Zero stars is more appropriate. Do NOT use!! Dad's funeral on 2/9/2021. Order placed 5 days before yet arrived AFTER funeral. WRONG arrangement sent AND what was sent was in horrible condition! I paid $152 (plus tax and delivery). I've tried calling several times over last 2 days and they won't answer.

I can not speak enough about how HORRIBLE the flowers looked upon delivery and continued to deteriorate rapidly. It is like they grabbed the oldest flower in the cooler and sent them out hoping no-one would notice. When i contacted my dear friend who sent them out to contact the florist. She was advised they absolutely would not send out a new bouquet, a refund was all that was available. So okay thanks for the refund for my friend who ordered the flowers but meanwhile when my friend was trying to do something nice for me at a time i really needed it; I have these disgusting flowers as a reminder of how much i will never send anyone to this place for flowers. How incredibly disappointing in the lack of product and customer service.

I would give a zero rating if that was an option. The attached pic is of the flowers within 24 hrs of delivery. I attempted to contact the florist through email with pics, numerous phone calls (disconnected twice), and finally in person. Even though I was there during business hours, the shop was closed with multiple UPS delivery stickers on the door. If they are going out of business, they should at least have the decency to stop delivering flowers.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. I received a poinsettia on 12/23..I was not home and the delivery driver left it at on my front porch in 5 degree weather. I did not receive a call about a delivery and no attempt to leave it with a neighbor. Needless to say, it did not fair well. I have attempted to call the florist and emailed but have not received any response.

NEVER use this place. EVER. My step-father is in hospice. This is his last Christmas and i wanted him to have a "tree" and some Christmas cheer in his room. Please see pictures to see what was ordered and what was delivered. They are Unwilling to answer their phones, with FTD calling them while I am on hold 4 times. They did NOT deliver what was ordered. They informed FTD that they delivered what was ordered and would NOT correct the issue. They Did not contact me or FTD that they couldn't make the arrangement ordered. #FTD did appease me however i was unable to send the arrangement i wanted. I am very frustrated and angry.

My boyfriend sent flowers for Valentines today and I sent him a picture of which he said, THEY'RE HORRIBLE! He is correct on that. They're wilted looking, horribly arranged, and look as if they've been out for a week in the snow here. I don't blame him for being embarrassed as I too hate I had to walk through the office with such a HORRID arrangement. I suggest anyone considering this shop, LOOK ELSEWHERE! Pictures attached of the arrangement delivered not even an hour ago.

My mom had a tumor removed and a painful recovery. I picked a beautiful set of yellow get well flowers for her to have to look at in hopes that they would bring a smile to her face. Unfortunately, the flowers showed up over 5 days late!! I also understand that they sometimes can't match the flowers online so they try their best to get close. Well this wasn't even close, they were wilted and small and inside a bird mug that seemed like the back log of Easter in the throw away pile. It cost me $85 dollars and when I tried to contact them, no one ever answered the phone. Finally , after receiving an order receipt through email, I emailed them back asking for a refund. Surprisingly enough we had an actual conversation about how they were going to look into this. I reassured them someone was home the entire week they tried to deliver and that's it impossible for them to say no one was home to receive them. And guess what? Never heard from them since. It's been over a month and I'm so upset. I wish I could cancel the payment but I'll just leave this review and go to BBB with a complaint. I'm just really disappointed and heartbroken that they couldn't even try to make it better. Worst money spent ever. My last hope is that they see this review and get up on their ass to make it right.

Horrible customer service. My moms cat died and someone sent her flowers. They delivered and left them on the front step with no porch or shading in 80-90 degree heat. Since she went out of town they were there for a few days Fast forward trying to get ahold of them and the one number's box has been full for a week and no one answers the other number. I even tried many different days and different times of the day. So I sent an email and again no response.

I ordered the "Pretty in Peony "Premium" arrangement though Teleflora (which this florist delivered). The arrangement I ordered is primarily peony flowers, my wife's favorite. Instead I got a bunch of inexpensive hydrangeas (see attached photo of what I ordered and what I got). You simply cannot swap out the primary flower type. This is like ordering a dozen roses and instead getting carnations. Peony is in the name of the product I ordered! To make matters even worse, the vase it came in was cracked so when we added water to it the darn thing leaks. I called and left a message for the owner and sent an email, but nobody ever responded. My advice is to avoid this florist like the plague.

WORST SERVICE EVER! I sent flowers to my MIL whose mother had passed away. I'm out of state and first tried calling. No answer and mailbox full. The message says to go online, which worked out great for me because I was needing to send quickly. I found a nice arrangement online and bought them. They arrived the next day and my MIL sent a nice note saying she had received​ them. She even sent a photo. It was not at all what I ordered. They even had a section online you fill out that asks if you are ok with substitutions. I marked "no". I never got a call or email asking about changes to the order. I tried to call them to tell them about the changes and of course,​ no one answered and the VM was full. I sent an email letting them know that I had an issue with the changes and to please call or let me know what they planned to do to correct it. I never got a call/email back. I'm glad she got the flowers, as I see that others​ have not. However, if you can't send what was selected, call the​ person and discuss what is going to happen. The item selected was picked for a reason, the item sent looked like a cheap substitute, the vase alone was enough to make me cringe (purple). At least try to get it to be similar. I wish I had read these reviews before I sent the flowers! Shame on me and lesson learned. I've used another florist in the area before but couldn't remember who and was in a bit of a pinch to send quickly. I wish​ I'd checked here to see it was Arapahoe Floral. I had even left a nice review of the great work they did. I will not forget again.

I hate to have to write this review because I have had Abloom bouquets delivered to my house as…read moregifts in the past and they were pretty. This is on customer service and integrity. I had a sympathy arrangement to be delivered and while I got a confirmation (at midnight!) from this company that it was delivered, I hadn't heard anything from the recipients. Upon finally awkwardly asking if they liked the flowers, I came to understand the flowers were never delivered. When I called Abloom I provided my name, the order number, etc. they were unapologetic and said they would call me back. I was called back by a man who said "Breanna? I can get those delivered today." My response was "oh, so they weren't delivered like your confirmations said?" He said "no" without any apology, in fact, his tone was annoyed that I was asking. When I followed up with additional questions about why? If it was on his radar or if there was a glitch in the system? He just responded with an annoyed "I don't know." And the proceeded to hang up. I will not be using them again. No offer to refund my $25 deliver and/or tip, no apology, no explanation.

I didn't find Abloom until later in the day, and wasn't sure if I'd be able to find someone to deliver the same day. I can't explain how kind and thoughtful they were. They even suggested some locally made chocolates-Which ended up being exactly what my person needed to ease their day. I spent hours trying to find a place close to my person and it was important to me to find one that was a small-business and aligned with my preferences. I like to support women-owned and/or people in marginalized groups, personally. I'm not from CO and not familiar with the area so it was a tough search! Living in CA, flowers are a fraction of the price, so I wasn't necessarily prepared for the cost when looking at the options in CO, but I would do it all over again and definitely choose Abloom next time! They were so patient with me on the phone and considerate and thoughtful-And after hearing my story really pulled through for me!! My person sent me pictures and the result was lovely! Thank you so much, Abloom!

She truly has an artistic eye and knows her florals! Annelise helped me curate my vision and helped me figure out my color palate.
