    This is a little kiosk inside of the mall, so be sure to keep that in mind when you consider what…read morehours you can access them. On Sundays, for instance, their Yelp page has 10:00 a.m., and when I called them (seeing the mall had different hours) I was told 11:30 a.m., but they don't actually open until noon since that's when the mall opens their doors! Not a huge deal since I could do other shopping nearby, but was still a little confusing. As far as service went, I have no complaints. The gentleman took my phone, told me it'd be ready in 30 minutes after a screen repair, and when I returned about that much later, it was in fact ready to go. Price was $85, which was quite a bit cheaper than a quoted one from a competitor who was also farther away. One of those services I hope to never use again, but glad I used them.

    Friends and Neighbors!…read more Beware of the IFIXIT on Chambers and Parker inside of Walmart, their number is 7208782972. My son paid over $240 for a screen repair. He reached out to confirm they indeed did have it store to be replaced within 30minutes. This was confirmed however upon arrival he was told they did not have it but had it at another location and it could be repaired tomorrow. Note that he has been having text conversation for several days and had an appointment for the replacement. He left his phone over night eager to get it fixed before we go to visit his college. He was told they would reach out to me him to pick it up. After he got off work at 10am we stopped in to see if it was done. He was given his phone so the assumption was that it was complete however at 2:01 I received a call from +1 (303) 994-2778 and told his phone was now finished and for us to pick it up. I told the person I spoke to that we picked his phone up 4hrs ago the individual on the phone said we did not pick it up I said we did and left it that. I was leaving to go out of town for work the next day so I wasn't in town to take my teen back to the store. And him being a minor was scared to talk to the repair guy so. Fast forward 5 days while sitting on the sofa his phone fell to the ground. The newly installed screen became inoperable with a screen protector and case on it with half of the screen turning black. I reached out to the store on the way to the office the next morning via their site explaining my issue. I received a call back no message or text which is how the website said it would contact me. And frankly how they were having conversations with my son about bringing his phone in for several days. So I took it in during my break the next day to inquire why the screen was lifted and not flush like my other replacements have been and why it lifted and cracked with a screen protect on. The screen protector is untarnished. I was informed that the screen replacement was subpar and for the correct replacement it would be over $400. I was not informed when I purchased the replacement that one I would receive a subpar replacement that would not fit properly making it prone to disfunction and that I would be spoken to in such a condensing tone when I speak to everyone with respect. The technician called a man he identified as his brother whey went back and forth in their native tongue. I was given the phone to speak with his brother briefly during which time I informed the brother that I am unsure if the instillation was complete given that I was called 4 hrs after I picked it up that it was now ready. The technician went back and for the with his brother saying something like he won't replace for free it's now been 8 days. He got off the phone and said he will replace screen tomorrow but it will cost me an additional $100. And my son was never told different prices for premium vs subpar screen. I am flabbergasted! And at a loss. Buyer BEWARE!!!!
