Last time I went I also had the battery replaced. So far my phone seems to be performing snappier and they battery drain is much slower than it was. FINALLY! Thomas tried to fix my phone on the spot and even took it home overnight to try and revive it. The next day he called me and informed me that there was an issue on the motherboard that he could not fix but gave me a couple of suggestions on where I might send it - even offering to extract the board for shipment. I ended up picking it up and shipping it myself (in a box supplied by Thomas) and low and behold my phone is fixed and my data is saved, largely due to Thomas' guidance. This is the type of business owner that we need more of in the US - someone who cares about the customer more than their own bottom line! Kudos to Thomas, the franchise owner who is a great businessman.
