I tried calling multiple times and received no response. BloomNation also attempted to contact him repeatedly by phone and email, and he did not respond to them either. Sophisticated Blooms will not respond by phone or email. They charged me $59 for the flowers, which I've had to dispute on my credit card. Please don't order flowers from this business. Once I checked the reviews, I realized they do this frequently--don't deliver flowers, charge the customer and then refuse to respond. That's why they have several one star reviews, but it appears that everyone who actually gets their flowers gives the business five stars. While I disputed the charge, it's not about the money. When I tried to contact the shop- I was told the owner, Javier, would be able to follow up and let me know if they were able to deliver today. Absolutely Piss Poor experience. Ordered flowers for my Wife early in the morning, by 12pm nothing was delivered so I called to get feedback. I was sent to a remote calling center that helps connect customers to "Javier" and was told he was on the phone and would be calling me right back. I waited until 1pm and still heard nothing and called back. Got a different receptionist at the call center, told me the same thing. Javier was on the phone and would call me right back. This happened again at 2pm, 3pm, 4pm, and 5pm with different receptionists all unable to answer me where my delivery was, or connect me with anyone who worked for a flower shop at all. Within those hour time frames, I had emailed twice to the contact@sophisticatedblooms.com email address and tried messaging them twice on their Facebook. As I am writing this message I am still awaiting a call from the flower shop - of which I assume I will never receive. A few minutes ago (around 5pm) my flowers ended up being delivered, as my Wife was walking out of the office. Problem further exists that they are not the correct flowers, came without my note that I had included and when my Wife asked who they were from, the person delivering them said quote "some guy I guess." I have no choice but to write reviews to express how absolutely sub par and useless this company is. I wouldn't ever spend a dollar there again, and will make sure all review sites understand how terrible this company is. I will be working with my Bank and the BBB to be getting my money back. I gave explicit instructions on where to deliver the flowers as well as listed my phone number if there were any issues. I never received a call. I called 10 times the following day trying to get ahold of someone with no answer. I left several voicemails with no returned call. I drove 40 minutes to the business, during the posted business hours on a Tuesday, only to find they were closed. The delivery van was parked outside so they clearly weren't out delivering flowers.
