Good old school post office with the open counter design from back in the day. The service was a bit slow and there was only one counter employee at the time of my visit but I got what I came for and everything was smooth and trouble free. read more

If your using USPS for business use another office. It takes them days to even scan your prepaid packages into the system, and to ship them. I dropped off 5 packages in the drop box 3 hours before cut off. The next day only two where in transit. Day after that an additional one was in transit. As of now two of the five are still not in transit. I don't know what is going on behind the scenes there, but it's not anything a small business can rely on. I strongly advise you take your business elsewhere. read more

What a waste of time! They have a self serve kiosk but rarely have it stocked priority envelopes or anything else leaving unable to use. I have asked multiple times and get the excuse that they have the envelopes, but they are they only one working. This has been a week now. Today, I go in and there is nothing stocked still, one person in front of me and only one person working, The self serve would have taken me 2 minutes to use and be done. Today it took over 20 minutes with only one person in front of me. At least 5 people left the line and it was still 10 people deep by the time I left. Just a complete waste of everyone's time not to even use the systems in place! read more

I was treated terribly at the post office, I was rushed and talked down to while I was packaging my items getting ready to ship them. The post office did not ask me to verify the addresses I was sending to and they ended up sending my package to the wrong address. About. They were complaining about other customers that had just recently left the store and we're also complaining about their jobs in general while other customers were in the store. Overall I thought there was absolutely no professionalism at this location. read more

A friendly post office that would fit right in Mayberry. I always get good service when I stop in here. Last Saturday, there was only one clerk at the counter though - but I was still in and out of there in less than ten minutes. Not bad! I would recommend this place to anyone. read more

Customer service is a bunch of kids who have no idea what the hell they r doing I've reported 2 different carrier issues and when told that their wasn't going 2 b a 3rd only then did the male mgr show any interest in our convo despite me wearing my 'Desert Storm' cap and the fact I had my trusty Service dog by my side also. They don't seem 2 have a working phone # either. How do u get anything done without a phone? I was forced 2 talk 2 a bully yesterday who eventually led me 2 the child of a mgr who only inflamed my existing ptsd. I am not one to ever leave a review, especially a negative one but this is the 3rd time here and the same experience. Clerk 07 is clearly miserable and should probably retire. Customer service skills are HORRIBLE. It was 10 min until closing so yes I understand that, but I was not the only one in line and 2 out of the three of us just left due to his hostility about "closing at 5 and now this". His words. I would rather wait an extra day and drive the extra miles to ship my package from elsewhere. Which is unfortunate because it is about 5 min from my house. He is the most unfriendly and unhelpful postal employee I have ever had an encounter with. Very excellent customer service. Especially Mark, yesterday he always does his best and he did an outstanding job. We have never lost a package through this post office. I was mailing a package overseas and Mark was very helpful. Their lobby is always well stocked on supplies, but if you need the padded envelopes or "regional priority boxes" you can only get them online - the post office doesn't carry a lot of those anymore. But this is the BEST post office in the south Denver area. read more

What a cute, vintage post office! This one really looks like the Post Office on "Main Street" at the "Town Square" from a cheesey 1950s TV Show. Probably because it was. It's in Olde Littleton, right off Main Street. The building is old architecture, and the inside is all guilded paint railings and high ceilings and dormer windows. It's like a time warp. The couple of times I've stopped in, there's been a short line and friendly employees. Something to note: This location does NOT have an Automated Postage Machine. It does, however, have a good stock of mailing envelopes, supplies, and the like. Thumbs Up. read more

If management at USPS reads this please respond with contact information and I would be happy to discuss. The way the gentleman working the counter today was treating customers was appalling. At first he was just being snippy and condescending but then it escalated. With one customer he actually raised his voice and started yelling at him, then blamed the customer for being rude when all he was trying to do was mail a letter. The rest of us waiting were shocked..and I walked up to him and told him his treatment of this customer was unacceptable. I have called both the 1800 number and phone number listed for this branch. This was a very sad event to witness. read more

Whoever they use to film in for the regular mail delivery are lazy good for nothing's. Waiting for a package to get delivered, sitting in my house, not hearing the doorbell ring ONCE, then seeing a failed delivery notice "because no one was home". Then trying to use your automated phone service is the absolute worst automated phone service I've had the misfortune to come across. Also, keep your pathetic recording about how Covid is the reason your service is pathetic. read more

I literally called 4 different post offices and called this office specifically at least 5 times, for no one to answer, forwarded to vm, or ring to a busy signal. Unbelievably poor customer service but I guess a government entity doesn't have to care about customers. read more

Parking here can be a challenge, but I've never had a long wait once I got inside. Some of the staff at this location are very pleasant, even delightful. It's a chore to go to the post office, sure, but if you can get to this location it's not bad at all. read more

Friendly but always lines. Never enough help. If there are 3 or 4 people in line they just have one counter person. If the line gets up to 5 ir more they bring out another. Otherwise they just stay in the back when they should be out front helping customers. read more

I mailed three medium size boxes with fossils, all stamped by the clerk (E.) fragile. As I left I heard three loud bangs as they were dropped or thrown into whatever. They arrived shattered due to deliberately poor handling, since they were stamped fragile. Similar boxes packed and mailed the day before at another post office arrived fine. The staff at this lOcation is unfortunately extremely disrespectful, incompetent, rude, and don't take the time to listen to their customers. When I moved, they stopped delivering my mail after about 2 weeks. When I went in to talk to someone about fixIng it, I was toLd that it was my fault, and that all I needed to do was fill out a form. I took The form and filled it out, and my mail still was not being delivered after another month. I went back in three more times to talk to the manager. He would not listening as I was trying to explain, and insisted that he was correct in that I had done everything wrong, and told me to take The same form, and fill it out again. For three months I received no mail. I spent over 6 visits to the post office and around 3 hours on the phone to fix this problem, that it turned out was something thaT the manager had to clarify with the deliVery man, which could've been taken care of at the first visit if he had just listened to me. On several other occasions, when I have dropped mail off, the employees have been rude, unfriendly, and one even made fun of me for forgetting my own tape (which you must buy, they will not let you borrow any). I would steer clear of this USPS location if you can. read more

This office is 100% NOT helpful. They delivered a package of mine to an abandoned past address of mine and then were extremely rude when I tried to file a claim (obviously the package was stolen/missing). No one answers the phone for 10-15 minutes, the man who finally answers is always completely worthless. He never gives you his name and doesn't want to help with any questions you may have, he gave me the run around to several other offices who didn't even deliver the package. I will never use this post office again and I suggest any other customers use a different location. read more
