I hate to have to write this review because I have had Abloom bouquets delivered to my house as gifts in the past and they were pretty. This is on customer service and integrity. I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I will not be using them again. No offer to refund my $25 deliver and/or tip, no apology, no explanation. read more

I found this space after desperately searching for last-minute flower delivery for a family's birthday-They were having such a tough day, and really needed a pick-me-up. I didn't find Abloom until later in the day, and wasn't sure if I'd be able to find someone to deliver the same day. I can't explain how kind and thoughtful they were. They even suggested some locally made chocolates-Which ended up being exactly what my person needed to ease their day. I spent hours trying to find a place close to my person and it was important to me to find one that was a small-business and aligned with my preferences. I like to support women-owned and/or people in marginalized groups, personally. I'm not from CO and not familiar with the area so it was a tough search! Living in CA, flowers are a fraction of the price, so I wasn't necessarily prepared for the cost when looking at the options in CO, but I would do it all over again and definitely choose Abloom next time! They were so patient with me on the phone and considerate and thoughtful-And after hearing my story really pulled through for me!! My person sent me pictures and the result was lovely! I am more than a bit disappointed in the arrangement. The customer service over the phone was good as was the emailed receipt and delivery notice once it was delivered. But I am not satisfied and will not order from this florist again. Both of these flowers were bouquets that were priced the same but with different florists. The price of them is $75 + tax and delivery fee + tip which takes the total to about $100-105. I just ordered the flowers of the L. I previously ordered the flowers on the R a few months ago for the same person, different florist. I placed this order on Saturday, delivered today. I could not place with the original florist as they were closed Sat/Sun. So I found a different local florist, within the delivery radius, that had good reviews. I in no way think these two bouquets are worth the same price. For crying out loud the main flower, the center of the bouquet in the one I just purchased, on the L photo is a daisy. A daisy- just one. She asked what I wanted and I said, "cheerful and interesting because she needs cheering up and she loves all plants, especially ones that aren't typical." So, maybe I wasn't specific enough but for the ones on the R I said, "she needs to feel loved, so I'd like red roses, and white of other flowers because it will make the roses pop." 3 stars because the flowers are still Pretty, after all they are flowers. And the customer service on the phone was good. However, I do not think this is a bouquet that is either cheerful or interesting. They did use some different flowers that were higher to give the bouquet volume. But a mostly pink bouquet is not very cheerful to me nor does it appear to be worth $75 to $105. read more

They get three stars only for the woman who took my order having been so nice. Don't be fooled though. I paid over $150 for the insurance of specific flowers being in this arrangement. Was promised they would have in stock for delivery day and received no call that the arrangement had been changed. I asked for MODERN w/little filler. I requested and paid for Birds of Paradise and roses, and received Gerber daisies, yellow Lilly's and tulips!? NOT modern. I had an arrangment in mind (Enchanted Fairytale) , but since I was substituing the lily out for a "large white flower" the kind woman on the phone suggested the "designer" bouquet that could be made similiar to the Enchanted Fairytale - and that she would make sure that the designer knew no "lilies". Well, that didn't happen - the bouquet was pretty. Yet, two day lilies were included and had to be removed. I paid for additional flowers. Don't get me wrong the staff are super sweet and helpful. But the price for a birthday bouquet is very high. I ordered over the phone for a birthday gift I was picking up the next day. I actually didn't even notice that this shop moved into the market square from their previous University and Highlands Ranch Parkway location near Albertsons. I would go to the yarn shop which was next door to them and not even realize it was there... It's crazy how flower shops that used to be there (e.g. the one on County Line and University) are no longer in existence. I didn't realize they disappeared of course until I wanted to go to one. After doing business with Abloom in the past, I knew them to be a very pleasant and reliable service provider. My dealings with Maxine in the past were always very positive and helpful. I am not sure what happened but today I was dealt with in an extremely condescending manner over the phone and was left to believe that my late delivery was a result of my own lack of communication. After recently moving from Cherry Creek to the HR area, I was shocked to find this supplier to be grossly over priced and then to be dealt with and spoken to like an idiot was so disappointing. My parents live in Highlands Ranch and I decided to order flowers for their anniversary over the phone. After explaining that I wasn't exactly willing to spend too much, I was coerced into spending 60 dollars on a bouquet, as I was told that it would be very full and colorful, but ended up with a sparse gathering of flowers that resembled like a 10 dollar bouquet from a grocery store. The colors were pretty and my parents enjoyed the flowers, but I was definitely overcharged for what they received. You will get a nice bouquet from this florist, but it'll be very expensive, and in my opinion, not worth what you'll be paying. I am giving three stars for the fact that the arrangement was pretty, but it was definitely too expensive for the amount of flowers received. read more

Maxine and her team did a wonderful job of putting together a variety of arrangements for my recent wedding. My desire was minimal flowers but maximum impact and she truly delivered. Being that my wedding was outdoors in a natural setting with flora and fauna, she complimented the setting beautifully. I was a little nervous at first, since I chose my flowers in the middle of winter and I couldn't see all of them personally. Fear not! She came through and they were gorgeous.
