BTW, anyone who enjoys creative little shops with "hard to find" local products and artisanal food is likely to enjoy the plaza they're located in - it's a pretty cool place. Using the Apple Support app, I got a next-day appointment with plenty of flexibility. I dropped off my sick MacBook Pro, and the experience was far superior to what I'm accustomed to in typical mall Apple Stores - speaking as a long-time Mac user. Before formally submitting my device, "Connie" asked me questions and conducted a thorough problem-solving session. My options were further detailed by the Service Manager, "Sunni." As a former Applecare specialist, Sunni is a bastion of insider insight and realistic advice. Overall, the service was more transparent and MUCH more personalized than I'm used to - though just sitting in peace without waiting or straining to hear the staff was a treat, and it's comforting to know the business employs an *accessible* team of experts with different specialties. I learned more during today's intake than in all my past repair consults combined through the Apple Store. The positive reviews grabbed my attention, and I can see why they're successful. Thanks for the excellent service today - I expect I'll be back many times.

This isn't a big corporate manufacturer or retail. It's an independently-owned small, local business. Let me start with this fact, I approached The owner of the company by phone and it was a last minute call on my part. The owner, who at the time was literally hours away from embarking on a family vacation that was highly anticipated and extremely important. Tek Ease made time for me and my personal computer. beyond that The computer and software has performed flawlessly. I have had not one issue at all and that to me is amazing. moreover I feel its important to mention that in the course of installing the software, I had a number of questions and all of my questions were addressed and I was provided the best advice and IT guidance. This has made such an impression I simply could not wait to do this review. This company and the owner have a true passion for there work and the knowing to back it up. The fact that they made time for me is further evidence of what a great company this is. I can say beyond a moral and intellectual certainty this is the best company in Denver by far. Regardless of a simple job or a large scale IT network, they have what it takes to make sure your TEK needs are met with EASE. I am proud to know I have a company that i can call that performs this caliber of service with the professionalism that is nothing shot of incredible.
