Been coming here so many times to send care packages and documents to my son. The associate today had no experience with shipping global express international so she called for backup. I asked for Michelle and she was there so she helped me. We have experience with this type of shipping so we were fine. And then the priority mail international. She gave me more information and that helps as I can be more prepared when I come. I also obtained more shipping labels and envelopes so I can be prepared for the next trip. The price was ok. More instances of lost or stolen mail than i care to list. I currently have an ongoing investigation against them for opening and destroying two packages on the same day, worth over $400.the packages came from different sides of the country. One box was torn open on the side the contents smashed, then out back in the box. The other was torn open, the entire end of the box removed, the contents taken out and unwrapped, then smashed and stuffed back into the box with the crumpled up wrapping. When i spoke with the manager, I offered pictures. He refused them. Said he would talk to the carrier, who of course lied and said there was no damage when he delivered the packages. Later received a call from another manager who stated that the carrier documented that the packages were damaged. So who was lying? Finally decided its time to look into pressing charges for mail tampering and see if i can get them to pay the total cost of the items they destroyed, and hopefully find out who went theough my packages. Now my wife's new drivers license has been stolen out of the mail twice. Shes having to file a police report to get her DL number changed. These people are awful. read more

I dropped something off Thursday at 3pm. I noticed it never scanned in on Friday so I called and they said everything had been scanned and left and it probably just got missed and would update at the next place. I am a merchant in Joplin Missouri. I shipped A customer a package in Parker Colorado. There was a error in delivery - happens everywhere - but the delivery supervisor Carlos and the delivery guy on route 40 went above and beyond to help me. They even offered to pay for a replacement. Omg. I have mailed 6 packages from the post office Starting on the 24th of November... that one was to go To Ohio... I have taken all the way to consumer affairs. They say the last scan was Denver. This is the best post office hands down! They absolutely have the friendliest and most helpful staff here. I do a lot of online shopping and have a lot of returns and therefore deal with the postal service quite a bit, so I am here a lot. I mean; a lot! There has never been a time that I haven't been met with a smile and quick and kind service. Everyone working there is always professional and kind. Mark, who usually works the front as you come in the building, goes above and beyond helping people with packages that are ready to go and makes the line go smoothly. And, this might be my imagination, but it seems that as the lines get longer, the number of people working actually seems to shrink, rather than grow. Yes, I know people need to take breaks, but please add some staff during peak hours. The new postal machines have eliminated some of the demand on the staff, but they are spread out, so you play a guessing game as to which one to get in line for (no central queue). And, although the machines do a lot, they seem to also be confusing to a lot of people and waste time with multiple "are you sure?" type questions, or attempts to up-sell you to more expensive services and products. And don't even get me started on the parking lot, where everyone is fed through one way in to both the letter drop off, and parking spots. It is a narrow bottleneck, and a gauntlet for both cars and pedestrians. read more

I don't mail things often, and I had questions about my transaction today, and they treated me like I was a dumb millennial and my time wasn't valuable or that it was important to help me through using their services. It's a post office, what do you want? It's like riding Amtrack: You don't know why these public interest companies still exist, but you still use them. This PO has two good things going for it - 1) the drive thru mail dropoff lane is fast and you get out in a hurry because the street it's on is double laned but no one drives on it and 2) they have a 24/7 stamp vending machine in the lobby for emergency needs. If you need to use the counter, have fun in the slow lane. read more

You know, I generally try to avoid this place as much as possible. Most post offices aren't a joy, but this one is a little more subpar then other's I've been to when it comes to service. I've been coming here fairly frequently for over 5 years and my experiences never cease to baffle me. I can probably count on one hand the amount of times that I have gone in and had an okay experience. I've been told that I couldn't pay for postage one time by a postman because I had written 'Please see ID' on the back of my debit card instead of my signature. He refused to accept the card unless I signed it right there in front of him. I've had to tell the counter clerks several times in one transaction, that no I do not want stamps. I can never find a pen in the place! If you go in to drop something off after hours it would be in your best interest to have a pen with you just in case. The parking lot is always really dangerous. I regularly receive my neighbor's mail in my mailbox at home and have to deliver it to them. I have actually had one experience where I dropped off a package after hours, paid for the postage and put it in the outgoing bin for the next day and they brought the package back to my house even though I clearly wrote on it a TO addressee and FROM. Last time I was in I had been waiting in line, and postman that had just finished helping someone and was doing the finishing paperwork was standing at the counter... some random person walked in from the street and straight up to the counter, completely cutting the line and the postal clerk just ignored me and everyone standing behind me and took care of the guy! read more

