Ray was by far the most responsive and easily won on price and value. We set up an appointment, and he arrived promptly, was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He got everything working perfectly, including mounting the TV, setting up the soundbar, speakers and surround sound, and hiding the cables. He even did precision centering and leveling so everything was perfectly straight, which, if you are like my wife, is important because anything even slightly off center or tilted is distracting. He also went above and beyond to help with another issue totally unrelated to the AV setup.
