You never know what you'll find!! Some of the items support charities internationally. Some of the stuff is display stock. Others are sourced from donations and estate auctions and sales!! The staff was very efficient when going through my items. They accept items during all opening hours which is a welcome change from other consignors in the area. The process is actually pretty simple and streamlined. They also offer payouts electronically or with a check. I didn't purchase anything as my intent when going in was to reduce the items in my closet rather than add to them, but from what I saw they had a nice variety of sizes and styles of clothing, from vintage to modern. They do have women's and men's clothing as well. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back to consign clothes in the future!

The issue I have is that more than 50% of the time I have been overcharged and/or charged for items I didn't buy. A couple of times one of our party has caught it in time. When we caught it as we were loading stuff in the car this time, I immediately went back in and I was told I could get store credit (which requires a commitment to return to a store I struggle to trust), and, "there is nothing else we can do." One time, I can suck it up and deal with. A second time, okay, there is still room for grace. But to repeatedly have this experience, I need to tell people to- BEWARE! I go to thrift stores because as mom of a large family, I DO need to count my soon to be discontinued pennies!

But the sales and prices clearly made up for that, I was greeted by volunteers telling me the specials of the day which included a color tag and then women's tops. I found some great brands because it is so well organized and the prices were reasonable. I just loved this place and had such a great time exploring the racks.
