Enough about his attire, his work is on point just as his fashion. So, we used his services back in 2020, the start of the You Know What. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.
