UPDATE: a few days later edge of screen was coming off. I called them and they fixed for free. Also was up front and told me the tech who did it before forgot to peel off adhesive on that side. He gave me all new adhesive which he didn't need to do since it was my own screen not theirs. Would 100% go back again because they could have lied. Ok so my teenager dropped his iPhone 7+ (don't judge). Truthfully it's the first time he's broken one of his phones ever. Dropped (no pun intended) in here and Clark installed a brand new screen in with precision in less than 30 minutes and it's good as new. It's a big phone so it was about $100 but I am extremely pleased with the quality and service we received here. I'll be coming back to get new batteries installed for my phone and my other sons phone. I highly recommend this service. 1/18/20 : So my 7+ finally gave up the ghost and the battery would only last a few minutes. I rarely post reviews (good or bad), as I just don't have the time, however I recently stopped by Fix My Phone to see if my son's extremely damaged iPhone was repairable and I was completely blown away by the entire experience: 1) I did not have to wait a single second to be helped 2) the person that helped me (I'm upset that I don't remember his name) was very personable, intelligent and transparent on potential outcomes and pricing associated with it 3) they set clear expectations that it would take 30 minutes to repair (assuming it was repairable) 4) I left shopping and 15 minutes later I received a text that my phone was repaired and ready to be picked up...I love that they leverage texts to communicate. 5) I stopped back and the phone was repaired (looked like new, and fully tested and functional). The price was the lowest potential cost I was quoted! It took all of 4 minutes for me to pickup, check out and leave. 6) I estimate they saved me at lease $200-$300 In summary, Fix my phone has somehow figured out how to attract, hire and train talented people while at the same keeping costs reasonable. They under promise and over deliver...which is the foundation of a good company. Let's hope I never have to go back again, but if I need to, I would not hesitate. read more
