Let me tell you up front: I would NEVER bring another device to CPR Repair again!…read more I brought my daughter's iPhone XR in to have the screen repaired. When we dropped it off, everything was working perfectly except for the cracked screen. We paid the service fee and picked up the phone the following business day. Everything seemed fine until my daughter tried to use the camera and discovered that the camera no longer worked. On top of that, the flashlight was also disabled. After researching the possible causes, we discovered that these issues can occur when a technician fails to follow the proper procedures during a screen replacement. Despite the fact that both features were working perfectly before the repair, CPR Repair refused to take responsibility for the damage. The biggest disappointment isn't just that they returned a phone with additional problems; it's that they refused to stand behind their workmanship. Use CPR Repair at your own risk! If something goes wrong during a repair, don't expect them to take responsibility or make it right.
