accident, and wanted to give her some cheer against the drab background of a hospital room. They took my suggestions and created this! Perfect for her needs. Thank you. Will use again. Tip, don't just drop by, best to call first as they may be out on delivery read more

Horrible company... the phone doesn't get answered and mailbox is full. Money was debited and NO FLOWERS WERE DELIVERED!!! Stay away!

This place is awesome! Although they were booked for Mother's Day flower delivery since the Tuesday before, they added another driver to accommodate last minute orders like mine! On the phone the man who took my order was so incredibly kind and patient and helped me figure out my mom's favorite flowers just through my shotty descriptions LOL. Highly recommend this place - I can't wait to see a picture of my mom's birthday! Picture is from Mother's Day right after delivery! My mom loves them! read more

Wow! What a beautiful, thoughtful, artful, adorned bouquet. By far the best bouquet of roses ever received and I've purchased my fair share of flowers (my wife is amazing). Thank you for making a special day be all the more special with your service and sophistication. read more

The flowers I got for my birthday were so beautiful and they smelled so amazing and strong.

I purchased flowers for my girlfriend for her birthday. We aren't able to celebrate it properly with the pandemic so we sent her flowers. I ordered them the day before her birthday and they got to her on time. No issues. They were beautiful (see the picture). The online ordering process is super easy. We just ordered some more flowers for another GF. I'm sure they will be beautiful too! read more

A dear friend's family member passed away, and I tried to send condolence flowers through sophisticated blooms. They were suppose to be delivered yesterday and they were not. When I tried to contact the shop- I was told the owner, Javier, would be able to follow up and let me know if they were able to deliver today. Despite trying 3 times throughout the day (speaking to a different person each time)- I still do not have an update as to when the arrangement would be delivered. I asked to cancel my order and apparently Javier is the only one who can handle this task as well, but he can't seem to be found anywhere. Extremely unprofessional to be brushed off and ignored, especially when these arrangements aren't cheap. **Updated to say that Javier never followed up and was completely unresponsive. I ended up having to challenge the charge with my credit card. read more

Wasn't in too great a mood because of the slushy weather in Denver. But as soon as I stopped my car in front of this flower shop, it was as if the sunny blue sky was back. Sophisticated from outside and in, like a piece of Paris in Denver. Special thanks to Elias for being so helpful and picking out / arranging the most beautiful bouquet! He even put it in the car for me! read more

Absolutely Piss Poor experience. Ordered flowers for my Wife early in the morning, by 12pm nothing was delivered so I called to get feedback. I was sent to a remote calling center that helps connect customers to "Javier" and was told he was on the phone and would be calling me right back. I waited until 1pm and still heard nothing and called back. Got a different receptionist at the call center, told me the same thing. Javier was on the phone and would call me right back. This happened again at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm with different receptionists all unable to answer me where my delivery was, or connect me with anyone who worked for a flower shop at all. Within those hour time frames, I had emailed twice to the contact@sophisticatedblooms.com email address and tried messaging them twice on their Facebook. As I am writing this message I am still awaiting a call from the flower shop - of which I assume I will never receive. A few minutes ago (around 5pm) my flowers ended up being delivered, as my Wife was walking out of the office. Problem further exists that they are not the correct flowers, came without my note that I had included and when my Wife asked who they were from, the person delivering them said quote "some guy I guess." I have no choice but to write reviews to express how absolutely sub par and useless this company is. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar there again, and will make sure all review sites understand how terrible this company is. I will be working with my Bank and the BBB to be getting my money back. Please look at other reviews, I am not the only one. read more

There was nothing wrong with the flowers but I paid for same day delivery and they were not delivered until the next morning. I called and left them a message which they never returned. I sent 3 emails to them and they never responded. This florist is one of the more expensive choices and I figured it would mean excellent customer service, instead, there was ZERO customer service. All I wanted was a refund of the upcharge for same day delivery. I told them if they did that, I would not leave a review. Well, no response so here is the truth about the experience they provided. read more

The order was not fulfilled the day I asked and they don't answer their phone. Tried 5 times to get in touch with them. UPDATE: They eventually apologized, gave a full refund and delivered the flowers the next day. Even though the occasion was a birthday, the recipient was happy for this late surprise. read more

Just stopped by as I was driving on Speer because I needed flowers at the last minute for a coworker's birthday. Javier (who I'm assuming is the owner) was very helpful, positive and upbeat! Absolutely gorgeous flowers. I shared some challenging news with my mother (who lives over 1,500 miles away) at 8:15 a.m. By noon, I had received a stunning bouquet filled with white and soft yellow roses, white hydrangeas, and vibrant tropical leaves. To have such quality delivered in such a short amount of time is astonishing. Thank you, Sophisticated Blooms, for the beautiful pick-me-up. read more

I spent $75 on condolence flowers for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered. I gave explicit instructions on where to deliver the flowers as well as listed my phone number if there were any issues. I never received a call. I called 10 times the following day trying to get ahold of someone with no answer. I left several voicemails with no returned call. I drove 40 minutes to the business, during the posted business hours on a Tuesday, only to find they were closed. The delivery van was parked outside so they clearly weren't out delivering flowers. Going back to read their reviews and I'm not the first customer this has happened to. Do not waste your money here. read more

This place is NEVER open despite posted hours. Just in the past week I have attempted three times to stop and place an order for a funeral arrangement and they were closed . Something seriously gone wrong at this Florist. Years ago they were great. But now, if you are able to talk to someone, you can get sub standard flowers delivered for a premium price. Dead the next day, but they don't care. Yesterday, called their number, and it goes to VM and the mail box is full. Try to place an order and they make you do it through the delivery person, Javier, who does not call back. Don't waste your time. read more

I live on the East Coast and wanted to send flowers to my little sister in Denver. I took a shot in the dark by using Sophisticated Blooms, and they were wonderful. I ordered the same-day delivery option towards the end of the day, and chose the designer's choice. Javier called me to let me know he was swinging by to deliver these flowers on his way home for the night. My sister sent me a photo of the flowers -- they were beautiful! I am using them again to send flowers for her birthday. Thanks, Javier for the beautiful flowers! Highly recommend this florist! read more

HELLO?! Maybe this negative review will finally get the company's attention. We sent our friend flowers to congratulate her on her engagement and they were supposed to be delivered 3 days ago. I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my boss for her birthday through FTD which was 3-15-14. I had them delivered to work on the 14th. They came and were NOTHING like what I ordered. I spent almost $80 and received a small bowl of flowers unarranged with several of them broken . I called FTD back and explained, they were unable to reach the florist but assured me I would receive what I ordered and what I paid for. It is now Tuesday the 18th, the first order of flowers are totally dead and am just now receiving the replacement order. A day late (actually 4 days late) and a dollar short. Sophisticated Blooms is where these flowers came from. It seems as they are trying to pull one over on FTD by taking money for one arrangement and sending another, much smaller and of no quality. We did finally end up getting a new arrangement as replacement but it is still not what it should be. I will continue to order from FTD but will be certain the flowers do not come from Sophisticated Blooms next time. read more
