I had a really disappointing experience here due to the poor customer service. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. I asked where I was supposed to go for an order pickup, the guy I had asked was extremely rude and treated me like I was stupid when I didn't know where to go. I provided my order number for a purchase that had been paid for, and I had been added as a pickup person with my name and phone number. They said I needed to show the email with a barcode, even when I had the order number and I was added as a pickup person. Then my uncle (who paid and added me) went and picked the order up, and he didn't ask for any barcode, just his last name. When my uncle asked why it was different for him, he had no answer. We've had issues with the same guy before. Terrible customer service, and we will not be returning. read more

Due to problems with Amazon packages NOT arriving to the return center, I would encourage those returning Amazon items from the Staples store in Conifer to request a paper return receipt. read more

HORRIBLE I walked in with a FED EX return. The attendant was working on a computer in the center of the room. She did not acknowledge my presence or even look in my direction. I thought she must not be working the Fed Ex register. My package was heavy so after awhile I set it down on the floor. Eventually I started looking around to see if there was anyone else working. I saw one person at the front register, then they disappeared. The attendant walked up behind the Fed Ex register. I couldn't see her face nd I didn't know if she was supposed to help me. She finally stuck her head out to the side and said I'm here now! Very angrily because I didn't come up to the register I guess. I said how was I supposed to know? YOU NEVER even acknowledged my presence. which caused her to say she was waiting on a paying customer they don't get paid to return FedEx and on and on about how the paying customers blah blah blah. I AM SURE Staples has some agreement with Fed Ex and it's not my problem anyway at which point she was just nasty! I hope the manager can run the camera and see the entire fiasco! read more

I've been coming here since 2015, and consistently have found the staff and management to be super helpful. They always ask how our business is doing, and help us find the best value for our money. I stopped in the other day at the Staples in Conifer. I had at least three employees ask if I needed assistance in finding what I was looking for; each was very helpful. I found the items I was looking for at reasonable prices and quality. When it came to paying my bill, the cashier was not only very friendly but knowledgeable. I'm going back today to get some items printed into small booklets. I'm anticipating the same great service I received earlier this week. read more

I *Love* the Conifer Staples! I have been going there since it opened (many years ago) and have always had top notch, friendly, helpful, expert service. The manager, Jeremy, always greets me by name and goes above and beyond to help me with all my questions and needs. I have been Executive Director of two nonprofits (and volunteer and many more) and Staples will help how they can with discounts, donations and generally giving the best deal. I've given this place 5 or 6 tries to earn my business. I do a lot for my job that requires both products and services you'd find at Staples. Price usually isn't a major concern since I get reimbursed. This store is close to my home office so they win the convenience side of things but after today's frustrating attempt to get something packaged and shipped, I'll plan ahead and order from Amazon. If I need something shipped, I'll drive the 50 miles to my regional office and have them do it! Get a clue Staples Conifer. A previously decent product was recently replaced by inferior garbage. Manager completely unhelpful when i asked if the previous product could possibly be purchased online or if they could get it to me at the store. Claimed that if it wasnt on his shelf then it didnt exist. 2 mins online on the staples website and i found the product still available. After being lied to, blown off, and treated like a stupid inconvenience, i attempted to exchange the inferior product and was given only a 3$ credit for an item that was currently ringing up on the register for 9$. I realized this after the fact and brought it to cashiers attention and she tells me im getting screwed because i don't have my reciept, which is insane and something ive never encountered during any return/exchange anywhere. So i tell her well id like my extra 6$ credit off this exchange, so she calls the worthless manager again. He gets irritated again that im in need of some customer service and blames me for screwing up the return and comes back with a 5$ off coupon instead of redoing the return and getting me my 6$ cash back. Thats real convenient considering the only product i purchase from there is no longer available at that store so i wont be returning anyways... read more
