This is a great business. Michael is prompt, professional, and has your needs in mind. I don't know how many hours he spent working on our computer needs. The old one was dying, it was a refurb that had lasted 5+ years. He clearly explained what was going wrong and what he could do to put a bandaid on it. In the end we decided on another refurb. He shopped around and found a refurb that doubled our processing speed (maxed it out) while adding double processors. He then transferred all of our old PC data over to the new machine. I can't say enough good about Michael without painting him into a corner! If you need help, give him a call; you won't regret it. Michael helped us immensely with our computer and our sense of mind! We brought our old slow computer in thinking the worst of worst of being hacked.
