Yes the price is great but the quality is extremely poor. A couple of weeks after my phone being repaired the first time by Jordan, the screen would occasionally pop out and wouldn't sit flush. Jordan came out free of charge to fix this issue which was great until my screen occasionally started blinking out. Since it didn't happen all the time I figured I would live through it as much as I can. The screen completely went black after it fell from my lap to a carpet floor at work. Texted Jordan and said he would charge another $60. Jordan is a cool guy hence the two stars but the product quality and work is very very poor. Would not recommend. read more

Broke my phone which I ABSOLUTELY NEED for my job because I deliver, so I was scrambling to find someone to do it for me quickly for a fair price, came here and he got it done for me in 15 minutes!! Didn't have to drop it off or anything just brought it, the guy was very nice and humorous, went inside and came out 20 minutes later with a brand new looking phone (and my phone was really messed up, LCD home button and everything). I bought the deal from Yelp $90 for $120 worth of repairs after I checked out the website and saw that the pricing to fix the iPhone 6 was reasonable. I called to schedule an appointment told the guy I bought the deal and he said he would call me back that evening or the next morning to schedule an appointment. He NEVER called me back so I called him the next afternoon. He told me I should check with my mobile service to see if it were cheaper to get a replacement rather that him fix the phone! What kind of business tries to send you away? I told him I already knew that it would be more expensive to go that route. He then said that if he were to fix my son's phone it was going to cost $145 even though it says $109.99 on his website. It does not say $109.99 and up it clearly states that iPhone 6 repair is $109.99. So how can he up the cost?! I decided that this was not the way to go so I contacted yelp for a refund and I will be taking my son's phone to the Apple store where I know I will get good customer service! read more

Called Jordan to replace my shattered IPad mini screen. He did not have the the glass in stock. He said he would call me to schedule a repair time when he received his shipment. A week later I call him again and he said he had them In stock, yet never called me to schedule repair time. No big deal, even though he said he would call. He showed up at the schedule repair time at my home. During the repair we chatted about how he only uses quality materials. Less then 12 hrs later, the adhesive came loose and the glass completely fell off. Also, he did not reinstall the magnets correctly so the auto on/off no longer works with my case. I called Jordan the very next day. He said that he could come out the next day to fix the problem. Never heard from him. A week later I call again to see if he will warranty his work. Said he could, but it would be a few days before he could fix it. He was to busy with new customers to warranty his work. Another week passes. Call him again, same excuse, yet this time he accuses me of buying cheap aftermarket glass and adhesive. I bought the only glass he advertised for $69. The add only offered one kind of glass/adhesive. He supplied the glass and adhesive. He then tells me he can fix the adhesive but I will need a case to keep the glass in place. He said my LCD screen was bent causing the glass to lift. The LCD in not bent. The screen lifted from him installing the home button wires to high and poor quality adhesive. Five weeks later still not fixed and no word from Jordan. He has given me the run around the entire time. He talks a big game but In the end you get what you pay for. He has my money so need to be a man of his word and warranty his work. So for $80 including tip, I got a piece of glass that is being held on by packaging tape. I would not recommend him. Poor quality materials and horrible customer service. I have all the text we sent back and forth if he feels the need to try and refute anything I have written. read more