(Yelp update lost my earlier review - poor service at home and work in Parker: weekly reports via the neighborhood FB group of mis-delivered mail over a two year span. Service at home has improved.) Poor service at work continues (has been going on for years). Sometimes we receive a large stack of neighbors' mail - last time including a certified letter to someone (in the white plastic box, NOT hand delivered). One week no mail delivery three days. Parker's postmaster just gives excuses: "People makes mistakes", "That stack of mail must've fallen into your box at the PO", "If you had reported it immediately I might have done something", "You're the only one complaining" (if I am, people are lazy - I hear of many similar experiences around Parker). read more

A neighbor told us she'd requested that the PO in Parker hold their mail, and told us the date by which the post office should resume delivery. The stop date was on the USPS confirmation form she'd received from them. We noticed that the mail kept being delivered, and we were happy to pick it up, but after several days, I thought a trip to the PO to politely point out the error would be more effective than a phone call. The clerk seemed to agree that the resume delivery date had been misread and took the form to the back office, presumably to make whoever is in charge aware of the mistake. Two days later, they continue to deliver mail to my neighbor. On a different note, we also share the same house number as a couple of other homes in our community, so have on numerous occasions received mail for another home. No point complaining about poor service when you speak with a postal worker because they never make mistakes, like delivering your mail to someone else! Package delivery is a joke will leave any where. Mail time is any ones guess. They will tell you there is no set rule when they have to deliver. I wanted to make this public and hopefully get the attention that these representatives have. I called waited on hold for 40 minutes. Then what seemed to be a robot voice come home speaking very slowly; however named 'Karen'. Told her my problem; received a package and was not given the key to the mailbox to retrieve it from. I told her that it was originally sent from FedEx, but was replaced with U.S. Postal Service. Preceded with the tracking number, recited it over 5 times, in which all times she repeated back incorrectly. After the 3rd time, she called me a liar. After being accused, I called her out for her poor attitude and disrespect towards customers. More words were added, poorly on my part, she continued to call me a liar. I hung up the phone. This hasn't been the first time, I have complained to U.S. office out Stonegate at Highlands ranch deliveries. As mail get delivered to whomever and wherever. Never get correct mail. Regardless, in customer service, no one should be accused of being a liar. Something needs to happen!!! Called a Denver number talked with someone, who was able to look up the routing number, found that my package had been delivered, and she put a note in the system. It's sad when you call a different U.S. postal, in a county that you don't live in and get the most respect. read more

I began having important mail delivered to my parents' house, which is a 35 minute drive away. After some time passed I opted to begin having my mail sent to my own house again, which was a mistake, because now a paycheck and a package have been lost, yet again. I am dumbfounded that this place only gets 2.5 stars. Every single time I go in there, I never feel lost. Someone always helps me, gives me tape, a secret stash of priority envelopes, general help with the frustrating self kiosk. They have Sunday holiday hours (what?!?) and now there are 2 staff members instead of the usual 1 out on the floor to make sure all "customers" are helped in a timely manner during this busy holiday season. I went in there when I was 16. Yep eight years ago...my mom has a phobia of the mail...hates the bills...hates the junk...what have you. So, I decided to go to the post office and pick it up (it'd been a month and a half). I waited in line for about twenty minutes and when I get up there with my card, they can't find my mail. They take my number and say they'll call when they find it. I get home, they call and talk to my dad. Dad says, they said don't wait in line, just go up to the front, say you're here to pick it up and that they told you to come to the front desk. So I head out and do that. By this time there's a pretty long line, but I figure the line of communication should be good and I can get the mail and get out. Nope. I go up there and ask this old man who proceeds to yell at me in front of the entire post office "Do you not see the long line of people here? I'm just supposed to stop everything and get you your mail?" I'm very taken aback and I say "I was told on the phone I didn't have to wait in line, I could just come up...it's that basket right there" I point to the only one sitting there, so I know it's mine. "No! You need to wait in line like everyone else." So I turn around and start to leave and he goes "Can I help you with anything else?" To which I turned around and flashed him the bird and said "You can sit and spin for me asshole." I don't take kindly to being treated like dirt, no matter how old you are or what your reasoning may be. Flash forward to now. Yes, it took me that long to go back into the post office. That guy still works there. Luckily I do all my label printing at home so I just have to drop it off right when you walk in and don't have to wait in line and risk getting him. The parking lot is atrocious and I have been backed into once, and almost hit on more than one occasion. I park across the street now and cross Pony Express Dr. when I need to mail something. read more
