He asked good questions and ensured that I understood what I was buying. He never upsold me. Later, I asked if he would help clean up an old Marantz I bought that sat in a closet for years. David took it in and said he would do what he could; later that day, David left a message very apologetic that the Manatz was not working. When I came in, he explained the problem professionally and empathically. I asked for a suggestion, and he and Ron helped select another Marantz that was in my price range. I am happy with their customer focus. Finally, I brought a CD player for a checkup, and David took the time to do so. He also did not denigrate the product and showed what quality it was. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for an audiophile experience.

This was a massive and incredibly involved project with a lot of custom details, and Steven and his team brought my vision to life exactly as I had imagined it. The custom starry sky ceiling was an especially difficult task but they handled the install very well and made sure it was sitting perfectly flush with the ceiling. This theater was a dream project for me, and I truly couldn't have asked for a better team to help make it happen. They were knowledgeable, meticulous, and great to work with throughout the entire process. I had such a great experience that I also hired them to install my home security system and cameras, and I'll absolutely continue using them for future AV projects. I can't recommend Steven, Zach, and the entire team enough!

The last contact that I had with Steven his, new…read moreand very young, assistant dropped a thousand dollar SONOS soundbar on a cement patio and, also, plugged an optical cable backwards, into a six thousand dollar outdoor TV, damaging both. After I texted Steven about it he texted me that we should just part ways. That, unfortunately, is just the tip of the iceberg. Over the last year, and after Steven had started a Thirty Thousand Dollar AV basement project for me, he consistently missed scheduled appointments, showed up late or showed up after getting in bar fights (Steven told me that). His senior tech Chris, who would often show up to work at my house very frustrated and without Steven would tell me he couldn't get in contact with Steven. Also, that he (Chris) didn't know what to do that day and was upset because Steven had a lot of frustrated customers. As you might guess, that basement project, which was supposed to be done by December 2019, is still incomplete and nothing works as promised. You may be asking yourself, "Why did he keep using Steven?". Well, that is exactly why I am writing this review. Although my wife often suggested that we bring in another company to finish the project it is very difficult and expensive to transfer the knowledge about your home AV/automation system to a new company. I wish I had listened to my wife, because the writing was on the wall the entire time and I only delayed the inevitable by continuing to use him. Ultimately, it cost me substantially more. In my opinion, there are much more trustworthy, competent and professional home automation/AV companies to let into your home and to, ultimately, enter into this type of ongoing relationship. Please choose better than I did. Finally, since I offered Steven a chance to make this situation right, but he instead chose to ignore my communication I will provide my email in this review for anyone who would like more information. 18wiltonrow@gmail.com

I called him to see if he would be able to replace my battery on my 2014 MacBook Pro that I've had for 10 years. He was super friendly on the phone and told me that the battery was not in stock but could get it for the next day. I made an appointment with him for the next day at 10 am when he opens up. I followed his instructions on making sure the battery was either dead or close to dead. Which didn't take long since it would only hold a charge for 20 mins lol. The entire process took about 15 minutes. And that is opening the computer taking out the old battery, cleaning it and putting in the new battery and closing her back up. He was extremely professional and very pleasant to work with. The cost for the entire process was $199. Which I thought wasn't to bad considering the Apple Store would probably charge much more and getting a new Mac cost thousands. I am happy to report that my Mac now hold a much longer charge than 20 minutes. Highly recommend him if you are needing work done on your Mac or Apple products.
