Anytime someone came in the locked door she would express how inconvenienced she was. If a customer had a question or change she would scald the customer and tell them "well you should have told me that before xyz, now I have to do xyz because of that" She claimed to only have x amount of money in her register and could not take cash but then asked the next customer for cash and was able provide change for more then she claimed to have in register. She was refusing to take credit cards. In addition location has been out of stamps for months now. If you want customers here I would not keep the women you had staffed this Saturday .... I cannot believe that I witnessed yesterday while trying to drop off a package. A customer that…read morewas trying to ship a package had questions about her priority mailing. The older lady with salt and pepper hair started questioning the woman and belittling her saying things like, "you think I don't know my job, I've know more about this then you, and why are you giving me such are hard time?" But the questions the woman asked were warranted like, "will the package get wet? And how many days will it take to get there.?" Then she said to the customer very snarky. "I hope you have a good day when you leave our of here." Meaning, get out of the building. The woman told her that she hoped that she had a good rest of the day and walked out. After the woman walked out of the building, the female employee behind the counter yelled out, "WENCH". I could not believe my ears, I told her, "that is not nice." She, said, "well, you don't know the way the woman was acting before you came in." I explain to her that to me, that didn't matter. What I saw is the way she treated her and that wasn't nice.:" She took my package and I sincerely told her that I hope that she had a nice day and I left. While in the parking lot I thought about writing this review but wanted to make sure my package left the building first since once they scan the package you cannot get it back from them. Later on that day, I contacted the post office/cpu to talk to the manager/owner and told her about it since I actually have met her before. She said that she was sad to hear that it happened and that it was going to be under new ownership in April 2023. I pray that they hire people with better customer service then. I was an awkward experience for me and I can't imagine how the other lady felt as she left that post office/CPU.

I had been spoiled by my five star experience in Castle Rock and was braced for the worst. My first visit with Mr. H. was great. Fast, pleasant, and got 3 vehicles handled quickly. Today I went in to finish up registering my old Altima "Smoky". When the transmission went out on her we thought we would be getting a replacement. I really didn't love any of the new or used vehicles we looked at, so Smoky got a low mileage transmission and some body work and I'm thrilled! But with my health issues last year, by the time we made that decision and got the work done, my Bronco plates lapsed and I had to get new ones. The receptionist was awesome and I tried to get her name as I was leaving, but she was busy with another patron. Duane was my clerk, and he was easy going yet professional and had me on my way promptly. I was very resistant to having to make an appointment because I'm used to handling things when it's convenient for me. But there were same day appointments available today after my emissions test was done. So I must say, this system makes it more pleasant for everyone involved.

Was close by so decided to stop here as running errands instead of driving to the post office closer to home. Small location but has everything you need to ship packages or mail letters. The gentleman at the front greeted me and accepted my package. He weighed the Valentine's Day card and told me the postage which I purchased along with more international stamps. Was informed postage going up on Sunday - sigh. It's not an actual post office but a contracted facility so don't expect the services of a regular post office. But handy when you have simple things to do.

I stopped by in the morning on my way to work and each time only had one person ahead of me. When you live in a small town though there are a few perks; like a short DMV wait! Being in and out in under 30 minutes is the best! The second time they were having some issues with their credit card reader and it took a couple different attempts to get my card processed. Nothing major. They do close for lunch break from 11 to 12 I believe. It's a one woman show at this location too. She definitely has her hands full. Eh, it's a DMV. I only go there when I need to. After reading that this was actually a pretty simple thing to do oneself, I checked it out online at the Arapahoe County website. The website refers you to the Arapahoe County Library system where you can enter your library card number and get access to just about any legal form you would need in a fillable pdf format (no need to buy Microsoft Word first!). I completed the form and brought it to the Arapahoe County Clerk and Recorders Office. Although I signed up upon entering at their kiosk, there was no line, and I was helped within 5 minutes by a very helpful, kind young man. It only cost $18 for the fee. I was very impressed at how easy they made the whole process!
