SCAM: First time getting any device repaired here. They fixed the screen but did not make sure the phone would work, I've broken my phone multiple times and if the phone wasn't working they knew and let me know. charged me full price anyway for a phone that is still broken, I feel completely robbed people don't have money to waste or pay for the same service 2x. The man working was extremely rude and dismissive, I would 100% recommend going to another phone repair shop To avoid similar situation Update: returned to store 5 min after leaving to address that the phone isn't working the worker took the phone apart and refused to put it together. I called this shop for a simple screen replacement on my Galaxy phone. The first thing I was asked wasn't what phone I had--it was, "What price did you have in mind?" Since I had already called several other repair shops, I told him they were quoting me around $120. He immediately quoted me $160 for the same repair. As I was ending the call, he suddenly said he could do it for $135 and have the screen by the next day. The other shops told me it could take up to a week, so I agreed. The next day he texted me saying the screen had arrived, so I dropped my phone off. When I handed it to him, he inspected the back, peeled part of the back cover off, and told me to come back in 45 minutes. When I returned about an hour later, he told me the screen had been replaced but the touch screen didn't work because a "chip was broken." After leaving, I did some research and found that the chip he pointed to has nothing to do with the touch screen functioning. I went back and politely asked him to explain why the phone wasn't working. I showed him why his explanation didn't make sense. Instead of addressing my concerns, he became angry, refused to reassemble my phone, and left it sitting there disassembled. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this shop. Be careful, ask questions, and don't be afraid to get a second opinion before agreeing to additional repairs. read more

I read a few mixed reviews about this place... some poor some glowing... I decided to give to give this place a chance and I am happy that I did. A few weeks ago my Iphone 14 pro man fell off my desk and the back glass shattered (it was in an Otterbox case)... This place is 10 min from my house so I called to see what the process and cost looks like. I got a very clear explanation of cost (w/ logo or without) and an approximate time for repair. I went in and pre-payed for the repair, the back glass w/ logo was ordered and arrived as predicted. I dropped off my phone and picked up same day. The original timeline was 3-4 hours, when I went to pick up I was told there was a small bend in the frame and it required time in a press to fix it and put together. I was told to come back in another 3-4 hours. I came back and as promised, my phone was ready to go. The work done is perfect. It looks as if nothing ever happened. I hope to not need their services any time in the near future, but at least now I know where to take my phone if something ever happens! read more

Used to be good, the only reason I gave them a 2, not a 1. Then I dropped 2 iPads for screen repair in October, 2024. Owner claimed he had a break-in and I never saw my ipads again. I've been occasionally trying to get them since. No restitution, just stopped communicating with me so I wrote them off. Definitely do not recommend dropping stuff off. Maybe wait while he fixes, but zero chance I'd trust them to get your phone back to you. read more

Sadly, Amazon changed my delivery to this location. Never asked them too, but ok I go to get my packages. Strange place with a tiny room you stand in and bake in the sun. I opened the door and pushed the door stop down with my my foot to try to get some air. The guy says, "I know you're frustrated but please treat my door bette." I said excuse me? He gave me a look, I said "please just get my packages thank you" All I did was push it down with my foot, which I'm sure has been done numerous times, by him included. The process was a total pain. I had to give him the codes several times rather than using the scan codes to ensure I got all packages. You can barely hear him, I had to put my ear to the speaker several times. Would give negative stars if I could. Just like another reviewer said, this place is deceptive and will steal from you. February 2023, I asked them if they could fix a bent hinge on my laptop. The owner said he could and said it would only be a couple of weeks. Then, after he guaranteed that he had done this before and was confident he could fix it, he cracked my screen trying to fix the hinge. So, he said he had to order a new screen. I waited for months and kept getting updates that the part was "still shipping". Fast forward to an entire YEAR later, he sends me a text saying that if I don't pay up immediately for the costs then he's going to sell my laptop to cover the "labor costs". My screen went blank and wouldn't move past the apple screen. I was told that my screen needed to be replaced and my battery/port, I paid. Overpaid but everything has a warranty. A couple of weeks later, the screen started to crack and the guy said it was my fault and I had to pay again. Which wasn't true, the warranty wasn't honored but I need a phone so I paid again anyway. Now my phone had some sort of ink spot (I have broken a lot of phones and this has never happened to me) that started to grow slower and slower and the screen is cracking from regular touch. TLDR; deceptive business practices, rude employees, stole from me. This company said it would provide service on fixing a watch in March. Initially said it was supposed to be three week reapir. After two months of hearing nothing I went back in and they told me still waiting on a part. I never received an update so went back in after a month. I was told that they can't provide me with a refund or the watch as the person working was "not an employee". It's now been 6 months of trying to get either my money or the watch back, but when I go in they do not assist me with anything, or seem to understand my frustration. In fact, they told me to "get the $uck out of our store" today when I went in to receive an update. So the saga continues. After finally getting my phone back (months went by with excuse after excuse) with no repairs done and a real jerk of an owner using foul language, I took tthe phone to Yakkity Yak in Aurora. I didn't tell them that it had been at another shop to be repaired. Guess what - one week later my phone is fixed. And he told me that whoever had tried to fix it last tine didn't know what they were doing and broke all the screws. He had to fix them. He figured out that someone else had tried to repair/replace the broken screen. Bottom line - DO NOT TAKE YOUR PHONE TO THIS PLACE! THEY SUCK! Plus when we picked up the phone from Elite he texts us saying we agreed it was in the same conditions as when we picked it up even though we never opened the phone. Horrible quality repairs. WARNING, stay away from this place. I brought in my phone because this was a cheaper quote compared to the rest. They fixed it and within a few hours of using my phone with a brand new screen and battery the touch screen was working horribly. I brought it back in and they put a new screen...Still did not work properly. They blamed it on my phone but all these buttons were working even with my cracked screen. I told them this and got no further assistance. I have had my other phones fixed elsewhere and they did a much better job. Within two weeks my new screen was separating from the phone, cracked worse than before and so touch sensitive that I couldn't talk on the phone unless it was on speakerphone because it would push every button when I'd hold it up to my face. Now, two months later, there are massive chunks missing out of the screen and I'm having to get it repaired again, obviously NOT at elite. As a response to the response I got from elite, the missing parts are from where the screen separated from the phone. That makes it fragile and the fact that it's not flush to the phone as intended would cause it to break off. So sorry you guys didn't fix it to last so that you could blame me for "breaking it so soon". read more
