Not only were they extremely personable, and empathetic, they took the time to understand our needs. My father was a Navy veteran, but not a "flashy" person. We wanted to honor his service, without being overbearing. We didn't really know all of the details of what we wanted, just that we wanted a beautiful place for his cremains to be before we said our goodbyes. They offered suggestions and ideas- showed us photos, and consulted with us on what would best represent my father. They then asked our budget, and were able to achieve a beautiful arrangement for what we could afford. They communicated with us (when we were being a bit manic about if the arrangement would be completed in time or not) and reassured us it would be, and when the arrangement was completed, they sent photos of the completed arrangement ahead of time. They also communicated with us when they were en route to deliver the arrangement. They delivered the arrangement to Fort Logan National Cemetery ahead of time, and when there was confusion with the cemetery themselves, they waited for us to arrive to personally hand deliver the arrangement. 6 months later, we've let the arrangement dry out, pressed some of the flowers, and kept most in the original form- and it's still beautiful. I cannot say enough good things about this experience with Forever Flowers, despite the sad circumstances in which we needed to.

I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I received a balloon delivery for my birthday on a Tuesday morning around 10:00 am. The first…read morepicture is the balloons by 7:30 pm the same day. One of the Mylar balloons was already deflated and sinking along with several of the latex balloons. The second picture was the next day where not only were the balloons no longer floating but they were also shrinking. I called on Wednesday and spoke with a nice young man who listened to my concerns and told me someone would follow up. I did receive a call the next day (Thursday) from an owner or manager (I can't remember which) and she told me latex balloons are only guaranteed for 7 hours although they do put Hi-Float in them. I googled it and Hi-Float should make latex balloons last an average of 2-5 days. Even untreated, they should last 8-12 hours. Mylar balloons should last way longer and the heart balloon lasted less than 10 hours and the round balloon lasted less than a week. My son had a birthday in July and he still has a Mylar balloon floating around his room. Anyway, she said she would test some other balloons from the same batch and get back to me. My actual birthday was on Friday (over a week ago) and I did not hear anything from her that day or any day after. My mother-in-law ordered the balloons from out of state and had them delivered early so I could enjoy them all week. Little does she know that was not the case. Instead of having balloons to enjoy on my birthday, I had a pile of droopy shrinking latex that I had to throw in the trash. I don't know how much it cost, but I'm sure it was expensive, plus the delivery fee. I feel bad for her knowing that she spent a lot of money for a gift that I couldn't even enjoy on my birthday. The shop could've made it right by delivering fresh balloons on my birthday but instead they never followed up.
