I went to this place because of the nice reviews and the fast response to text messages I sent…read moreasking about my phone. Told them I'd like my LCD on my iPhone fixed. Told them I was on my way today and it was going to be a great price. I get there and both the man and woman are super nice and tell me to come back about a hour later. I show back up and I hear the lady call the guy asking where he is and I hear he's just now leaving whatever warehouse they get their parts from (red flag). She then tells me that he won't be back for another half hour to a hour (was promised a hour turn around time). And that when he gets Back it'll be another 10-15 minutes to fix my phone. I then ask that since they have my phone (as I thought he was working on it or took it with him) if I could use theirs to update my partner about my arrival home time. She then proceeds to hand me my phone back.... So I had been driving around for a hour thinking my phone was fixed and cont back to that. I then tell her that I'm going to leave and she proceeds to give me attitude about leaving but don't know if she was frustrated with me or if the guy had done this before or if something happened before he left. Not sure how this company had as many good reviews as they do. Cute puppy they have but don't recommend this place. I honestly wouldn't have been as upset if they had just let me keep my phone and told me to come back when he had the part or just promised me a different time. below are photos of the owner texting me after I left.

I called ahead and asked about it and the guy I spoke to said it would cost $135 for parts and labor and it would take 6 hours to fix. Price was fine because the Thunderbolt is discontinued. I brought my phone in only to find out that they'd have to special order the parts and that they wouldn't be available for a week. No one had mentioned this fact in the numerous phone calls I'd made to them. They also informed me that it was REALLY going to cost $165. I put a deposit on the piece and left. A week later the part came in. The girl who works in the store called and said the guy who would fix it would be in the next day and I could bring my phone to get it fixed. My husband dropped my phone off that night so they could start work on it early the next morning. They said they'd call when it was done. A couple hours before the close of the business day, we called to see if it was ready and they said "need a couple more hours". Called later and they said "right before closing or early the next morning". It WAS done before closing, but we only found this out because we went in to find out. They'd called and left the message saying it was ready ON THE CELL PHONE THEY WERE WORKING ON! This was 27 hours later, not the six like they'd said. We paid the rest and left. We were barely outside the store when I noticed that the kickstand on the back was all bent out of shape and didn't lay flat against the phone anymore. NOW the back of the phone is COMING OFF because they bent it all to hell. In retrospect, maybe I should have just paid for a new phone at Verizon and saved myself the trouble. Complete incompetence should be avoided at all costs, even if it means paying for a new phone. I could understand the delay if they were busy but we'd never seen anyone besides ourselves in the store any time we'd been in. No excuse for destroying my phone. The broken screen was better than what it is now. DON'T BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE! RUN AWAY!

Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those glowing testimonials. I brought in a completely functional computer with a minor charging issue. A week later, at my scheduled pickup time, I got back a disassembled pile of laptop parts and a completely non-functioning motherboard. The computer was entirely unusable. I got conflicting information about what happened. One tech told me my motherboard was "fried," while Dylan said it was an issue with the charging processors. He also said it had burn marks from being over-volted. I never got a straight explanation for what actually happened to my computer. Dylan then agreed to order and install a replacement motherboard at a discounted price, but over the following weeks, my requests for updates or an ETA were met with poor (or no) communication. Dylan completely ghosted me a few days before the deadline I gave him for when I needed my computer fixed. To top it off, the shop kept my charger, which I use for other devices. I asked for it back the day I left the shop, and yet I had to continually follow up and ask repeated times for him to finally return it three weeks later. I don't like leaving reviews like this, but this was a really bad, unprofessional experience and a huge waste of time. I got none of what I was promised. I needed a new battery in my Macbook pro, and it happens to be one of those models that makes the battery really annoying to remove. Apple Store wanted my machine for a week. I called three other repair places -- they wanted my computer for at least three days. Not cool. Vasif came to my house, replaced it while I hung out, and charged me a tiny fraction of what the bigger shops quoted me. So I gave him my wife's macbook, which had basically exploded in some tragic travel accidents. He took it home, ran some checks, replaced a couple of parts... and then sanitized it and dropped it on my porch, BETTER than it had been post-explosion, for a ridiculously low price. Screw the Apple Store or Nerd Squad or whatever -- support a good local dude who does everything better, faster, and cheaper than anybody else in town. And he picks up and delivers everything personally.
