This guy is a piece of work. The owner was very clear that they offered electrical services during our prior communications and until I started questioning, he was adamant about being propery licensed for these services. He has changed his reponse to my review 4 times to cover his tracks. After speaking with a competitor, Eric is now offering a product that is essentially an extension type cord that goes through the wall which will have wires showing below the TV. To get the job done correctly will require a licensed electrician as stated from every other company I spoke with. All I wanted was somone to do the work correctly without shortcuts the first time. read more

Eric at Streamline Communication has done several projects for me, including running cat6 through the entire house (which has quite a challenging layout) to a patch panel in a storage room, running rg6 for cable tv/internet to a central drop in the storage room, and running conduit, speaker wire, and an HDMI cable for a home theater. He was easy to communicate with (even didn't get annoyed with a few early/late evening text message questions i sent him which was a huge benefit as a working Mom)! We were referred to this company by the front desk at my condo. Experience was absolutely horrible just speaking with the owner "Eric" on the phone. I think he assumed since we were a referral the deal was a slam dunk. After listening to what he had to say - I said I want to look at my other options - His response was "I will get what I pay for." Though I do appreciate the response from the owner, I chose another company not because of price but the poor experience with Streamline. Eric and his team at Streamline are the best. I had a living room area that I wanted a television installed but if it wasn't mounted correctly, it wouldn't be visible to the rest of the room. Eric worked hard to make sure the television was mounted correctly and that the mount rotated the perfect angle so that everyone in the great room could enjoy it. They also used an old Sonos sound bar that I had packed away. I thought it was junk but they revived it and now we have a theater area that could wake our neighbors. I appreciate their knowledge, their ability to finish the job so well that I would not know they were even there and finally their pricing is stellar. I had Eric come and install my TV 14 months ago. He was great. He came to my apartment within a couple of days and did a excellent job. I have been trying to make an appointment with him to uninstall my TV and re-install it in my new apartment, since October. He does not answer his phone, return phone or email messages. I had recently used Streamline when I moved into my new home. They were excellent! Eric installed a total home theater system, projector, screen, receiver and all! He came to the house and met with the Century link service man just to make sure all of it was installed correctly. I had these guys out to clean up all of the Comcast and direct tv cables that had piled up over the years on my small apartment building. I just bought a house last week and needed 2 TVs installed on the wall and also had to have my surround sound hooked up to one of my TVs I kind of know how to do this just did not want to do this project by myself again as I do not have the proper tools to go through brick on the wall sounds like an old pink Floyd song LOL. I recommend Eric anytime for your audio needs he knows what he is doing he took the time to get a screw out of my old TV stand that was stripped and took him about an half hour to get that screw out I thought there was no way he could get that screw out so he could mount it on the wall he got that screw out and takes the time to tie up the cables together so there not hanging everywhere looking like Rob Zombies dread hair. He also makes sure your remote will function with the surround sound and TV so you can work one control so you don t have too have 3 remotes going. I will use him again for some other needs I got to get done on my house in the next month or so. So I strongly recommend Eric and Streamline communications read more

Eric was awesome! He installed two TVs at my house on Thursday. Easy to communicate with and flexible with my schedule. He showed up on time and did the work exactly as he scoped and was super sweet to my two very curious pups. He mounted our 55 inch flat screen on a brick wall above the fireplace and even installed a new soundbar I bought along with the TV. He walked me through how to add an Xbox in the event my husband gets one (Ha!). Next, he mounted our bedroom TV on an articulating arm. I was nervous about this one because this TV is a little older and heavier but this mount it not going anywhere. I swear you can do pull ups on this thing. And it's perfectly centered! Eric not only gave me a very fair quote over the phone, but he also gave me fantastic and honest advice as to where I could buy a very reasonably priced TV Mount/Arm for my large flatscreen, prior to his installation visit. I had so many other quotes gathered from local vendors who were trying to upcharge me to death just to mount my tv - and our experience w/ Eric was exactly the opposite; he was very fairly priced, he booked a next day appointment with us after our call, he was extremely professional & friendly, and he did an over all fantastic job in a short amount of time.
