Is it just me or are smartphones slower and crappier than they used to be??!!…read more I have been here a few too many times as I don't have much patience with phone tech and like to throw my phone when I get angry. These guys are great!! Their prices are very reasonable for screen replacement and they are super fast! Turnaround in 20min usually. They even tossed on a free screen protector with it too. Last time I went I also had the battery replaced. So far my phone seems to be performing snappier and they battery drain is much slower than it was. FINALLY! Hopefully I can get another year or so out of this phone instead of paying the ripoff prices of new phones.

if you need a simple fix this is not the store for you. Packed with H1B-Visa holders. Gives the…read moresame vibes of those store fronts that Nick busted, you know? Those learing centers? Aside from zero help, from the phone conversation being nothing but the Visa holder trying to sell you on the insurance that starts at $130 a month, they won't listen to what you are needing. Sell the insurance is their only mission. Very surprised this store is still running on that type of service. Or else something else could be holding it up... wink wink

However, he's one…read morefly ass dude because I loved what he wore when he came over, he musta been going somewhere afterwards. Haha. Anyway! Enough about his attire, his work is on point just as his fashion. So, we used his services back in 2020, the start of the You Know What. I was completely weirded out by someone coming to my home to repair my iPad. Not because of germs, because it was different. I'm used to going to a business, I thought it'd be awkward to have someone here doing his work in front of me. But no, he was cool. He arrived, did his work, was super chill, kinda quiet. Boom bam, he was done within minutes. This time around? Same thing. He repaired TWO items (yes, the iPad was back. Haha), and had told him to ignore the broken home button, that I'd get to that someday. What's awesome is that he surprisingly fixed it at no extra cost! I was like, awwwwww, how sweet of him. Both problems fixed - and a bonus repair - for a VERY good price. Honestly, he's my go-to guy now, I won't go anywhere else. I'm SURE there are others out there, but I prefer a fly ass dude to come here, repairing my gadgets in style. (One little tidbit: I remembered he even got a dvd stuck from my PC back in 2020 - FOR FREE, the same day he fixed my iPad. So, you hire a humble dude when you hire him. Keep in mind he doesn't have that office anymore in Greenwood Village, so y'all know.) You're welcome. ;)

On Sundays, for instance, their Yelp page has 10:00 a.m., and when I called them (seeing the mall had different hours) I was told 11:30 a.m., but they don't actually open until noon since that's when the mall opens their doors! Not a huge deal since I could do other shopping nearby, but was still a little confusing. As far as service went, I have no complaints. The gentleman took my phone, told me it'd be ready in 30 minutes after a screen repair, and when I returned about that much later, it was in fact ready to go. Price was $85, which was quite a bit cheaper than a quoted one from a competitor who was also farther away. One of those services I hope to never use again, but glad I used them.
