You see, our friend lives 1,000 miles away from us so unfortunately we are unable to hand deliver anything to her. After reading reviews and another local flower shop who didn't answer when I called I decided to go with this place. I placed a phone order and the girl who took my order was nice and took payment over the phone. She also asked if I wanted the arrangement to be bright and cheerful. When I explained the situation I assumed there would be more effort and care into this arrangement. Instead they took advantage of our situation. There's nothing "bright and cheerful" about this at all. And when I meant same day I didn't mean half ass either. This wasn't a "rush" order either, not for me at least. This was very embarrassing for our friend to come home to.

The staff is meh but overall their work outweighed their lack of customer service skills. When we came in there literally was only us and one other person and we waited over 30 minutes to get help... when I say help I mean not even a greeting came our way.
