I called multiple stores (including Microsoft customer support) who told me it couldn't be done and that I'd have to buy a completely new device. Well, they were wrong because CPR did it!     Do not bring any kind of apple product here what so ever. I brought my apple phone here because of…read moreT-Mobile insurance, and needed the glass on the back repaired. Based on apple's policy for anywhere that fixes a phone it needs to be up to their standards. This means they cannot close a phone without fixing everything within it until it is at a tradable condition. Within my phone the heat sensors were broken and once the new glass was on the phone was stuck in a loop of turning off and on, directly caused by the repair. They did not follow apple's standards policy and because of that now no where can fix the phone and they refuse to own up to their mistakes. Once confronted with this the people were very rude and refused to do anything about. Which both T-Mobile and Apple individually said they are at fault and need to fix it or give a replacement device. Which they refuse to do. They refuse to follow the products company's policy hurting customers, and putting them in a limbo where no where can fix the product.
