It's rarely ever put on the self service shelf so I have to go up and ask about it. I've received my order printed wrong as separate sheets when It was suppose to be double sided, and every time my double sided sheets are lined up differently so when I cut out the parts I need, it doesn't match up to the back of the design or to how it was printed last time, sometimes I don't even receive confirmation emails/texts about my order. It has become incredibly inconvenient for me even though it's the closet and cheapest options. I'm defeated. I will be going somewhere else now.
