Ali has been in the business for years and excels at customer service. He has treated the multitudes of people I have sent him. They all say how wonderful he is and how fair the prices are. A lot of repair shops cut corners (keep screws, no warranty, half install), Ali is the cream of the crop. I was once told to treat every customer like I would my own grandmother. Ali must have been in the same room as me, because he goes above and beyond for everyone.

I mentioned the lightning port on my iPhone 13 Pro Max finally gave out after having to contort the charging cable to get it to charge previously. Levi mentioned it might just need a cleaning, so he asked to grab my phone, spent 90'seconds in the back cleaning it out, & like a wizard making magic my phone was fixed & I was free to leave. When I came in to pick it up, he spent about an hour with me showing all the things we did but also all the functionality the player had that we didn't know about. I brought it home, hooked it up and it's been kicking butt for 2 days now. We can't stop playing music in the house and it's probably time for a used record store run. All in all, perfect service and communication. I cant speak for a couple negative reviews on here expect that this guy is old school.
