Super easy. The following day I walked in and met with Izzy who was also helpful and friendly. He took my phone and got right to work on it. He replaced the lens then put it in a small pressure vice so the adhesive could dry properly. Thirty minutes after walking in, I walking out with a fixed and functioning phone/camera. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. The technicians are independent contractors, and based on my interactions, they appeared to lack the training and expertise necessary to perform these repairs properly. The owner even acknowledged concerns about the quality and consistency of the contractors performing the work. I would urge potential customers to do their homework before using this company. The listed business address registered with the colorado secretary of state appears to be an Ethiopian coffee shop and not a repair place, while the registered agent address is a private residence in Colorado Springs. These details raised additional concerns for me about the legitimacy and professionalism of the operation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
