Very friendly when I went in to place the order. They spent a lot of time going over what I wanted with the picture I had. When I picked up the flowers though, many flowers appeared to have already bloomed and looked days old. Not what I was expecting especially paying almost $190 with a $20 discount. She offered to replace some of the roses right there but I had no extra time as this was a gift my daughters birthday. When I called to place the order, Bobbie told me that "people usually come in to order those," and that, "what the website shows and what's offered are generally two different things." I personally called Parker Blooms directly to place a same-day order of the Teleflora Enchanted Cottage Premium Bouquet (and a medium stuffed animal). See my posted photos. I am out of state, but have family in the Denver area. The florist was very pleasant & kind on the phone. She also set up an account with their shop for me over the phone. The flowers looked very fresh. They were delivered incredibly quickly, within just a few hours after I placed my call. Those parts of the service I'd give five stars. I had used the Parker Blooms website to visually select my bouquet before calling. The Parker Blooms website is attractive, clear, well designed, & easy to use. When I phoned the florist directly to place my order, I supplied the florist with the item number for the "premium" Teleflora bouquet, as well as the Teleflora name of the bouquet. I specified twice that I wanted the premium version of the bouquet. The price quoted to me over the phone was the premium bouquet price. $66.95 (plus $12.00 delivery fee for same-day delivery of flowers and teddy bear in the local area) & tax. I also ordered a medium sized stuffed animal to be delivered with the flowers The florist selected a very nice quality, coordinating white medium-sized teddy bear. The bear was $17.99 ( I feel a very fair price for the quality & size we received). I do feel that the price for the bouquet that was actually delivered, was not a fair price. I feel the bouquet delivered looks more like the "standard" bouquet at $44.95, not the "premium" bouquet for $66.95. As this was a birthday gift, I called a local professional florist for their artistry ability & so that the bouquet would make a statement. I do understand the many difficulties that florists face, especially working with national companies and online orders, etc. I try to support the local florists. Unfortunately, I may consider having another family member just go to King Sooper floral dept next time to obtain the same level of artistry that we received today (& from other Denver area florists in the recent past) for considerably less money. Bottom line: a solid, reliable florist, excellent service, fresh flowers, arrangement artistry delivered was average. read more

Extremely rude, we came in today to help order for our son's high school Prom - don't know the name of the person (she wasn't young) but she was rude, loud, abrasive, and unhelpful -- gave no other suggestions just basically said the had ordered all their flowers already and had a huge disrespectful tone. I attempted to use this business for my upcoming wedding. The staff seemed irritated that I did not have a scheduled appointment nor seemed interested in me as a potential customer. Even though my wedding is three months away, I was informed that they won't be available. Bobbi then informed me that she came in on her day off (today was Tuesday around 2 pm) and that they were busy arranging flowers for a funeral. The sign on the door indicated that they were open and this was their regular hours of operation. I was really excited about finding this place as one of the Sales Reps I work with just had a baby. I'm personally new to Colorado so I looked to yelp, however I decided to call instead of order online and whoever answered was less than please to hear from me. (Weird a paying customer - who if had a good experience would have ordered more from them) Well I called and received attitude immediately, was told they don't have any pink roses, to which I said will you have any on Friday, I tried to work with the girl and was again given attitude and placed on hold. I selected the (deluxe) version of the bouquet I choose and what was sent was not at all even the regular version. Parker Blooms has always taken the extra step to include caddy or balloons to the order for the kids. They are more than a flower shop and actually care about their customers. I could have had someone order flowers from the numerous shops in Nashville, TN. Instead I called Bobbi directly and we provided smiles, happiness to a family in need.
